Take your business elsewhere! I was thrilled when I found this cute little scrub store. They have quite the selection, although a little on the pricey side. The staff seemed friendly enough. However, and I know I'm not the first to post this, the owner is awful! The nasty look I received when I went to pick up an online order of scrubs ensured I'll never return! The service here is absolutely awful. There's three people working and it feels like asking if a product is in stock and if they have the size is asking them to go out of their way. I planned to buy several uniforms here but will be going online directly with the vendor as opposed to giving this location the business. Pros: Large variety of scrubs to chose from, friendly customer service. Cons: A bit pricy and all of their bottoms have slits in them. The two girls working there today were very kind and helpful. I appreciated that part considering I couldn't find the scrubs I needed anywhere and was already stressed out myself, but they made my shopping experience there better. read more

Sunday, March 7, went to check out with the intent to purchase a $100.00 in Cherokee scrubs. I asked to try on a scrub top and the staff said, no". We close in 5 minutes. I said it only takes me one minute to tro on the top. They still said, "no". The register was probably not open as they were counting it down as we talked. I put the scrubs back on the rack. I work for a hospital system that does business with them but I can just as easily go to the Cherokee website. Looking at other reviews I would say this attitude is passed down from ownership. Don't shop here. They don't know how to handle customer service or product issues. When I spoke to the owner/manager he is exactly who trained them exactly how not to handle customer issues properly. He was just as rude, by this time I'm so flabbergasted. WhenI spoke to him, I was irritated and rightfully so. They have no regard for making things right for a customer and are not focused on growing the businesses by gaining customer loyalty! The employees are asked to stick to a strict policy and Can't do anything unless The owner is present. I'm trying to return pants That had a hole in the seam ie manufacturers error And they couldn't make it right until the owner also confirmed that it was a manufacturer error. If you do not trust your staff to handle problem resolution while you are away maybe you should revisit your business model. I would never leave my business With someone who can't even handle a refund or exchange and what happened to the customer is always right? I have Been in business running multiple units for years and have learned that if you take care of your employees and they will take care of the business. Maybe, Have a shift lead in each shift that can make higher level decisions. This will save on extra work to such as having to call a disgruntled customer and refund them. I came in and spent hours trying on scrubs for my new job with an employee that seemed to have my best interest in mind. However, after trying on multiple scrubs I purchased over 300 dollars worth of scrubs only to get home and find that one of my pieces was the wrong size. Once I realized this issue I had already cut the tags off the piece of clothing not knowing that an exchange/return was not possible after this. I came back to the store hoping to get compassion and a kind employee that could help me out considering the amount of time and money I have already spent on them. Unfortunately, they left me completely stranded with scrubs that I cannot even fit in. The worst part of the experience was not even the fact that I couldn't return my item, it was the cocky, arrogant, inconsiderate owner of this facility. Even with just a few minutes in his presence you can tell he has no one else's interest in mind except his own and how much money he can make off of you. All this being said if you can get scrubs somewhere else, I highly suggest you do that! I also found it strange that each item I tried on was simply put back out on the floor without sanitizing them AT ALL! With a pandemic going on I would only expect this would be the basic protocol. However, this may explain why they have had employees out with COVID. read more
