I believe in getting a good price and a good understanding when doing business, not even the case with this liar!!!! He moved my 75 yr old - mom and he used the same tactics .... After coming out taking a look at her storage, he quoted a one price to move her from one unit to the another smaller unit at the same storage location . Once the move was half way complete , Rich the hustler started telling my mom that this is extra and oh yeah... that's extra... really dude... trash!!!!! I used him a couple of times and each time I've noticed his scheme.... Dude is a crook and don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews that you read on here.... This is raw and the truth!!!! You know what, his reputation is so terrible that he has had to change social media platforms and block real reviews!!!!! She darn sure did write about the horrible experience that she had and how he took her money.... I tried not to believe it too.... I hired lightening movers for a 6 mile move. I sent them a list of all items I want moved and when…read morethey arrived, I walked them through all the items. I had also texted them to confirm that if they have space left they would pick up the extra boxes (of clothes and miscellaneous items) . When they arrived they packed all items really well but started loading the small boxes and miscellaneous items first. They randomly started throwing things in there as if this was their first gig. In the end they didn't have space for the items they were hired to move. They told me it would take a second trip to pick the remaining items. When they dropped off the furniture I saw that they already had some furniture in their truck which is probably why they didn't fit my stuff. In the end I paid 400 dollars more because they packed their trucks like an amateur and had other furniture loaded before they reached here. The guys were hard working but because of not knowing how to load a truck I ended up paying 400 more dollars. Wouldn't recommend these guys. Maybe this is their strategy to lie to customer and do multiple trips to cheat them..
