You don't truly realize how bad these things are until the weather gets better and it starts growing again. The guy that came out I believe was Jim and what a schmooze. I do not recommend these people unless you want to play games with trying to get a hold of them if there's any kind of problem at all. I see a lot of really great reviews, which is kind of odd to me so maybe they paid people...?
