At the time of service we had a project manager/landscape architect who handled everything and he told us they were great to work with (best buds w/ Greg Coiner) and claimed that they gave him several hundreds of dollars credit for flagstones we gave to them in partial trade for the limestone. We currently need more rock product work, have a ton of rocks we'd like to get rid of, thought they might want them and so far I have been completely unimpressed by their customer service or total lack thereof I should say! I left two VMs asking for a call back after explaining the above situation in the VM, never heard back at all. Tried to ask the same questions and requested call back from them online via their social media, still no reply or assistance w/ my request for their services! Based on this complete disregard for any kind of Customer Service care, we will NOT be using Hard Rock Products and/or recommending them in any way to anyone. Now granted, we determined that this PM who recommended HRP was a total charlatan with falsified qualifications/licensing and have subsequently fired him, so maybe along with his bamboozlement of us, he lied about what HRP actually did/said with this "exchange"!??! But regardless, repeat business is repeat business and theres never an excuse for crappy Customer Service! Too many other places around town that actually care about their customers and want repeat business to waste time chasing these guys when they apparently don't want or need the business!

We came a week ago to look at a bench they wanted 150 for it we asked if they go down to 100 if we loaded it ourselves they said that they couldn't so he said will come back today Saturday and with 150 so we're back today it's special arrangements to get a trailer to be here today and the guy said no it's 200 and we can't load it today cause nobody told me that we were going to be here you got to come back Tuesday

Tucked away on a strange little driveway off 8th Ave,…read moreyou would never expect to find ducks, chickens, and a goat strutting around, sunning themselves in a beautiful garden where you can pick your own greens, just across the street from Fiesta and a bunch of shut-down pawn shops. I have been a few times to pick up gardening supplies, but this is so much more than a garden store. It really is like a tiny farmer's market for just one farmer. On Saturdays, Elizabeth Anna has a small table set up with local produce, organic foods, and the day I went, even homemade pretzels and honey mustard. I had a great snack, a delicious kombucha, and picked up local squash, arugula, and tomatoes for the week. Saved myself a trip to the grocery store and made for a delightful morning! Elizabeth Anna is a great resource and can answer your gardening questions, and is a lovely person to chat with about most things local and natural.

After 20 years of a roller coaster ride with cancer, I returned to my hometown and stumbled upon a place where I've found, not only an unspoken peaceful understanding of my intricate and strange struggle, but a wealth of knowledge about natural and healthy ways of coping with my ever-evolving condition; as well as, fresh healing foods, helpful information about my community and classes about how to cook for my condition! I get chills every time I think about this lovely woman, Elizabeth Anna, whom I never met, yet who experienced my struggle so intimately and crafted such a peaceful place to heal. I marvel at all the courageous love that she and her friends and family put into this one-of-a-kind wonderscape; and I'm continually blown away by the courageous love each of the folks, who continue to nurture her dream, convey each time they welcome new and old neighbors from near and far into both a poignant work of art and nourishing landscape. Kudos to James and all his crew for keeping the faith and continuing on with a bountiful vision for the City of Fort Worth and beyond!

Staff is super nice and helpful. We've been here a few times, always looking for more Desert Rose plants, this trip they had a lot, some blooming, but the cost has gotten crazy. Inside the main building they sale a lot of Mexican style pots and tiles and other lawn deco. All are very bright and vibrant colored.

I went there to look for marigolds for Día de muertos. I knew it was the end of the season for the flower here but was hoping they would have some left. I looked around but couldn't find so I asked the lady there if they had one by chance. The lady didn't even look at me and just said "we don't have it if you don't see it"... I mean, I am asking because I see too many plants and maybe I am not looking the right section ? What kind of customer service is that? I left quickly after. There is another big nursery just down the street and there everyone was so nice and I felt more welcoming. And I was able to find the flower there!
