We cannot say enough good things about Clarence and Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. If you read no further, just know that when Clarence is done, your carpets will be the absolute best that they can be. If they can be saved he will save them. We had a 15 yr old cat who about 9 months ago lost her manners and her mind and started peeing on the basement carpet. We tried to stay on top of it, used our Bissel and every known store bought cleaner even those claiming to remove urine odor, but the basement was still stinky. We thought that we would have to replace the carpet once the cat was gone. As a last ditch effort we called Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. Not only did Clarence save the carpet, he made it look (and smell) nearly brand new. His knowledge, supplies and equipment are amazing. Clarence is a true professional! He gave us an estimate up front, explained the work needed, and once he got started he put protective covers over everything that needed it, wore his mask, and went to work.. and he is a hard worker! He was here for 6 hours (stayed until 9pm on a Friday) to get the job done right! Most amazing carpet cleaning experience ever! My dog was sick and had an accident on our carpet. My main concern when finding a cleaning service was not only to make sure everything was completely extracted, but also sanitized. Clarence fit me in right away and he used a hydrogen peroxide treatment in addition to the steam extraction which left our carpets squeaky clean and completely sanitized! He rolled out a "red carpet" to protect our flooring and stairwell as well as wall guards to protect the corners so the hoses didn't damage the walls or baseboards. I've used many different companies for steam cleaning in the different places I've lived and no one compares to the high standard that Clarence has for his company. Dream Catcher provided a wonderful experience start to finish. Our condo is furnished, so they measured the exposed carpet only and quoted us for that amount. Very fair pricing. Avery was able to clean our carpets while we were out of town, and was very respectful about communicating and entering our home while we were away. Amazing carpet cleaner, Clarence privately owns his green company and also personally comes out and evaluates before he cleans the carpets. He is also always available by text if something spills or your pet has had an accident. He prefers to instruct you on how to treat it before he comes out and he doesn't want the chemicals you put on to interfere with or make the issues worse.
