We cannot say enough good things about Clarence and Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. If you read no further, just know that when Clarence is done, your carpets will be the absolute best that they can be. If they can be saved he will save them. We had a 15 yr old cat who about 9 months ago lost her manners and her mind and started peeing on the basement carpet. We tried to stay on top of it, used our Bissel and every known store bought cleaner even those claiming to remove urine odor, but the basement was still stinky. We thought that we would have to replace the carpet once the cat was gone. As a last ditch effort we called Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning. Not only did Clarence save the carpet, he made it look (and smell) nearly brand new. His knowledge, supplies and equipment are amazing. Clarence is a true professional! He gave us an estimate up front, explained the work needed, and once he got started he put protective covers over everything that needed it, wore his mask, and went to work.. and he is a hard worker! He was here for 6 hours (stayed until 9pm on a Friday) to get the job done right! I am writing this review over 1 week after his visit and can say that there is still zero odor and that zero stains have resurfaced. Amazing! Thank you Clarence! read more

Clarence did an awesome job cleaning our carpet including the deep extraction of cat hair and soiled spots. He is very efficient, explains the process thoroughly, and deploys fans to expedite the drying process. We are definitely going to call him for our next cleaning. Clarence is: on time, polite, asks for customer's concerned spots, and for their final review of service. AND his pricing is honest and fair. read more

Quality work; attention to detail. Owner and son were prompt, courteous, and respectful- just like the old days! Knowledgeable and fair pricing. DEFINITELY will use again! read more

Most amazing carpet cleaning experience ever! My dog was sick and had an accident on our carpet. My main concern when finding a cleaning service was not only to make sure everything was completely extracted, but also sanitized. Clarence fit me in right away and he used a hydrogen peroxide treatment in addition to the steam extraction which left our carpets squeaky clean and completely sanitized! He rolled out a "red carpet" to protect our flooring and stairwell as well as wall guards to protect the corners so the hoses didn't damage the walls or baseboards. I've used many different companies for steam cleaning in the different places I've lived and no one compares to the high standard that Clarence has for his company. He was incredibly professional, kind, and thorough. Our carpets looked fantastic when the job was complete! Thank you!! read more

This company is amazing and most of all, a local small business. Clarence, the owner, was so nice, professional and did an amazing job on carpet cleaning in my home. I absolutely love that he charges by the square foot, rather than by room, as I was able to get everything cleaned to my liking (we don't move dressers and beds, so why be charged for an area not getting cleaned). I will certainly be using him again and will be referring my family and friends! read more

Dream Catcher provided a wonderful experience start to finish. Our condo is furnished, so they measured the exposed carpet only and quoted us for that amount. Very fair pricing. Avery was able to clean our carpets while we were out of town, and was very respectful about communicating and entering our home while we were away. Our carpets were clean and dry by the time we returned, and best of all - no weird chemical smells! Just tidy and clean with no more traces of dirt or dog hair. We look forward to using Clarence and DCCC annually to keep our house in good shape. Thank you so much! read more

I feel like I've spent a day with an alchemist when I speak with Clarence. He's incredibly well-researched about what chemicals to use and how to employ them for different types of stains. Also, he's the only Native American-owned carpet cleaner in Denver, and a strong and supportive family man raising his daughter to be self-sufficient. Most important for you consumers: he gets the stains out! read more

Amazing job, great people, and high quality work. We are very sensitive to any chemical cleaners and all the other 'all natural' carpet cleaning companies we have used still left a smell. The solutions they used did not, so happy with them and our carpet looks brand new. I would highly recommend this company and support a local small business, Clarence us a super nice guy and knows what he is doing! read more

This is the best carpet cleaning I have ever gotten. He came over talked about several choices and the cost. He did not try to sell me any extras after I said what I wanted. The service provided by Clarence was exceptional! We needed an estimate for carpet stretching, repair and cleaning. Clarance was prompt and professional. He took his time to throughly examine all the areas. He provided us a detailed explanation of what was going on, why it was happening, and what we would most likely see in the future. I would highly recommend Dream Catcher Carpet Cleaning for anyone looking to have their carpet in their house cleaned. I found this awesome locally owned company from a referral by a friend. I called initially just for an estimate and was able to schedule a service within a week! Clarence was on-time, very professional, pleasant to talk with, and very knowledgeable about his business and the science behind the methods he uses to clean carpets. 616 square feet of carpet took just over an hour to clean including set-up of equipment. So happy with our experience with Dreamcatcher. Clarence did a fantastic job. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave us some good tips to better take care of our carpets moving forward. He also stands behind his work and offered to come back should we see any of the stains reappear in short order. His prices were competitive with other quotes I got. Last, but not least, Clarence is just a really nice guy - a pleasure to work with. We will definitely call him again. Highly recommend him! read more

Amazing carpet cleaner, Clarence privately owns his green company and also personally comes out and evaluates before he cleans the carpets. He is also always available by text if something spills or your pet has had an accident. He prefers to instruct you on how to treat it before he comes out and he doesn't want the chemicals you put on to interfere with or make the issues worse. We have personally only used Clarence since he was introduced to us a couple years ago; he knows he stuff. Never have been happier with having our carpets cleaned. We have used many national and franchise companies and they don't compare. Give him a try you will see the difference and won't be disappointed. read more

Clarence cleaned my rather large couch and most of the floors in my house. I dont think the couch looked that good when I first got it and the carpet looks amazing. Very nice guy, too. With four pets and two dogs and white carpets, I will need steam cleaning again, and I wont hesitate to call him the next time! read more
