My house is from '62 so there were a couple issues w/ my house where some of the insulation leaked out in one area. All seasons did a, great job installing insulation in our house. There were some hiccups along the way (our son had covid so we had to reschedule and the vm never made it to the technician) and a worker fell through our ceiling but they were amazing - happily rescheduled and quickly when my son was sick and had an amazing repair guy fix our ceiling. The texture and paint color matched perfectly, you would never know! A few weeks later I had ceiling fans installed and the electricians said they'd never seen so much insulation in their lives. I held off insulating our older 1960's house 5 years ago as all of my previous quotes I received were outside my budget, however, with PG&E prices hiking up I decided to bite the bullet this year. I didn't reach out to All Season when I initially requested pricing, so I was pleasantly surprised when I received a reasonable quote from them. Most of their reviews online were above-average to good so I went with them and I am so glad I did. Their team was great, they arrived on time and they were in and out in about 6 hours (1400 sfqt house), insulating both my attic as well as all of the exterior walls. They cleaned up well after themselves and I had no issues with their work. I immediately noticed a huge difference with the temperature within my house, I no longer have huge temp swings throughout the day and night. I was either freezing in the winter or sweating to death in the summer! I'm excited to feel and see the difference on my PG&E bill. This company uses ecobatt which is made up of old recycled newspapers. No formaldehyde, dust free, and safer than most insulation out there. So I've been told! The workers were very nice. I had been wanting to do insulation for a while as my house has none what so ever and it finally got cold enough the wife and I couldn't take it any longer. I came across all season from a simple google search "Insulation near me". All Season was the first to pop up. I read the majority of the reviews and the majority were good so I thought I'd give them the first shot. They answered the call first time, mark was friendly and was able to schedule me in for a quote the following week. They arrived on time for the quote and we're very knowledgeable about the process and materials. To my surprise the quote was WAY less then I expected to insulate all of the exterior walls. At that point there was no need to get other quotes. I agreed to the quote and set up a day and time to do the work. I received a call the day before the instal date to confirm. The next day they showed up right on time and got right to work. The workers were very friendly and knowledgeable, I had more questions to ask them when they arrived. They were happy to answer all my questions and didn't seem annoyed to do so. After that they got right to work and worked from 9am to 1pm non stop with no breaks. When the job was done they did a thorough clean up leaving nothing behind. Once the crew left, I left for a few hours and came back and immediately noticed the difference! I was seriously impressed. Before insulation my heater would have to be on 24/7 at 70 degrees and would still Not keep the house warm enough. After insulation we now keep the heater at 64/65 and every room in the house is equal temp with the rest of the house. And the heater doesn't kick on nearly as much. Overall I'm 100% satisfied with the job. I would absolutely refer all Season to anybody I know. I'm curious to see how it effects my monthly 240$ gas bill. read more

From start to finish this company has been stellar. The estimate was FREE and was given on the spot after initial measurements were taken. After learning that I needed the entire attic done and all of the exterior walls, I was shocked at their affordable estimate! I had to tighten my budget even more right before our scheduled day of installation so I called to ask whether I could do the attic as planned but wrap only the exterior walls of the bedrooms rather than the entire house. "No problem," they told me! PROS: Crew was amazing CONS: Management not terribly concerned with crew's safety I hired this company last fall (2009) to remove the rat crap-infested cellulose insulation from the 1/3 of my attic it covered, with the intention of re-insulating the entire attic afterward. The salesman who inspected my attic beforehand acted like it was no big deal, but most other insulation companies I called wouldn't take the job due to the toxicity of rat doodoo, and the pest control companies wanted thousands of dollars to do it. I did some online research and became concerned myself, so I called ahead to ensure they had the right equipment to do the removal and they assured me they did. Imagine my surprise then, when a crew of teenagers showed up with nothing more than paper masks, and a huge suction fan thingie that blew the old insulation into a mesh bag! No HEPA filters, nothing. Let's just blow the rat crap dust all over my neighborhood. Not to cast aspersions of the crew, however; they were amazing - fast, friendly, willing to work extra hard to get the messy job done. I called the office to express my concern that they were being sent into a potentially toxic environment without proper equipment, only to be scoffed at by the owner. He said rat crap was not toxic, and that no one in his company had ever been harmed by doing that work for the last 30 years. When I told the boys that, they all looked at each other and laughed. Yeah, except for so-and-so, wonder about that bad cough? and so on. I felt rotten about putting them in the position of having to decide to do the work under what the CDC considers unsafe conditions, and after showing them the info I'd printed out from the CDC website, they too were concerned. They spoke to the owner, and ultimately decided to do the removal work, even though they didn't have the proper hoses for it (imagine using an 8 or 10" hose to get in 30 degree angled spaces), because the salesman didn't mention the close spaces. It was a difficult job, but they did everything they could to minimize their, my, and my neighbor's exposure, and said they'd be looking into getting better filters, etc. Overall, the crew was fantastic, and the management not. I canceled the insulation job (didn't hear from the salesman about that either). Hopefully the crew is a little more informed, and the macho, "just tough it out and ignore the risks" attitude there changes. read more

All Seasons firewood just left my home and completely insulated every exterior wall and my enitre attic. They were in-and-out in 4 hours flat. Every hole was patched perfectly and the attic looks amazing. I can't say enough about the company, the crew and the owner Mark. And the price was the lowerst bid I got, by a long shot. What's more, they determined that two of my walls had already been insulated. They could have just kept quiet and charged me the original quoted price (I would have been none the wiser), but at the end of the job they brought it to my attention, and lowered my price accordingly. One definition of INTEGRITY is doing the honest and right thing, even when nobody is looking. Thanks to Mark and his son Joel for having the integrity to do the right thing! My second floor gets too hot in the summer, so I got bids from 3 companies to see what they'd recommend. 2 wanted to vacuum out my old perfectly fine insulation so they could do "needed air sealing," then blow in all brand new insulation. All Seasons estimator told me I didn't need that, my attic was sealed just fine, and they would blow additional cellulose on top of my existing. The bid included placing batting around ducts and other spots that might need it, and he made sure to give me the Internet special discount on the bid. All Seasons bid was a couple thousand below what the other companies wanted to sell me. I sure liked that. 3 guys came out and they took plenty of time to get their drop cloths just so. Once they got in the attic they covered the access tightly to keep the dust out of my house. They were courteous, neat, and professional. They arrived on time and were finished when they said they would be. Now it's 2 weeks later and I'm happy with the results. I feel the temperature difference upstairs and I didn't spend thousands extra like the other 2 companies wanted me to. Bottom line, I trust All Seasons and they did good work. After one of the coldest winters in the bay area, I decided to bite the bullet and get my house re-insulated. I called three insulation companies for estimates. All of them sent high caliber, qualified people out to evaluate the job and give an estimate. All three companies informed me of the level of insulation already there, of the rebates, and of the recommended work. The estimates differed by less than $500, so I picked the middle estimate: All Seasons Insulation Co. I originally made plans for them to show up on a particular Monday, then later found out that I had jury duty that day. The management was happy to reschedule it for later that week, so we did. On morning of the original scheduled date, I got a call from management asking if I had a 4-hour window before my jury service. I did, so we moved back to the original scheduled date and less than 20 minutes later, the whole crew was at my door ready to work! Awesome! The crew broke out with their hoses, ladders and went to work. They added the guards around my attic entry points, recessed lights and insulated my sky-light walls. They got their reverse vacuum and blew hours worth of insulation up there and finished up right on time. They were clean, thorough, effective, informative and they maintained the agreed upon schedule. Since the installation of insulation, I've noticed that my house is nice and warm inside, and I can see frost on the roof outside (I've never seen frost on my roof before because of the heat escaping from the house melting it). All the guys that worked on this were great. They fit in my attic and got plenty of insulation pumped in. Also the walls patched nicely inside. The recycled cellulose has also made it quieter between upstairs and downstairs, as well as from outside. When it was 91F outside, I came home at 6pm and it was just around 70F, no air conditioner needed. It pays for itself in winter too. read more

I am rather upset with these people. When they took the offer and made the estimate, they said in order to do the walls (insulation) they would drill a one inch hole to pump in the insulation. When they got done there were holes all around the house. The holes were patched up with white stucco. Now I have to pretty much re-paint the whole house. Secondly, their insulation material simply does not work . Before installation of the insulation, the inside wall temp of the side of the house after a full day of sun used to be about 86 degree F, After insulation it has come down to only 84 degrees F. There was only a 2 degree difference in the inside wall temp. !!! The cost is simply not worth it. read more

I called to set up an estimate on a Friday which was scheduled for the following Monday. I was considering both attic and wall insulation. Mark arrived Monday on time and confirmed with texts as follow ups. He quickly determined that I already had some insulation inside my walls and evaluated my attic space. He said there wasn't much and was likely the original insulation from when the house was built in the 1960s. The estimate came in at just over $1000 which was quite reasonable based upon similar quotes I had read online for similar sized houses as mine. It would also bring the insulation level to the recommended level by PG&E, just above code. When he looked at his team's schedule they had an opening the next day in the morning which worked out quite well for me. The team of 3 arrived on time and the job was completed with an hour to go of the allotted time. I was told that I should easily notice a difference as what was there was not much and the results would seem to be "night and day" compared to what I was used to. True to this claim yesterday (first day of summer 2018) was the first real test of heat with Concord peaking at about 105but inside was a good 20cooler than outside keeping the inside of my house much more comfortable than previous to my insulation upgrade. I had estimates from a few companies. The estimators that came out from other companies didn't remove the SF for the windows and headers around the home. Marc from All Seasons Insulation included only the area that would be filled with the insulation and the price was lower than that of other companies. In addition, there was no sales pitch for anything else as the other companies wanted to put more insulation in my attice...when it didn't need anymore. Marc from All Seasons quickly came in measured the walls, including the commong walls, and provided me the estimate on the spot. The following week, I received a reminder call 1 day before the job was scheduled. The following day, the truck rolled in with the insulation and two guys. They quickly went to work. Had absolutely no problems. They explained how they patch the holes in the stucco and in the garage. Before they left, they made sure everything was cleaned up. All Seasons Insulation came in, did what was expected, and left... My tenants have already noticed the difference in the temperature in the house. read more

All Seasons Insulation just completed installing an eco-friendlish insulation-material in our attic and walls. It is made from recycled paper. This time last night our heater was on; tonight it is not. Of course, more time is needed to know the full benefit of installing this type of insulation, but if it is good enough for "This Old House" then it is good enough for us. I was SO PLEASED with the professionalism of the crew who patiently answered all my questions. If I could give no stars, I would. Horrible experience! No accountability! BEWARE! These guys were hired by my termite company to remove rat "matter" and my insulation. First, they looked like they rolled off a two-day drinking binge. They were dirty and were smoking out in front of my house. I asked them if I should cover my furniture, they said no. They said they would put hoses into the attic and suck out all the rat "matter" and the insulation (I had silva wood, a redwood fiber used in the early 60's). I had a bad feeling about these guys but I left my house in their hands and went to work. I came home to find s a visible red "silt" from the silva wood all over EVERYTHING. Not to mention it came from my attic where rats had lived comfortably for what was suspected by my termite company as roughly 20 years.......I called the termite company and started cleaning - until 4:30 in the morning. It was everywhere. From my freshly painted ceilings and walls to my newly refinished floors and new furniture I had just unpacked. It was devastating. What I asked for: I asked for them to clean, sanitize, finish the removal (which the termite company confirmed was not completed) and insulate (as originally bid) and replace the soft goods in the affected areas (mind you, the silt was pervasive - the entire house was "dusted"). What I got: Was their answer immediate? Nope. It took them two weeks to get back to me and their first response was, "no." Even now - almost a month later, they are only willing to clean and sanitize. Thanks guys. You've made my home unlivable and I am haunted by what my children may be exposed to. Don't choose them for ANYTHING. You will regret it. read more
