    The call service is a ioke. Thev used to be great no issues…read more That has significantly changed. Ido not believe they have any office staff anvmore! I think thev went fully online ordering and you ONLY speak to people Philippines. The last time Michelle was in office was 9/26 she never called me. 10/02. My Dr sent the script 9/9. I was suppose to have a new in office fitting. I am still using the same old mask and tubing. Ever since this Valmar company took over..straiqht down the drain. I would steer clear especially if using Military Benefits, there is better options in town. If don't get this resolved I am taking my business else where. Stop being a small business wanting support and then moving obs that could be for stay at home parents here supporting one another and moving them overseas. I want to do business with people who offer customer personal service not 1 hour on a call. and when I ask the person "is that what you just said" they sav "i don't know" 10/22 the never contacted me I went b the office nothing place is a ghost town dk what scam valmar is doing but they didnt even send my stuff to insurance till 10/10. Did it wrong was denied with wrona codes. Never called me then i qet a texi today with no info but savs I have a bill. I can't see it and even when 1 tried an account.... have no info on this mvsterious pill! I will be filing a complaint with the AG of Florida about this buisness. I already told mv doctors office and thev will not be using them anymore either. Next I will file a complaint with Tricare east.

I did need to call while out of town, their response was quick and very helpful They helped me to resolve the issue on the phone and gave me the name of a company near me if I had further difficulties. My husband expired 1-3-18 so I no longer need their services. Should a need arise in the future I would not hesitate to use this company.

    I have been using this company for almost 10 years. I never had a problem until recently. First…read moreit was the tubing. The ends would twist and cut off my air supply. When I called them about it they said they would send a different tube. They did, but for the next two orders I had to remind them of the type of tube I needed. Now, the air-flow (my name for it) on the mask pops off in the middle of the night. I tried popping it back in, but the air just blows it back out. I called to get the mask replaced because this is obviously a product malfunction. All they could tell me was that my insurance would not cover another mask until September. Nothing about returning the faulty mask to receive another one. I asked about purchasing a new mask and they sent me to a site where I would have to figure out which company to deal with. I couldn't even get the model number for my mask that would fit on my tubing and machine. I am waiting now for someone to call me back to give me information about what to order. Let's see about an hour 15 min now.
