No recomiendo este lugar si quieres hacer trabajos a tu carro ya sea frenos o algo del motor, para…read morehacer cambios de aceite son bien no los mejores, hace unos días le hice los frenos a mi carro traseros les lleve todas las partes me dijeron que solo me iban a cobrar por la mano de obra 100 dólares pero luego me dijeron que necesitaba nuevos calipers porque los viejos ya no servían lo encontré súper raro fui a comprar los nuevos calipers y los instalaron, al siguiente día mi carro tenía un sonido súper raro cuando lo manejaba se los llevé de vuelta le arreglaron el ruido, como una semana después un día que venía de mi trabajo olía como que algo se estaba quemando y volteo a ver atrás y veo que está saliendo mucho pero mucho humo me bajo y veo que los brake pads están pegados al disco de freno por suerte andaba unas botellas de agua para poder enfriar el disco un poco, se los lleve de vuelta me atendieron mal solo me dijeron deja el carro ni una disculpa ni nada luego ms llaman y me dicen que necesito el emergency brake cable que por eso se están quedando los brake pads pegados y que me van a cobran por instalarlo, solo me hicieron comprar los calipers nuevos porque todo el tiempo fue el cable del freno de mano de 100 dólares que me iban a cobrar según terminé pagando casi los 1000, ni siquiera me pidieron disculpas ni un descuento ni nada tengan mucho cuidado jamás volveré a este lugar.

I had gone to a different dealer and they did a full inspection of my car after aligning and balancing my wheels and an oil change. The ONLY issue they found was that might right wheel bearing needed to be replaced as the back of the car was making a louder sound. I went into Billy's a week later (because they were cheaper) to get the right wheel bearing replaced and after I got the car back, the car was louder than ever. All of the sudden my left wheel bearing supposedly had an issue as well despite another dealer saying it was in great condition. Two days after leaving the shop, my check engine light has been on and despite a few calls to the dealer, no logical explanation has been explained and overall service was awful. I guess you get what you pay for here - strongly recommend going anywhere else, even if more expensive.

My boyfriend and his mother kept pushing me to drop my car off there to have a look at. I was wary as it being a very small shop with practically no review online, but with both of them telling me they have gone here for 15+ years and this shop knows what they are doing, I took their word for it and dropped my car off the first week of September, The worst mistake in this entire world. A week and half later and a $900 bill from the repair shop, Absolutely no cure for the smoke. All was done was a oil change and a treatment was added to the oil for the smoke. We were told the car will forever be like this. OBVIOUSLY, There is something wrong with the car. After some googling online. I opened my hood, pulled out the ignition coil AND DRENCHED WITH MOTOR OIL. The valve cover gasket needs to be replaced. So because I'm afraid of my car being further destroyed by this horrific shop. There was so much damage done and we were finally able to get it covered by them. Out of all the shops in the area my hubby chose this one due to their really high recommendation from our friends. We decided to give them a try and call them up for a quote for replacing some parts and doing a paint job on our car to fix some chips it had. I honestly didn't think it would look uniform, after all, there are so many shades of red out there. We were really worried about getting some crazy missmatchy stuff. We dropped the car off on a Monday and by Friday it was ready. We were a little nervous to go see it and to our surprise, the paint job was IMMACULATE. Very professional, communicative and precise. Usually guys are picky with their cars but in my case, I'm probably the pickiest one with ours LOL! I did NOT think they'd be able to pull this off and give us a squeaky clean almost brand new looking car back. We do already take care of our car but they made it look even more fabulous. Took it to my regular shop who were too busy to look at it originally and they quickly fixed a leaky power steering hose directly above the tranny and fixed for $300. I dare say Mr. Bruce is a sheikster and sham by trade, criminal actually. Steer clear and drive the extra 20 minutes in the other direction to a shop you can trust.

Paid over $330 for a "diagnosis". Left my car for three days while they were "analyzing the…read moreproblem". After three days I got a text telling me that they inspected my car and "there's a problem with the transmission." REALLY? REALLY?????? They did not identify a problem. "Something is broken inside" does not sound like a diagnosis. The only diagnosis was to tell me that I could spend ANOTHER $2000 for them to "break it down on the bench" and find out what was wrong and THEN it might cost ANOTHER $3000 to $5000 to actually fix something. I wonder why I spent over $330 only to be told the EXACT same thing that I told them when I drove in, "Something is wrong with the transmission". I have no idea what kind of actual work this place does. All I know is that they took $330 of my money and gave me nothing in return. I feel cheated. I believe that an honest mechanic deserves to be paid for his expertise, his knowledge and for the work that he accomplishes. Like any professional, his time is valuable. But an HONEST mechanic does not charge customers for promises made and not kept. He does not charge hundreds of dollars when he knows that it is just money down the drain. An HONEST mechanic would tell people up front that they cannot get a diagnosis for $330. An HONEST mechanic would tell customers that a diagnosis will be much more expensive because it involves so much work. Yes, a two thousand dollar diagnosis would chase away some customers, but at least it would be truthful. Even though this is my first car and I don't have much driving experience, I still knew that "something is wrong with the transmission." This was a con. What I got for my money was just an expensive lesson in human dishonesty and greed.
