I have worked with Chris several times now and I can't say enough good things about his professionalism, friendliness, and promptness. I will always work with Chris as long as I have carpeting and highly recommend him to anyone seeking a thorough and well done carpet cleaning job! Thanks Chris! read more

We live in a tri-level with light colored carpet. The stairs and upper hallway were dirty. Our previous carpet cleaning company had told us that there was no way to get them clean, because the problem was wear. He said the only option was to replace them. So we've been living with dirty carpet for a while and we are both clean freaks. Ugh! We finally decided to try someone new and because the reviews were so good, we contacted Altitude. The owner, Chris responded quickly. He had a cancellation a couple days later that worked perfectly for us. And best of all, we now have super clean carpets. They look almost as good a new. Yes, there is a bit of wear on the stairs, but Chris did an amazing job. He was thoughtful and thorough with a couple of stains. Who knew that clean carpets could make us smile every tim we go up or down the stairs.? Thank you Chris! Thank you Chris! We read more

Excellent service and Chris did a wonderful job. Thank you Chris, you were able to remove a stubborn stain!!!

The best carpet cleaning I've ever had. I moved into a townhome I purchased a year ago and there were stains possibly from cats or who knows what but Chris made the whole place look nearly spotless. There were stains on my main staircase that were what everyone first noticed right after I moved in, and though the sellers couldn't get them out, their realtor even apologizing for them as so noticeable) Chris got to work and the stairway is flawless except for some paint the previous owners spilled in a few drops. I've had him back two times (every six months) as the kids and dogs give the carpets plenty to absorb. The reset of the rugs by Altitude is fantastic (and all my carpets are "cream" colored or mostly white). You get what you pay for and Altitude's service is worth every penny. read more

I cannot thank Chris enough! This carpet is so old and everything stuck to it. I couldn't keep up with it! It is now the cleanest I've ever seen it since before we've moved in! He worked very hard, was quick, friendly, and professional! His pricing is reasonable as well! If you need a cleaning service he is definitely worth your money! I am ecstatic!!! My daughter in law said I have never seen someone so happy about carpet before lol Thank you again!!! We will definitely call you again read more

Chris can do the unimaginable. We are in the process of moving and needed our two couches cleaned (with four kids, it's impossible to keep them spotless). It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment with Chris -- I called him and we set a date. He also quotes you over you phone so that you know sort of pay range to expect. Nonetheless, Chris showed up on time and got the job done. There weren't a lot of pictures of work that he's done on couches and considering that ours were so dirty, I wasn't sure if they'd get clean. Chris got our couches looking like we've only had them for a few weeks and we've had them for years! On top of that, he showed up and basically said that the service was going to cost less than what he quoted me for. Honesty is key to great customer service, and I really appreciate that. I'd give Chris 7 starts if I could. I highly recommend Chris for upholstery cleaning. read more

Great service and quality work. I highly recommend Chris and Altitude Carpet Care. We are very happy with the carpet cleaning we received.

Is it possible for carpet cleaning to be this easy?! Chris came to our home , made sure all problem areas were taken care of, and even made a VERY useful suggestion with a floor vent (THANK YOU!) and even took it upon himself to go the extra mile and do it for us! From just speaking with him, it is clear that he is very knowledgeable about his line of work! HIGHLY recommended and will be using him for all of our future needs. read more

I selected Altitude based on the reviews here on Yelp. Chris arrived on time and proceeded to slay carpet soil. Seriously, the stairs are super clean too. I wear black socks, so that is no small feat. 5 of 5 would call again. read more

After ten years in our house and two kids, we were overdue for a cleaning on our upstairs carpets. After looking around and getting some recommendations, we settled on Altitude and we're glad we did. Not much to say, other than Chris was on time, and did an awesome job on our carpets. Very happy customers here. We'd recommend him to anyone, and now we're looking to call him back to do some cleaning on our furniture. Thanks Chris! read more

Chris was Amazing!! Showed up on time! Very careful in protecting my Wood Work from his hoses, and worked extra hard on stubborn stains!! Thanks Chris for making my Carpets look GREAT! read more

This is grossly overdue to my embarrassment, Chris delivered as promised (Dec, 2015), did not "upgrade" his services and made my carpet look brand new. I have done the Living Social promos and became familiar the up charge BS that is common with such promos. Chris gave me a estimate based on the description I gave him over the phone and after he accessed it in person, bumped up the the price TEN bucks!!! Okay, let me rephrase that, $10.00 - that is unheard of! Most BS contractors make it the "sky-is-the-limit" once they are at the location and previous "email deal" a cleaning rep wanted to up charge $100.00. Background, I rent the lower part of my house out and there are three dogs on the premises. Chris ROCKED! Like new carpet and I felt very comfortable and safe letting him in my house. Chris is a man of his word, highly recommended! Charles in Niwot read more

Great company - they did a phenomenal job for a reasonable price. Highly recommend

Timely, considerate & professional! I needed a move-in clean and the job was done so superbly; the carpet looked new and smelled fresh! I had others in the home working as well, and he brought booties for the other workers in the home, so they wouldn't mess up the carpets as they finished their work - that's above & beyond. I will absolutely be using Altitude for all my carpet needs! read more

Chris is great! I lucked in on a cancellation - he showed up on time, was pleasant, professional, personable, and humorous. We requested the green soaps which had an odor that was not bad and very quickly dissipated. Chris was careful of walls and furniture, the carpets are clean, and his price is reasonable. He left us a bottle of his own Altitude-label spot-remover which I can't review because Chris left the carpets spotless; however, I think my newborn grandson will present his folks with plenty of opportunities to try it out! I highly recommend Altitude and will use again. read more

This is my first review in a couple years...Chris is that good. He had me scheduled for Friday, but called when he had a cancelation and could get me in on Wednesday. With 4 roommates and two dogs, pizza, wine, dirt...we thought the carpets were done. Not only do they look new, he gave some good advice on handling future stains and even left us a bottle of spot remover! Highly recommend Chris and he will be taking care of our carpets in the future. read more

Chris has been out carpet cleaner since we moved to our home a few years ago. As noted in my first review, he is so professional and does amazing work! You won't find anyone better to clean your carpets! read more

This was my first satisfactory carpet cleaning experience in twenty-five years of having this done. Chris was right on time, then walked through my house and did a thorough inspection. His phone estimate (based only on my description) and post-inspection estimate were nearly the same. His equipment is state-of-the-art with a motor in his van, not a little portable machine and an extension cord. He took the care to guard wall corners that his vacuum hose went around. He worked hard, and was very polite and professional. Highest possible recommendation. read more

I gave Chris a call as I was moving out of my small, one-bedroom apartment. I had the appointment booked minutes later with a reasonable quote. The day before, Chris made a courtesy call to confirm, which was greatly appreciated. On the day of the service, I pulled up to my old place, ready to wait. I had just dealt with the hassle of movers and had grown to expect long service delays. When I got a text from Chris letting me know that he was delayed by a "few minutes," I mentally prepared for an even longer wait. And then... 3 minutes past my appointment time... there he was. He was literally delayed by a few minutes. Even I am not that accurate with my assessments of a "few minutes." Granted, it's a shame that I am so accustomed to being lied to by service workers that I'm shocked at honesty. But this is the world we live in, and Chris is a seriously straight forward guy. (And meticulous.) Chris evaluated the space and finalized the paperwork/price with me in minutes. He made the whole process so easy that I was back to work an hour sooner than anticipated. All around, Chris was easy to work with and I highly recommend him! read more

Truly as good as it gets! Chris showed up on time, was very easy to talk to/with, and seemed to know what he was doing. Most importantly, he does know what he's doing and my carpets look really 100% better than they did. Chris' work really exceeded expectations. I highly recommend! Jeff read more

I discovered Chris at Altitude Carpet Care through his excellent reviews on Yelp. He has cleaned my carpet twice, and I have been quite pleased both times. We have had our carpets cleaned by other companies before, and they did a decent job. Altitude Carpet Care was amazing. They took extra care to protect the walls and corners throughout the house, and the carpets (inexpensive and old) look brand new! He also cleaned a wool area rug and our upholstered kitchen chairs. They all look perfect. I can not speak highly enough. I don't review companies often, but I jumped online the minute he left to rave. You will not be disappointed in their work. read more

Chris did a fantastic job. Our carpets look great. Also, we were able to be quickly scheduled from the time of our call.
