I can't say enough good things about Ablaze Tree Pro. They removed three trees in my backyard and…read moreabsolutely crushed it. The crew was extremely professional, efficient, and worked incredibly fast. Everything was done safely, cleanly, and exactly how you'd hope a professional crew would handle it. As a firefighter, my crew at the station immediately volunteered to "help" me take the trees down ourselves. Let's just say chainsaws, a ladder truck, and a bunch of firefighters with a day off could have turned into a very entertaining situation for the neighbors. In the end, I decided to leave it to the actual tree professionals--and I'm glad I did. The Ablaze team made it look easy and had the whole job done way faster (and probably with far less chaos) than my crew would have. If you want the job done right, safely, and efficiently, these are the guys to call.

They also took out two cherry blossom trees, killing the homes curb appeal and sound barrier to the freeway. I am a renter, so I contacted my landlord about the issues. Dave then called and spoke with me very rudely, hanging up on me before I could explain WSDOT requested he no longer dump on their land. After two weeks and calling my landlord to try and get me to change this review, Dave contacted me and asked me to take it down. This review now reflects facts versus feelings more accurately. I would still not recommend them for tree care, but they can chop and chip well.

The 10 mins come and still no show. I text Jim that I had already left, and that 20 mins past our scheduled appointment was too much. What bothers the most is the lack of courtesy and respect of other's time. If Tree Busters had contacted initially about their running late, this review would have been different.

Unlike other companies, Shook works on a very reasonable flat 1/2 day or full day rate and after the primary trees were taken care of we went around the property pruning and taking down a couple smaller dead trees I was going to do myself to fill out the rest of the 1/2 day. Steven was very knowledgeable and identified several mystery trees, assessed my trees health and identified a concerning fungi at the base of a mature fir tree. He then gave me the contact info for WSU plant sciences outreach to get a positive ID on it. The work was professional, done safely with all the expected safety equipment and efficiently.
