Erin, was such a joy to work with, I just moved from one state to another. The state I lived in did not require uniforms, but the new school my child is going to does. I was in a panic!! I wanted my child to fit into her new environment and be just like everybody else. Erin assured me that this was no problem. I told Erin, the name of the school and she took it from there. Her bright smile and enthusiastic demeanor, let me know I came to the right place and right person. She found everything I needed plus the extras a little girl, who was relocated in the middle of the school year, might want. Hats off to you Erin, she loved everything and everything fit perfect. My wife had to purchase some scrubs for work from here. After she purchased them she didn't like the cut or something about them, so she tried to return them but would not give her a refund; as they have a no refunds policy. So that is fine, she decided to replace them with some shoes that the store had. She tried on the shoes and liked them, so the clerk packed them up and checked her out. All was fine until we got home and she went to wear the shoes, only to find out that they packed up only one of the shoes. I returned to get her other shoe, which was on the display; the one she tried on. I guess they put it back on display after she tried it on and gave her the box with the one in there. All that above is fine, but what gets me is no apology or anything about them forgetting to put the shoe in the box, etc. It's almost like they don't really care about customer service. read more

Every year we come here to get my boy's uniforms embroidered with their names. For $5 dollars per article of clothing, the boys will have professional looking names on their shirts and jackets. Typically it takes 30 mins or less to do the jacket embroidered. The staff is friendly and the store is nice and clean. My only suggestion would to uave more seating while you wait for your clothes to be completed. Other than that, it is all good. read more

They are the absolute worse people to deal with. They told me they no longer carry shirts that they once had and now they have another brand to replace it with. I want to return the shirt that the lady specifically told me was the same and it is not. They only will do an exchange or store credit. If they don't have the shirt what do I need a store credit for!! Stay far away. Every time I come in here there are teenagers that have no clue what is going on. I will give them 3 stars only because my online purchase was quick and easy, however, I must say the in store customer service is really bad! They have a counter to pick up online orders but never have staff to cover the area and they make you stand on long lines to pick up, so what is the purpose of online buy and store pick up? Only store in the area we can get school uniforms from, therefore, you would think they would be more organized and would treat customers better. I purchased a set of scrubs for my daughter and ordered another to be sent to her house. They sent them to the store for pick up. My daughter doesn't live here and I'm an hour away. By far the worst experience EVER! I purchased my kid's school shirts online on July 18th. The order was expected to take 7-10 business days. I called several days over the course of a week to no avail. After some time (about 3 weeks later) I just drove across town to see if the order was in. The clerk told me that the order was on back order. There was never any call or email to notify me of the back order. I waited another month to call and check on the order, still on back order but they "should" be processing orders "soon". After 2 more weeks I called again to check the order, it was still on back order. Again, no call or email with updates. Now here in October I called to just cancel my order and process a refund the rep was very rude and told me to "call the number on the website" . I asked was it for customer service to which he responded "yea that should be it". I understand that things happen and I feel like I have been more than understanding but to offer no apology, no communication, and no assistance to help reconcile things is completely unacceptable. Honestly the only reason they're getting stars is because I like how many options they have for scrub tops and pants. But that's it. Most importantly the dressing rooms sketch me out. The doors have such wide gaps that someone could easily see in, and there's a camera on the ceiling parallel to the rooms- who knows how wide of a lense that camera has? There's no way the dressing rooms AREN'T in view of the camera based on how it's positioned. Plus, every time I come here the customer service sucks. They're always gossiping with each other and constantly act like they're miserable being there. You're in customer service- at least fake it every once in a while. Stop hiring teenagers that don't give a sh*t about their job because they have no problem showing it here. I never see anyone cleaning or organizing, and lord knows the place needs it. read more

I came to this store on a thursday at 6:29 in need of scrubs for work. They already had the door locked when on the door said they were open till 7. I tried calling them to see if hours changed with covid and they answered and hung up on me. I came the next day and no one would help me. i asked to try on and they had an attitude. This store has a poor selection for mens scrubs. I do prefer to try and buy locally when possible but this is not the place I can do that. I went in today to see if maybe there might be something I might like that was not my usual brand. There was no, "hello" or acknowledgement of me even being in the store so I suppose we can add poor customer service. For those that work here, this is not a job they believe needs repeat business...until purchasing online becomes the norm. I have literally never left a review before but this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. The lady that checked me out was talking about her coworker when she walked away. The embroidery was sloppy and not completed the way I requested. I asked if there was anything we can do about it and the lady who was talking bad about her coworker rudely stated "you have to take that up with them" (pointing to the counter). As she walked away, she was talking about me to the customer in the store. When I approached the counter the lady asked me what's the problem. Great service!!!! The employees where so helpful and polite. My daughter goes to Duval charter at mandarin and she has to have certain uniforms. When I was in the store I had no i idea what to get. The manger came right over and showed me everything that I needed and they embroider all my stuff in a hour. Thanks again guys and I will be back when it gets colder to get her a jacket. read more

Worst service ever year after year. I believe ther are aware that they are the only provider for Kipp Impact uniforms as to why they could care less. Upon driving there my order either can't be found or not ready. I called to see if my child's jacket was embroidered and spent over 1:04:33 on the phone being placed on constant hold with no answer for something ive paid for already. Hung up called back to spend 11:08 ( & counting) on hold again by Alan who left me on hold for over an hour the 1st time. The call automated system states you have come to the right place but I can guarantee you did not. Sadly I have to deal with this year after year. If you have thechoice don't waste youre money here. I absolutely dread going to this place. The staff are a bunch of teenagers who aren't friendly at all and the clothes aren't organized at all. The staff didn't help at all, I asked one if they had anymore shorts in a size and she shrugged her shoulders and said there might be some in the back in storage and WALKED away, not even bothering to check. I was definitely unimpressed with this place and hope they get more professional staff. read more
