I was put into contact with Above All as a result of multiple attempts I had made to contact my previous company. Many of the staff who worked with my previous company are now associated with Above All. Luke came out on a Thursday to evaluate what needed to be done and help me prioritize the jobs. He submitted an estimate on Friday and the crew of 4 arrived the following Monday. They were on time and worked steadily until the jobs were complete and everything was cleaned up. Brandon (the crew chief) did a walk-through with me and we talked about what I could plan to do next. This was a huge job because nothing had been done for about 3 years. The price was very reasonable. The staff was very well informed and seemed to have as much empathy for my trees as I do. Brandon and Luke were very willing to discuss the job with me and listened to my concerns and suggestions. Any woman who has dealt with home service providers knows how rare and welcome this is.
