Horrible experience with this company the last year but we started working with them back in since 2019. We hoped by returning we would receive the same customer service like the first order. We tried to get their help in the last year and spent over $11k in total with their company getting a commercial sign. They only did part of the job. We had to hire an independent contractor to help us with the sign installation even though we paid this company to do it. We even contacted them numerous times to charge us extra to get their help and they ignored us, ghosted us and we are so disappointed with their lack of communication, professionalism and ethics. Do not use this company unless you want to get ripped off and ghosted. (Luckily we recently found a better source (not HighTech) for sign installation! We found a reputable company that helped us on Sunday! Reasonably priced and it was done immediately!) But not by HighTech!!! Boo!!! HighTech signs DFW! Horrible company to work with!

I had requested 15 bridesmaid tanks and 15 groomsmen tanks along with a bride & groom tank to match for our boat cruise. Our entire wedding party was so surprised and absolutely loved them!! I still have guests coming up to me saying they loved it and that they still wear them even after the wedding. Each tank was made of great material and in the exact color I had imagined! My fiance and I also ordered wedding T-shirts, one that said Team Rambhala and one that said Team Raj for each side of the family. Marco worked with me over the phone and discussed all the variables involved in detail and explained the process and fees associated. The prices were extremely fair and confirmed the move. On the day before the move Marco once again confirmed the move and on the morning of the move they called to advise us they were on their way. They arrived on time and brought the larger truck as I had ordered since we have extra "stuff" with all my children. We had boxed everything ahead of time and had most of it in garage but not all. They had the garage loaded in about 20 minutes. I was amazed at how quickly and delicately they got our washer and dryer from upstairs down to the truck. Everything was loaded in under 2 hours as Marco had suggested in the quote. The movers made it to the new house without incident and were quick actually beating us in our cars. They got everything moved into the new house without any issues and couldn't have been nicer and more efficient. They wrapped the items needing it and taped up drawers etc... I'm sorry I do not remember the names of the crew that did the move but they busted their butts with all our "stuff" and handled everything as promised... thank you Marco and your staff!! We will use them in the future and I highly recommend them after our experience.
