I rarely write reviews, but All Star Moving Service truly came through for us. We were supposed to move on a Saturday when the company we originally booked essentially backed out on us the Thursday before. We were stressed! A friend had recommended All Star a while back, so I gave them a call and, thankfully, they had availability the very next day. They arrived on time, worked quickly and efficiently, were careful with our belongings, and were genuinely kind throughout the whole move. On top of that, they were VERY reasonably priced. We actually ended up paying several hundred dollars less than we would have with the original company. One important thing to note: our new building required movers to carry a $1,000,000 insurance policy. The first company didn't have it, which is why they backed out last minute, but All Star absolutely does. True professionals. I definitely should've listened to my friend from the start. All Star Moving did their very best to accommodate the sensitive pickup time of the musical organ that I needed to be moved and relocated to another city. The crew handled the organ with care, carefully wrapping the instrument with moving blankets secured with plastic wrap. They hauled the 350 lbs instrument down stairs from a second story building. I witnessed that tge crew continued to handle my instrument with care as they delivered to my home and set it in its place. The crew were pleasant and professional. The pricing was very, very reasonable and very clear. They gave me the best quote of 18 moving companies that had reached out to me to bid on the job. This team of 3 guys moved me out of a 3rd floor apartment with elevator into a 3rd floor apartment with no elevator all stairs. Sky, Lee and Lom showed up on time, 7:28 for a 730am move. They wrapped up all my furniture quickly. During the move we were informed that the elevator would be unavailable after a certain time so they prioritized the big furniture in the staging area and got all the big stuff thru elevator before time ran out. They were all extremely polite and positive given the time limits and impossible volume to move. I can't say enough about how fast they got all the furniture and boxes up the stairs. These guys busted their butts to help me move a few weeks back. 2 Bed 1 Bath and a full garage in El Cerrito to my new larger place in Vallejo. Paid by the hour and they never stopped working except for a small break. Provided their own blankets, shrink wrap and tape and a couple of large boxes used to load and unload some small stuff. Absolutely Horrible Experience - Dishonest, Careless, and Unprofessional Movers I had the absolute worst moving experience with All Star Moving this past weekend. I wish I could give them zero stars. They initially quoted me a much lower price, but once the move started, the crew intentionally moved painfully slowly to drag out the hours. They were being paid hourly, so of course, this inflated the final bill by a huge amount compared to the quote. On top of that, the movers were unprofessional -- taking multiple smoke breaks, lounging on their phones, and wasting time while I was not watching. I caught them a few times when I went down to the truck to help with a few smaller items and noticed this behavior and was upset. But given the language barrier, struggled to communicate it with them. When I called Michael to tell him to complain, he just acted like it's normal as the movers are tired and need breaks. I understand that they need breaks but I shouldn't be charged hourly for the time they take their breaks. To make matters worse, they damaged a shocking amount of my belongings. My armoire was cracked, multiple boxes were broken open, and a box of wine bottles I packed myself was partially destroyed -- several bottles were cracked and leaking, and a few were missing entirely. I can only assume they were either broken and they decided to hide the broken glass or stolen. Somehow, my clothes ended up wet, because the movers decided to repack some clothes in boxes with liquor bottles from my bar cart that had leaked or shattered. Even though they spent so much time "wrapping" items, almost everything came out with new scratches, dents, or scuff marks. When I showed them the cracked armoire, they claimed it was already broken (it was absolutely not) and only offered a laughable $40 discount despite the extensive damage and the inflated bill. The movers themselves did not speak English, so I had to keep calling Michael, the dispatcher or manager, to act as a translator. This back-and-forth not only wasted more time but also made the entire process extremely frustrating. When I told Michael about the damages and missing items, he was incredibly dismissive -- blaming us instead of taking any responsibility. He even tried to claim that the armoire had been damaged before the move, which is completely false. Eventually, when I pressed for a refund or further discussion, he hung up on me and refused to answer any more calls. I had another moving company do the entire move into my apartment from my previous and mounted my tv in less than 3 hours. These guys had less stuff to move and less tasks and still took 2 hours longer AND had more damages. Ridiculous. Between the dishonest quoting, slow and careless movers, damaged property, missing items, and terrible customer service, I can confidently say this is the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. This is a low integrity service. Please stay away. They took 9 hours to move a two bedroom apartment - total bill $1300. I accidentally handed an envelope with $2000 in cash thinking it was $1000 (my wife withdrew the money). The movers started to count the cash and then afer realizing that it's more than $1000 stopped and took the cash. After she explained that it was $2000 in the envelope I contacted the business owner - Michael who took the movers side and said that it was only $1000 in the envelope. They used to be very efficient, 3 year ago. That's why we chose them again recently. They sent 1 young man and 1 old man. The young man took charge of packing and wrapping, the old man did all the loading. I almost packed everything, about 10 boxes and 40 bags, it took these 2 excellent employees ( as per Michael) 3.5hrs to load, then 2+hrs to unload. I didn't follow them all the time, but came across a moment that the old man was trying to move a mattress and got stuck, he did not ask for help at all. The total time they spent almost double my last moving, despite that they offered the same low hourly price. Not to mention these excellent employees exploded one of my vacuum bags. I've tried pretty hard to give people the benefit of the doubt over the span of the pandemic and not write any bad reviews, but I've got to on this one. Allstar Moving Service was the "cheapest" one available for our move, but ended up being the most expensive in the end. It took 3 men almost 12 whole hours to move our 3 bedroom house, and as time has passed we keep noticing more and more damage. Much like other people have said, there was definitely a language barrier which did not bother me one bit at first, but as the day went on we noticed it was kind of a problem. The Bad: -Boxes that were clearly marked were not placed in the correct rooms. I'm just now finding half of my clothes, 2 weeks later, that were stuffed in the back corner of the garage. -Boxes marked "VERY FRAGILE" were stacked with heavier boxes on top. -My son's loft bed was not put together properly - two screws fell out of the mattress frame as he climbed into bed two days later. -We noticed them literally tossing stuff into our backyard toward the end of the day. -Things like our laundry rack, and vacuum were left out back as well. - almost everything, a dresser, a record console, etc we've managed to keep in pristine condition for over 5 years have chipped legs from this move. -They tried to overcharge us at the end... We were told explicitly over the phone and text twice and : 3 movers, $169/hr, additional ONE TIME truck fee $79 - "THERE ARE NO HIDDEN FEE" - yet, since it took them 2 truck loads to finish, the guys tried to charge us TWO $79 truck fees, and an extra hour than they actually worked. We took cash out to pay them with tip, but with their overcharge - their tip essentially became nonexistent. Had they not have continued to try and argue the extra hour and truck fee, I would have gone out to get more than a 10% tip which is what we gave. Our previous move 2 years ago from a very stacked 3rd story, 2 BR apartment, AND storage unit, WITH a piano was literally half the price, and half the time - same amount of movers. As the day went on, we kept going over it like "we do NOT have DOUBLE the stuff as last time! And there are no stairs! And no storage unit! And we're not even moving the piano! There is no way it should be taking this long." Seems like rather than packing efficiently the first time, they kept rearranging the truck? Plus they would move their own things in and out of the truck like a floral headboard, and a dresser that was not ours? Not only that but we moved a decent amount of stuff between ourselves and our in-laws, AND had to go back to finish the job as we called it quits after 11.5 hours. I really just don't even know what happened. But, again, 11.5 for only two truck loads, 10 miles apart seems pretty nuts for "professional" movers. Which is another thing - it took them about 40 minutes to get to the new home from the old, when its MAYBE a 20 minute drive with a slower, large truck. And even if the almost 12 hours was necessary, they still tried to overcharge us in the end, misplaced all our stuff and damaged a bunch of furniture so... Just don't do it. We were originally skeptical based on some of the negative reviews on yelp. However the 3 movers arrived on time (5 minutes early) and started immediately. We have a lot of heavy and fragile furniture which our three movers got out of our apartment, up three flights and into the new place up two flights without incident. I would just like to note on some of the negative review about furniture damage. Things are bound to get bumped along the way and certain inexpensive furniture just isn't made to be moved. There were a few bumps during our move but our solid pieces were fine after being blanketed and wrapped by the All Star Team. Would 100% recommend and use them again. read more

If you're looking for a moving service I'd highly suggest you look elsewhere. I hate to leave a low rating but it's the day after my move and I am noticing that all of my boxes marked fragile had multiple boxes stacked on top of them because they are smashed, my plastic storage containers with light items inside are warped and bent from having boxes on top. Items were wrapped together that should have been separated (again, fragile and heavy do not belong together). There was a communication barrier because the movers spoke little English. They used my restroom without asking which I would have said yes but my God, courtesy please. I was mostly concerned because the toilet in my new place was having issues with flushing thank God it flushed on Sunday! Oh and there was pee left on the seat. I just.... Anyway I mainly had boxes. I didn't move any large items outside of a foldable desk, vanity that's less that 48" wide, a desk chair that breaks downs and fitness equipment (barbell and weights) and with 2 movers, the move took around 3 hours. I was looking for someone with a smaller hour minimum requirement but most companies I had inquired with had a 4 hour minimum and I didn't think we had enough stuff for our move that would take that long. Luckily All Star Moving Service only requires a 2 hour minimum. I reached out to Michael and he responded quickly and his pricing was reasonable and all inclusive. Michael texted me the night before of our scheduled date to let me know when his guys would arrive. They arrived on time and were polite and worked quickly. The 2 guys didn't speak very much English but I was able to point out things I did or did not want to go into the moving van. They completed the whole job of packing, driving to our new home, and unpacking in 3 hours. I went with this company for my move yesterday (10/24/20) and would HIGHLY recommend them! I moved from my 2 bedroom apartment, on the second floor to a 3 bedroom house about 5 miles away. I got quotes from 6 other moving companies and All Star was comparable to the market but had pricing that was easy to understand. Everything was included - no fee for stairs, disassemble and reassemble, packing materials. Two employees and their truck arrived right on time and they HUSTLED to get my move done. We were so impressed by how hard and efficiently they worked. We had most of our stuff packed in boxes but there were still some loose items - mostly our toddler's toys. They helped pack everything and listened when we asked them to place items in the different rooms of the new house. I am using All Star Moving Service for the second time and will most likely use them for all and any future moves from here on out. I had such a pleasant experience, from the beginning to the end. The coordination with Michael was quick, prompt and professional. I scheduled about 3 weeks in advanced and Michael kept me informed and answered all my questions promptly up until the time the movers arrived. The moving company or I need to say the nightmare moving company, is All-Star Moving Company. Let me start with saying that when I called to get info, quote and details of how this company works I spoke Michael who conversated in clear English however when two movers showed up they couldn't say a word of English, looked confused when they saw a couch that needed to be moved- keep in mind that we were using sign language to explain what needs to be moved. These two movers talked to each other in Cantonese and waved their hands, gesturing that they didn't know what to do. Then they attempted to rip my small sectional couch apart - I almost fainted with their actions and asked them to stop as they damaged the piece. I then called Michael "the boss" and asked him whom has he sent for this moving job? Unfortunately, Michael somehow spoke very poor English and was not the person I confirmed this move and details. I was in complete shock and panic. Michael kept saying something I was not able to understand. I will mention that these un-professionals came with a substantial dirty truck. The movers were babbling something, but it was impossible to understand. Also, these people showed up without any moving supplies or boxes, and they were dressed like they were going to a beach in flip-flops. I fired them on the spot and hoped that everyone who reads this review would not have a day I had and stress that I'm still trying to get over. Michael sent over a very appealing contract that included "no hidden fees," "professional movers," "moving equipment and boxes." Do not trust them -they came empty-handed, confused, unable to communicate in English, and very lazy and rude! I would not trust positive reviews for this company. I had a terrible experience with these guys today. I was told an hourly rate and that I must hire for a minimum of three hours. So I did and guess what, after 1.5 hours these guys want to leave. They did not speak English and so it was very difficult to explain to them that I am paying for three hours and so I would like them to continue working for the hired amount of time. However they kept saying finished and they started doing a lousy job at this point. So basically a rip off. I talked to the owner Michael and he said the price was only for big items, then why are you charging me for three hours? You either give me a flat rate or do the hourly rate. You can't be doing hourly prices and then not working for it. It's simply ridiculous! I will most certainly not hire these guys again very deceptive. Stick to your word. And in my case I was not even moving, I simply needed furniture to be moved from one floor to the garage for storage to be packed away. I was given a quote to move my sall 3 bedroom house, back yard furniture and boxes from storage unit. I was told about 4 - 5 hours, no hidden fees. That was a lie! The hidden fee is the fact that their truck is SMALL and they will not fit all your stuff. 1020sq. ft. 3 men who didn't speak a word of english huffed and expressed their displeasure at Every piece of furniture! They were super slow, unnecessarily shrinkwrapped plastic bins, what for??? They didn't care to put things where I asked them to. We had to clean the house ourselves, my 16 year old daughter and I, because the house was not ready for cleanning crew as movers were not half way done. Second day was worth then the first, as Noone was coming to finish the move. I called Michael and he said that they will arrived to finish the move at 6pm!!! HOW!?! I showe back yard plants and rest of stuff that had to be moved. They loaded some boxes, then filled truck with all my planters, and stated that they had no more room for the rest of our stuff in the garage!!! It's 9:30 pm, house has to be returned the next morning and they are calling Michael who says that nothing can be done! I asked for them to bring and unload my stuff on the lower deck, show them a picture of exactly where to put things, pay Michael via venmo. Naturally, I didn't bother giving these movers from hell a tip, as I stupidly did the first day. We stayeda to clean house with the help of my friends who also took the rest of our things movers didn't take. At midnight we artive at our new home to find all our belongings laying on the driveway, just thrown out of boxes and covered by our 2 large rugs, under the rain!! How can anyone do that?!?! Exousted mother and child ended up dragging belonings out of the rain for the next 3 hours. We left the rest for the next day, since by 3am it felt like we just couldn't move. We ended up paying $3,380 for a move that lasted 2 days instead of 5 hours, they damaged bedroom window, we can't find our kitchen boxes, so can't cook or even make tea. And what takes the cacke, is that Michael stated that movers did exactly what I asked them! He has not responded when I asked for his license to file a claim for damages. I had to help coordinate a moving job and called around and they gave the best rate, decent overall reviews, and promised of experience. And here's how the nightmare begins: 1. Unexpected time & date change. Set to come week in advance on a Saturday. Tuesday of, received a call from moving company that particular day wouldn't work but can only do it the next day: Sunday. Sunday being landlord's worship day but made it work. Asked them to come at 9:30, got text Wednesday of, that if they can come either 8am or noon. We settled at a 9 am start time. Yeah, off to a very suspicious start as this feels like my job took two backseats off the bat. 2. Slow and questionable drive time. It's a Sunday, they were 6 Mins late but no biggie. I had 1 stop in between it was 38 Miles from pick up. Moving company left, I checked out after them and saw them in a gas station as I passed through. Which is odd, I was told that $150 for prepaid gas and hired the movers by the hour. (So there's paid gas charges and now there's hired time taken for them to fill gas.) Took me 40 Mins to get there plus time I had to check out driving within speed limits. Took them 1 hr 20 Mins later to arrive. Next destination I stayed behind an hour unexpectedly (more on that later) and went to pick up lunch for them to wait for them to arrive the final destination and took me 1 hr 21 Mins drive time. They arrived 2.5 hrs later. 3. Refusal of service. I've expected and have explained that the same large truck they bring will fit all the things. As it did when I first had things trucked to these locations. Actually even more things, since things were already deducted: a fridge, washer, chair, table since I had to it "give away." They told me that they could of packed everything in if I have warned them to pack it higher, which I did, but by the 2nd stop they couldn't fit because movers had bags of clothes, linens on the truck floor which honestly can be on top of all the furnitures. I've specifically asked they to take fishing poles with them since it's long and awkward. They left it behind with about a quarter truck worth of things. After begging them they left about a small Uhual worth of stuff or one SUV and mid size car. Which means, I have to move yet again. And do you think keeping these things in Bay Area rented room/space for another week until I can drive 300+mi to get it again is cost efficient? 4. Damages. When they arrived for the move, they stepped on the light beige cushioned dining chair without foot protection. By the time I saw this chair being stepped on, changing color from beige to brown, mover then placed a cardboard as seat cover and continued to step on the chair. During the move to final destination, they started to carelessly lifted inside of the dining table which causes wood pieces near the joints to break off. Careless tossing boxes and furniture wood pieces, and not opening the door to come in caused all sorts of furniture scratches dings and damages to door sides sides as well. During their lunch break I've decided to move the compact car out of the drive way. One mover who was smoking hit the parked trucks lift gate while car was backing up behind truck which caused car's side mirror damages in the process. While one of the mover was eating lunch and I called out for him to stop, but it was too late. $200-$300 side view mirror damage at least which the owner told me to claim under my insurance. I have a $500 deductible. 5. Overcharged hours and initial gas. The lag in drive time was explained by the truck's size heavy load that would only be safe to drive at 50 mph. It took them more than doubled the time to come each time which means if I'm going within speed limit of 65 mph taking all the same roads (major freeways too) they did about less than 32.5 mph. Come on. Then remembered I saw them as gas station on their on hired hours after leaving the first pick up when I've prepaid $150 gas. They tag on 2 hours double time drive per agreement but expected that 2 hrs to be paid tips on it too. It's not worked hours and it's fees. Tips charged on fees is expected, I guess. Ugh. All Star has my vote! This is what I look for in any small business: flexibility, value, efficiency -- and good cheer! It was a GREAT RELIEF to find All Star Movers/Farragut in San Francisco -- to handle a small move in the midst of feeling nerve-wracked/as one often does at these times because of the tight time frames I had to meet. I was stumped and needing an answer on who could assist me, and here was Michael getting back to my online inquiry at 8PM in the evening rather than having me wait until the next day. This small move was 10 miles from my current to my new home -- taking place in the midst of my downsizing. AFTER the larger move nearly a month ago (but while my home has been getting prepared for sale), I discovered there were several heavy items left behind that I was NOT going to do away with after all. Going back to the original movers was not doable as they don't handle such small moves. Michael could not have been more accommodating in making two people available for two hours not in a week -- but in two days -- with an unbeatable price ($119/hour for 2 and a modest truck charge). When I asked him if he could ADD to the items being transported -- adding several that were going from my home to a THIRD ADDRESS (where someone else was purchasing some of my treasured things) -- he very flexibly and willingly made this happen. His movers -- Dong and Yin could not have been easier to work with -- and they got everything wrapped, protected and tied down with great efficiency. My boyfriend and I relocated over the bay bridge in 2018, and this was our first time using this company. We had had a bad experience with another moving company in 2017 and were not expecting a smooth experience. However, we were very pleasantly surprised with how punctual, efficient, and careful the movers from this company were. They were able to complete our move in less than five hours and even accommodated a stop along the way to pick up a couch. Everything was packed and handled well, and not a single thing was broken or even remotely damaged. We are currently planning another move and are hoping to use this company again. These guys are awesome! Extremely efficient and fast, very careful and relatively affordable compared to competitors I received quotes from. I was really impressed with the professionalism of the movers - you could tell these guys really knew what they were doing. They wrapped everything that could get scratched or dirty in plastic wrap and even disassembled and reassembled our bed and gym equipment without being asked, and still completed our large three bedroom move in 4.5 hours. Nothing broke or was damaged, and I can't stress enough how dang fast they were. It took 8 hours with 2 people to move from a studio to a 1-bedroom apartment 4 blocks away.Their moving method is inefficient and boy are they slow! They are more focused on their breaks to smoke, chat and complain.And not to mention that all along they constantly sulked, damaged furniture and made the whole experience of moving into a new place unpleasant. Where do I start. In summary, they were unprofessional, unreliable, and unsatisfactory. Let me explain: 1. Tardiness - They missed my original appointment window of 4pm. Their first suggestion was to reschedule to the following day. I had to leave the country the following day. So they arrived two hours later. 2. Unprofessional - At some point, they stopped moving my things. They complained that they just wanted to go home and it wasn't fair for them to work this late. It was 7:30 at that point but it wasn't my fault they arrived late. The manager then wanted to charge me for this time we spent arguing back and forth. After the argument, they said they were going o unload the things they had already loaded onto the truck onto my apartment and wanted me to pay before they do so. I had to settle for only moving part of my stuff. I had to call some friends in the middle of the night to help me move the rest of my stuff. Ridiculous. 3. Unreliable - The manager could not manage his own movers - they were speaking in Chinese so I couldn't quite understand but voices were elevated and what the movers were saying ("we're tired") and what the manager was telling me ("they will move the things") was clearly discrepant. He also told me they would arrive at 6:30 but they arrived at 6pm and asked if they can start moving earlier. 4. Damage - They damaged my light switch while moving out. Knowing the manager, he may deny this. But this was my experience - don't let it be yours. read more

Not efficient or organized. They speak Chinese and so do I but I was at the new apartment. They were with my husband at the time of loading the truck and they were uncooperative with what he was trying to direct them to take or not take. Some of our items were going to be thrown away and as such didn't need to be taken to our new apartment. They hurriedly said "ok" but continued to disregard everything he said. I understand the language barrier but they didn't take the time to cooperate either. Since they loaded the truck with so much of our trash, they were unable to take everything we needed moved - leaving us with more moving to do ourselves later. I received them at the new apartment only a few miles away. They arrived both smoking in their truck, and the smell definitely tracked inside. They were speaking in Chinese slang and being somewhat unprofessional before they realized I spoke the same language. Once they heard me speak Chinese they straighten up their behavior which should've been better from the get go. They were very slow to move everything and their methods of getting items into our apartment were not efficient. For a one bedroom apartment it took them 5 hours and 15 minutes. We already had 90% of the apartment packed in boxes and I don't think it should've taken so long, even considering safety. Overall paid $713.50, plus a tip out of politeness. This was for 2 movers and a small moving truck. Although they run cheap hourly, their performance and attitude were not worth it. I'm surprised they have any 5 star reviews at all. Take it into consideration that it's practically only 5 star reviews and 1 star reviews, barely any in between. I don't think it's worth the risk and I definitely made that mistake. Edit after unpacking: from a pile that was pointed out as trash and emphasized to not touch or take, they packed and transported - a bag of used cat litter, 4 empty boxes, broken furniture pieces, and 4 garbage bags filled with miscellaneous trash. They didn't care that boxes were marked as fragile and damage resulted from this. When my husband asked them "do we pay with cash or card?" he had to physically pull out cash and card for them to understand. I was unable to and shouldn't have to follow them around speaking Chinese just for them to be able to do their job adequately. Being professional and properly trained for your job shouldn't be hindered by a language barrier. If the customer is taking the extra time (which we are paying for) to help you get our belongings to a location safely, it doesn't hurt to take a second to listen rather than saying "ok ok ok" and shutting them up. read more

We are so grateful to have found this moving company. We had a scheduled move on a Saturday but our place was ready one day earlier. We reached out to Michael Sam (the manager/owner) and he was able to coordinate our move a day earlier. His two men showed up few minutes earlier than expected (punctuality is such a plus), came in and handled all our things with so much care since they wrap all furniture with plastic and/or blankets, and moved everything so quickly and efficiently. They even took apart our bed frame & reassembled it at our new place. This was the best quote we received when we were looking for movers and we thought since it was "cheaper" then the quality of work wouldn't be as good, but the lower price didn't compromise the quality of work performed. During the move, two of our baby's crib wheels broke and we contacted Michael Sam and he gave us the option of purchasing it and getting reimbursed or if we wanted him to purchase. We decided to purchase ourselves and he Venmo us after we sent receipt. Very professional and really took care of us. Small items still weren't packed, but John helped make small speed packs to load the small items. John is a person of action and he moved liked a cheetah. We decided to go with movers to help us move a handful of heavier items from our apartment. It took 4 hours to move 3 couches, a dresser and our bed. They disassembled our electronic bed and our couch to move it but then didn't reassemble it. Worst of all the movers severely damaged our almost new couch. There are scratches in the fabric and dings in the wood frame. We asked for an invoice and receipt to show proof of payment and the movers indicated they were unable to provide us one and were very insistent on being paid in cash rather than card. Upon contacting Michael just as others noted he took the side of the movers saying how do you know that they were responsible for the damage to the couches?l and refused to pay. We asked about them having insurance and they completely ignored the question which made us believe they are operating without it and is quite unprofessional as a moving company especially. We have yet to hear back from them after several messages and call but will likely be looking to file a claim against them to cover the damages to our furniture. STAY AWAY! I would call this nothing short of a SCAM especially after now seeing some of the other reviews. read more

I was moving within the city with only a bedroom's worth of stuff. All Star was recommended to me by a friend, but I also contacted a few different moving services for quotes. All Star had the most reasonable prices. All the other places I contacted had a 3 hour minimum while All Star only had a 2 hour minimum. Micheal (who I assume is the owner) was very communicative via phone call and text. On the day of the move, the movers contacted me prior to notify me when they're on their way. I have no complaints. They worked quickly and efficiently. Seeing how I only had a bedroom's worth of stuff, they finished under 2 hours. Upon unpacking, none of my items were damaged.
