The staff was polite, and our order was ready quickly. I tried the drink of the day, a banana caramel blend, and absolutely loved it. I didn't say anything but I'm sure I looked surprised. Someone behind the counter called "you have to order online." But I was right there with credit card in hand. It was cold and sleeting outside. The store wasn't crowded. Is this any way to run a business? I have always felt the people in this stor were snotty. But they have several teas that i enjoy, so i put up with it....until yesterday. ..That was the last time I'll spend any money in that shop. I don't know how they have survived with this attitude. I am not even exaggerating when I say I placed an order on the app, selected curbside check in, and after 12 minutes finally went in to see if maybe they forgot about me? Nope.
