They were very accepting of my crazy schedule which rescheduled two of my attempts to get in, they kindly said when you can get here we will be here for you. A most wonderful approach to customer service. I brought it in the next day, of course later than I said due to my schedule and Art was very nice and super cool, he even let me borrow a tool to take care of something on my vehicle while they finished up the other clients vehicle. I gladly gave him my keys and he backed it into the bay to start the work, he went over what i wanted done with me one last time to assure it was done perfectly. It was done perfectly, promptly at a wonderful price point that I was able to make it early to my next appointment, all with a lifetime warranty. Amazing experience from the first words and throughout the entire process. Great people, great shop, fantastic job well done with wonderful pricing and warranty. Grateful for the opportunity to be a lifetime customer and will always send everyone to the best shop for the same experience I had. The Ride looks Dope! Unfortunately, the sensors somehow malfunctioned after the wrap. They tried to recalibrate the system, but since they didn't have the proper equipment, they recommended for me to take it to the dealer. I sent them the recalibration bill, and David, the owner, took care of the cost. Unexpected issues can happen... but what matters most to me is how a company responds when they do... and this company stood behind their work. So, 5 stars for the quality of the wrap... and 5 stars for the way they took responsibility and made things right.

Mind you after hearing a sad similar story from my neighbor and against his advice I still decided to give them a shot. They don't answer and when they do it's some excuse about how it's too far or too late. Then I get a random text about how they can come today and when I reply with a time they said it's too late (again). I don't see what the problem is a month later and unfortunately I work a crazy schedule to take my vehicles myself and around for them. It really sucks that MOST if not all "Mobile Tinters and Detailers" operate this way. Considering we have so many vehicles constantly operating in my family we need reliable resources like this that are just not there. SMH No star recommendations unfortunately

I was mainly looking for a shop that specializes in Teslas, and I decided to give this place a try. Getting a quote and scheduling the appointment was very smooth. I also had a few questions about how dark I should go with the tint, and everything was explained clearly. The car was ready at the promised time. I had the windshield and all the windows tinted, and the final result came out perfect. The work was done very professionally, and I'm very happy with how it turned out.
