It took nearly four months just to get someone to our property after receiving a newly engineered plan for our septic lines. Despite multiple promises of return calls from Kim and another office staff member, we were constantly met with silence and delays. I finally had to become more assertive just to get a response and schedule service. When the crew arrived, they mentioned that our irrigation lines could be damaged during the job but claimed they would do their best to avoid it. Unfortunately, I watched them drill across our entire 0.7 acre lot without marking anything beforehand. They later flagged three damaged irrigation lines, but when inspected and repaired, there were actually over six cuts, along with electrical wiring damage. Now we are left with an unfinished job and nothing but excuses and back and forth communication from Josh, Kim, and their customer service team. To top it off, the third party contractor they hired kicked empty water bottles into the open trenches, and I had to go outside and ask him to clean up his own trash. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Find a company that values professionalism, communication, and respect for their customers. Ledford is not it.

We had a contractor who did a job for us tell us we set the bar high and we do! It is our home. My husband and I both have professions that do not allow for mistakes and so we expect a lot. We expect to know the process, the cost, when you are going to be here and we want you to strive for perfection. We had a fence done years ago by a guy who does a lot of work here in Keller. Terrible work! Screws sticking out etc. It was crooked. We told someone what a bad experience we had previously and they recommended FWCF. We are so grateful! A night and day experience! We knew when the supplies were being delivered. Maben followed up. The guys were here at the time he told us and we knew about when they would be leaving. None of this no show, or not show up when they say they are coming kind of stuff. That's what we had with the other business. Jose came and got right to work. We got exactly what we expected! Our neighbors loved it so much that they approached them and asked for their info. I told Maben I was so impressed with their service. He said he tries to provide a great experience for his customers. I know a lot of businesses have similar names. Call Maben and check out their work on Facebook. It's perfection! Here are a few photos of what they did for us. Make the call!

On Saturdays, Elizabeth Anna has a small table set up with local produce, organic foods, and the day I went, even homemade pretzels and honey mustard. I get chills every time I think about this lovely woman, Elizabeth Anna, whom I never met, yet who experienced my struggle so intimately and crafted such a peaceful place to heal. I marvel at all the courageous love that she and her friends and family put into this one-of-a-kind wonderscape; and I'm continually blown away by the courageous love each of the folks, who continue to nurture her dream, convey each time they welcome new and old neighbors from near and far into both a poignant work of art and nourishing landscape.
