Highly recommend. Came out promptly after initial call, very fair quote for tile and carpet steam cleaning. Basically, Scott rescued our bathroom. We had made the mistake of putting in a pebble floor shower and struggled mightily to keep the grout clean. Scott made it look like new and made it look easy! So happy with the carpet cleaning as well. [The rest of this review has nothing to do with the steam cleaning, but in case you're confronting the same task.] After the steam cleaning, we let the bathroom floor thoroughly dry a couple of days in preparation for resealing the floor with 511 Porous Plus, two coats. Now we can see that the grout does not get wet like it used to, so this should be much easier to keep clean. So, from now on, every 2-3 years, we will have the bathroom floor steam-cleaned and then reseal. Btw I do not recommend using a sponge applicator for the sealant because when I began to use one, it made the sealant all foamy until the sponge was saturated. Next time, I'll use either a paintbrush or the applicator designed for sealants. read more

I had the worst experience with All-Pro Steam clean. The technician parked in my disabled neighbors parking spot and when I informed him my spot is the next one over he said she can park there. Well she came home and asked him to move the van. He refused too causing a huge scene and creating tension between my neighbor and I. He then proceeded to cat call every women that walked by. I called the company to complain and they defended him. To add insult to injury he did a lackluster job and completely missed parts of the carpet. read more

We are selling our house and desperately needed our carpets cleaned. Since I am six months pregnant, I didn't want to use any of the chemical-based carpet cleaning solutions most companies use (honestly, even if I wasn't pregnant I wouldn't want to use them!). I decided steam cleaning was the way to go. I called Robert on a Saturday and he was able to schedule us for Tuesday morning. He was right on time and finished our whole house in a little over an hour! Very professional and friendly. He even made sure that he wiped up any water on our wood floor adjacent to the carpeting. Cleaner showed up and gave a quote about double what we were expecting, left and carpet was sopping wet for two days afterwards and didn't even look like it had been cleaned. All-Pro is just a two-man company based in Niwot, and they are unquestionably one of the most honest, thorough, and pleasant companies I've ever worked with. I just purchased a home up in the mountains; the last owners had animals, and some of the carpets were extremely soiled-to the point of being "crusty". I called All-Pro yesterday after my beloved cat was put down. She had had colon cancer and there were a lot of painful reminders all over the rugs of the indignities that her illness brought. Robert answered the phone and when I tearfully told him that my pet died, he so kindly agreed to come first thing today. Robert was hired to re-clean our carpets after the previous attempt, made by someone local hired by the former owner, failed miserably. We had a dank smell throughout the house and every single baseboard was covered with pet fur that went at least 10 inches up the wall (which we cleaned ourselves prior to the second carpet cleaning). The agent responsible for ensuring that the home we just bought was perfect, clean and move-in ready handling the transaction said, "I am done messing around with this...I have the perfect guy to take care of this." Enter Robert and All-Pro Steam Clean...the carpet cleaning scientist. Robert quickly diagnosed the problem, which was that the previous cleaning attempt used a low-quality machine, it over-saturated the carpets and we had a potential damp-mold problem, and the machine wasn't used properly, thus the wet fur spray decorating our baseboards and walls. He also noted that the stairs hadn't been cleaned...as they had no sign of the stair cleaning tool having been used on them...such a little Sherlock Holmes, he was. He then checked with his black-light, to confirm where there may also be pet pee stains. Fortunately, he found only two small spots...and the comfort I had knowing that the carpet was otherwise pet-stain free was incredibly comforting. Once Robert had fully diagnosed our carpets, he meticulously...and I mean METICULOUSLY and methodically cleaned every single inch with attentive precision. Robert is born to do something like this and I firmly believer, you will not find anyone better! Upon completion, I could not find a single pet hair anywhere on a baseboard or wall and our carpets looked beautiful! All the heavy traffic areas that were previously visible, perfectly matched the rest of the carpet. As Robert was packing his truck and getting ready to go, I asked how dirty the carpets were. He showed me the water used to re-clean the carpets and it was disgusting. Robert kept saying..."this water should not be this dirty considering these carpets were already cleaned once." While we are eventually going to rip out the carpet and put-in wood floors, I will hire Robert to maintain our carpets until the day they are no longer there. Wow! Scott just finished up doing my mother's entire house - upstairs, main floor, and her finished basement. We were worried about having to replace the carpet on the main floor, but he did a terrific job getting the high traffic areas clean, and getting up some very sticky gum/tar like material. That will save my mom some hard earned money. We even had him do her kitchen tile - the grout was almost black from spills over the years, and it came out beautiful. The price was very competitive - much less than expected, as she has two sets of stairs. Scott was very efficient, vacuuming first, and then just stayed at it until it was all done. I have 9 year old white carpets (and 3 boys!). I called Robert yesterday after finding him here on Yelp. Luckily for me, he was in my area and had a client reschedule so he arrived at my house 15 minutes later. I described the job as two rooms but once he was here I asked him to do my entire upstairs ( 5 bedrooms, walk in closets and a very long hallway) and he took on the extra work for me with no hesitation. He quickly measured the areas, wrote up an estimate and immediately got to work. Halfway through the job he came down to ask me if I wanted to see the rooms he had finished so far (ncluding the room that I had originally called about which had some pretty bad stains) . I was amazed at the difference as I walked down the hall. The part of the hall he had done was so bright and white compared to the part that was still to be done. When the job was finished I was thrilled with the results! My carpets are so clean. I didn't think it was possible for them to look so good after 9 years of boys being boys (bloody noses, muddy shoes, spilled drinks, etc).
