Called and got same day service. Did a great job on my office floor. Will use again. The price was fair and I feel like I got a good job for the price. read more

We just had all of the carpeting in our house cleaned by Jay and Isaac (hopefully I'm spelling that right!) and it was a fantastic experience. Jay called the day of to let me know when he'd be able to stop by and arrived promptly at the time he said he would. He and Isaac then cleaned the whole house quickly and professionally, inviting my wife and I to look at the rooms as he was cleaning them to (a) explain the process and (b) ensure that we were satisfied with the results. He also answered all of our questions regarding flooring/carpets, which was incredibly helpful! Based on his pricing (which felt very reasonable) and his professionalism, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jay and his team to anyone needing their carpets cleaned! When the time comes that we need the carpets cleaned again, we'll undoubtedly call Jay first! read more

They are miracle workers! One of our dogs got very sick on our carpet and they fit me in last minute and were in and out so quick, I was shocked at how quickly and efficiently they worked. The carpet was spotless! Will definitely be having them back to do a full clean at a later date. Thank you guys! read more

My nephew was in a crunch to get his carpet cleaned. I called imperial carpet and they were able to come the very next day. Their prices were competitive and reasonable. And they did a great job. read more

Amazing service!! Jay (owner) and Isaac were as kind and professional as they come. They did an awesome job cleaning my carpets and area rug, and set realistic expectations when it came to pet stains. Prices were very reasonable too. I really appreciate Imperial -- will be calling them again soon! :) read more

Excellent service! I needed a large sectional couch cleaned and treated ASAP. Jay made time in his schedule to get me in quickly! The cleaning on the couch came out wonderful...all stains came out nicely, dirt and grime in couch is gone, and best of all it smells clean! Great customer service, prompt appointment, reasonable price, and very happy with the work provided. read more

Imperial Carpet Cleaning - Couch after Jay and his associate Tony cleaned it. Hard to really see in this photo what a great job they did! - Carpet Cleaning Near Me

Very impressed! Dog ended up getting sick (vomit and feces) all throughout the house. Needless to say, I was in need of immediate cleaning service. I ended up calling about 8 different companies who advertised an "emergency cleaning service" who actually weren't able to come out until days later. Super frustrating! Jay ended up giving me a call back and right away let me know he could come out to the house within 30 minutes! Not only did he go above and beyond to help us after his normal operating hours, he ended up being very kind, professional, and extremely thorough. Price appropriately reflected the intensity and time sensitivity of the situation. We are extremely grateful to Imperial Carpet for being on top of it and saving our carpet from serious and permanent damage. read more

Our carpets turned out great! No kidding I felt like I had my best friend over to help me on my house. Jay the owner and Isaac were amazing, professional and a pleasure to work with. Hint: If Jay suggests using the 360 Rotor by all means go with it, the man knows what it takes to revitalize your carpet. Great results for a great price, highly recommend their services. read more

Jay and Isaac were great! Very communicative, and respected my time constraints as I had an appt. Very professional and they did a thorough job - the carpets looked great. They were able to book a day after I called which was fantastic as we are renting the apartment out they cleaned in a couple weeks. They were even nice to my dogs who were very curious. :) They both were very polite and had a good attitude and even joked with me a bit. I highly recommend Imperial, we will definitely use them again! read more

too bad the owners ego and attitude gets in the way otherwise I'd recommend him and his company for carpet cleaning. I wanted to leave him a good review but I could not do that because I referred him to a family member and he was a jerk...he thinks he knows everything and he also overcharges. better off going with a more reputable company like Stanley Steemer. read more

Highly recommend these guys as i hire Arturo all the time. Always under bidding me so i tip the difference as you can tell he's very passionate about his work. Company needs work on there marketing as I'm sure he will allow Kelleymobiledetail to help them on that field/side of the business. read more

Mr Jay and Isaac are professional, do a thorough job, and are great at wearing their masks and keeping their distance. They have cleaned my carpets probably every 3-4 months for 2 1/2 years. They have also cleaned the slate floors in my house w some big scrubber machine- i had no idea when i bought the home, that the slate was so light and pretty w natural blues and greens. I have also had them use the same scrubber to clean the tile at my office. Mr Jay's rates are affordable- he keeps his rates low bc he hopes to get return business. It has worked for me! I do not hesitate to call if i need carpets cleaned bc i know it will not be a small fortune. He also cleans furniture. He offers 10% off for new customers. phone or text 303-514-6144 email icarpets2@comcast.net It's great when you find a small business owner who you appreciate so much that you want to support and post a review! Support local ;). You cannot go wrong w Imperial Carpets! read more

They did a really good job! The carpets look great and they were all dry in just a couple hours. They did not try to upsell anything on me and the original price was honored. I will use them again....great job read more

Jay is the absolute, absolute best! He is my dog-emergency carpet, furniture, drapes, and rug go-to. He is communicative and does his job thoroughly and doesn't leave your home until you're satisfied and smiling. The first time I called him was for an enormous chocolate stool emergency that was caused by our puppy who had escaped her crate and created a mess everywhere. I opened the door for him and his crew, showed him every inch that needed spot cleaning and left the house to rush our dog to the vets. I got back and he was finished and he departed. I ended up finding more spots on a different level in the house and called him. His crew turned right back around and came back to my rescue for a second time in the same afternoon. Loyal, communicative, honest, and thorough! Thanks for everything :) read more

Jay and Eli did a fabulous job. My carpet was a mess, having 7 people and a dog living here. I don't think that it's been this clean in 10 years of using a "big name" carpet cleaning service . Worth giving them a call! read more

These guys did an amazing job!!! I had a carpet emergency and they were able to come out within a half hour of me calling them!! They did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and were reasonably priced! Very nice guys, too. Would absolutely recommend them!! read more

Imperial Carpet Cleaning was prompt, however we did experience an issue with customer service. We moved all small items out of the spaces being cleaned and vacumed. Jay arrived and aggressively informed us that he NEVER moves things like chairs or sofa's. To be clear we weren't asking for a china cabit, large shelfing unit or entertainment unit to be moved ~ of course that isn't going to happen. He even said no carpet company moves anything. Well, Sears, Stanley Steamer and two other vendors all move that type of furniture ~ I called them after the fact. They also charge a maximum of $ 30.00 per room. Jay went on and on and on about his back and how he never moves anything or an injury could cost him $8,000.00 a week. He did offer to leave and not clean the carpets but we had him do the job because there was no time to find another company. Jay was argumentative and wouldn't let the issue drop though we moved couches, and chairs so they could be worked around. He actually said chop chop we are in a hurry and need to move quickly. Best part, $ 169.00 for two rooms, a flight of stairs and hallway which is more expensive than most. When calling in my credit card for payment he was outside and loud while giving our personal information to his bank. The upside, the carpets are nice and clean and the job was done. Jay's helper was nice and friendly which made the experience tollerable. Will we be tempted to use Imperial Carpet Cleaning again and get our carpets cleaned more often because of stellar, reasonably priced service? Nope. read more

Jay and his crew are amazing! I maintain 60 properties in Thornton and Broomfield and I have been using Imperial carpet cleaning for 7 years and wouldn't change. They are professional and get me scheduled fast and do such a great job! Several of my properties are rentals and after they leave the carpets look new! Great prices and very friendly, I would recommend imperial for every cleaning you have! Extremely satisfied and happy customer here! read more

Had a bad run in with poison ivy that I or the dog tracked indoors. Jay got me in the next day and I was so thankful! Carpet looks great, and Jay was professional and super helpful. :-) read more

Lots of other options in Denver; I recommend going elsewhere. I have found this company unyielding, uncommunicative, and indifferent. I suspect they do a fine job when they get around to doing the job; it is just incredibly difficult to book appointments and have them keep them and honor your time. read more

I agree he does have an attitude problem. On the phone he said he would move furniture but when he came out he was very reluctant to move it but moved it anyway and then refused to moved it back. He also constantly yelled at this elderly employee. read more
