They carry limited stock of special uniforms required by a specific hospital in town, and they will custom order what you want if they don't have it. We were told they are selective about who who they let use the restroom and we can go across the street to Petsmart and use their bathroom. The lady behind the counter is EXTREMELY rude. I could not believe how ignorant and horrible her attitude was. Huffing and puffing when I asked what bathroom she uses... She says well we have one..... She got the manager on the phone snickering to her like it was a big joke or something and the manager said she was sorry. I couldn't believe she wouldn't let a 4 year old use the bathroom. We put our stuff back and left. I will NEVER be back again! And I purchased maternity scrubs from this place when I was pregnant. Their customer service has greatly diminished. Update: Today at around 4:30 the owners did contact me via Facebook: We, the owners at Uniformi-t, apologize sincerely for the treatment that you and your daughter received while in our store. There is no excuse for anyone treating you this way. As grandparents, we understand the emergency needs of small children and we would never deny them the use of a bathroom. The photos you took are of what used to be restrooms. Due to a plumbing issue that occurred when we expanded, there is no water to those particular bathrooms. We have another restroom that does work that we regularly let customers use. I don't know why you were turned away today, but I assure you that this was not a company policy. We pride ourselves in providing a quality shopping experience and will not tolerate or continue to employ those who are not in keeping with our company image. Loyal customers are the reason we exist and prosper. Again, we apologize for the treatment you received today. It won't happen again. I am thankful for their response and hopefully when I return I can update with a positive review.

I've been wearing clothing from both over the last 4-5 years in shirts and trousers and just find them to be the best for my daily casual wear. 5.11 Tactical offers great looking clothing that fits the needs of law enforcement, first responders, and perhaps in some cases, military personnel. I find their pants and shirts comfortable, with stretch material that gives breathing room as you wear them. I especially like the various types of trousers they offer as they have multiple pocket sets (in some cases even pockets within pockets) because it gives me the space to put some small camera gear when I'm out on YouTube video shoots or doing photography for myself or my channel. Now, you won't find suits for church here but I will say their pants and shirts are certainly good enough to wear when you attend church! It's my type of wear weekly. As for value, note that 5.11 is a specialty store, which means you will pay oftentimes above what you may expect. This shop does not offer military discounts, BUT I will say that you can find great deals when they have clearance sales. I left with a bundle during my visit. Also, if you are military, you can get 5.11 Tactical apparel at the Navy Exchanges at 20 percent off or on special occasions at 40 percent off. That is to say, there are still good ways to get deals on 5.11 clothing - it's how I purchase all of mine. In addition to shirts, trousers, and shorts, you can find excellent boots and reinforced shoes designed for law enforcement and first responders here. I'd like to get a pair for trail walking - I may do that soon! The service from the employees here on this day was excellent! They took time to answer all my questions and really believe in the product they sell. So stop by 5.11 Tactical and see what you think! Hard to believe if you can't find something you like here!
