He arrived a little late with his truck and small crew but went right to work and did the whole job in just 3 hours. I had expected a lot of chainsaw noise but they did a lot of cutting with handsaws, using the power tools mostly to cut up and grind the wood. Very impressive work and a great personality. Alonso was professional and clear in all of his communication with me from the initial walk-through around my property to the days of complex work on my property to the final celebration of liberating our home from the massive oak tree that fell on and remained on my house until they removed it. It was a complex job and Captain's Tree Service was up to every aspect of it. I don't have sufficient words to describe how confident I was in having Captain's do the work to remove the trees. I am forever grateful for their superb work and careful attention to my requests. I will never forget them. Sidebar: while their initial focus was to cut up and remove the 4 trees that fell, I also had them remove 2 massive tulip poplars that were still standing but were close to my house. I also had them grind up all the stumps. Excellent work and fair prices
