I really needed to get my carpets clean. I've been on a total spring cleaning kick and now that I finally have my entire place organized I really wanted to do the deep cleaning. I really have to hand it to Ted who works here. He was diligent and worked so hard to get my carpets back to normal. My carpets have not had a good clean in a long long long time. Let's just say I don't even want to say the exact date because that's how long it's been! I knew that it was time for an overdue cleaning and I wanted it done especially with everything that's going on right now. Even though I haven't gotten my carpets cleaned in awhile I am still very particular when it comes to cleaning and how good things look. I gave Ted a fair warning of how I'm super picky and he was nothing but great when I talked with him. He reassured me that my carpets would look amazing and brand new after he was done with them. I'm so impressed with Ted. The guy was drenched in sweat by the time he was done! He did an amazing job and I can't thank him enough still! Ted got a bag lipstick stain out of my carpet. I'm telling you you can literally not see where the stain was even if you try to find it. I seriously got down on the ground and looked at it from all angles and I could not remember exactly where it had been before. He is THAT good! We've had a few stains and spills on our carpets, thanks to our cats, the past few months and it was starting to look really bad. These guys made it easy. A simple phone call and a few texts later we had an appointment for the next day. I was worried they wouldn't be able to get some of the stains out but they all came out without any problems. You will not regret using these guys!!! Honestly they are THAT good!! My carpets have looked awful for the longest time and I'm honest mad at myself for not call them sooner. It was way overdue! Priority Carpet Cleaning is a diamond in the rough. My carpets were a mess thanks to a dog who loves to play in the mud. I'd tried cleaning them myself to no avail. I was at my wits end. They helped when I was in a bind and needed my carpets cleaned fast before the weekend. I really wanted to get a cleaning appointment for the next day or the day after but it was so hard to find. I needed my carpets cleaned either Tuesday or Wednesday cause I was too busy to be at my place for them on Thursday or Friday. I feel like everyone was booked out except them! After just one phone call to priority i can see why! They were nice, accommodating, and assured me my carpets would look great when the job was done and it was all for a great price. Very happy with this company. From the very first phone call, their professionalism came through. After we discussed exactly how many rooms, etc. needed to be cleaned. We then scheduled for the next week. They also called to confirm the day prior to our scheduled appointment. On the day of the appointment, I was called again - they apologized, as they were running about 30 minutes late. No worries - it was great to have the communication! Upon Mark's arrival, we walked around the house, showing him the troubled areas. He then got to work. As our carpet is several years old, I knew that some of the spots probably wouldn't come out - but, I have to say when he was finished - it looked fabulous!! Great staff! FIVE STARS FOR SURE! They had great prices and they actually do a really really good job! I called in and the manager answered and he was really nice. He said he even though they were super busy since spring is their busiest season he would make sure to get me in. He asked me for the square footage of my place but I honestly had no idea. I kind of gave me him a guess and he did the best he could to give me a quote. When the carpet cleaner came over he cleaned my carpets super fast. I got the best service from them! I've had my carpets cleaned last summer and wasn't too impressed with them. When Priority Carpet got done, I couldn't believe how much better they looked! It was like my carpet was brand new! They had done a lot better job than the place before. Ted was their technician who helped me with everything.
