Eileen was patient with my ideas and reigned it all in for a complete event. I cannot complain about any of the experience and appreciated all that was done for us. Unfortunately I did not love my bagel nor the jalapeno cream cheese. It did have jalapenos in it, but also I'm 99% sure it was mixed with frank's red hot. I would not have ordered it if I knew that; it was red/pink in color but I ordered off of a posted menu not by looking in the case. The bagel itself was soft and fluffy - more bread than bagel. If that's your preference you will love it, but I think a bagel should have a notable crust/skin for texture.
