I used this company the last week of April, but due to madness going on at our other property, our review delayed some. From start to finish. I requested a quote, was called back promptly. I let them know the square footage, stairs etc that would need cleaned. Their reviews don't lie, excellent friendly service. The carpet wasn't bad to begin with, but I wanted it looking super fresh. They arrived on time, went over specs with me, super knowledgeable navy veteran at work! Got the fans going as he worked, explained dry times, made sure to ask if we needed to enter the property again within the work/dry time. They will get our business every time and will recommend to anyone! Thank you Affordable Clean Carpet! read more

I am a little late in writing this, but it is a definite must to do so. My husband and I purchased a house recently. When we went to the house after closing we noticed the seller's did not clean the house and the carpets were nasty. We were moving in the next couple of days, so I called around to find a carpet cleaning company that can come out now. Steve and his son came to the rescue. They came to our new house the next day. They were so nice, very knowledgeable and the price was on point for 3 bedrooms. Once we get settled in, we are definitely calling them again to finish the tile floors and Berber carpet going downstairs. read more

Just had my carpets done and they look amazing. I have 3 elderly dogs, one of which is incontinent, so I need carpet cleaning regularly when it's too much for my home steam-cleaner. When booking my appointment, the woman quoted me the price of $124.50 for a large living room, family room bedroom and hall. It seemed high when I compared to others advertising "$49 for 3 rooms!"... but I've had these $49 guy here before. Sure it *starts* at $49, but "oh, you want a pet treatment? oh, the stain treatment is extra... you want us to move the chairs? You want us to actually do any work? That'll be $225!" Affordable doesn't do this. $124 was all I paid, for the whole service, pre-treat spray, carpet cleaning/extraction and dryers. Affordable's products didn't leave a perfum-y smell, I actually can't smell anything right now- which is great. The smelly stuff other companies use is temporarily masking the pet smell they didn't quite get out. I can put my face right down on some "problem" areas that used to gag me, and i smell nothing! My only criticism would be that i wasn't made aware of different "packages" they offer. I'm a single mom and just assumed a man would arrive ready to help me move the big couches, but I guess I unwittingly got the "silver package" that didn't include furniture moving. Thankfully and graciously, Steven helped me move my heavy sleeper sofa and bookshelf anyway. I also didn't know there was a pet treatment I could have asked for, but like I said, the carpet looks and smells great anyway, so no complaints. I'll ask for the pet treatment next time though. Who knows what's lurking in the carpet pad. ;) read more

A plastic syrup bottle dropped from a high cabinet, apparently, hit exactly at the weakest part and sprayed sticky syrup all over my carpet. Gross. Hot water and soap did nothing. Totally sticky...everywhere. I really needed the carpet cleaned. I've never used a carpet cleaning service, I called around, got estimates, asked about the process and what to expect. Affordable Clean Carpet Service were friendly, had remembered that I had called earlier (after I had done some price shopping) and could send a service member out the next day. I was relieved. Everyone else told me they were at least a 7-10 day wait. Day of scheduled service, Affordable Clean Carpet Service even called earlier than my scheduled appointment to ask if I was available, would I like them to come out sooner. Had I been available, I would have taken them up on their offer. I appreciate that they took the time do this. Kyle, an Affordable Clean Carpet Serviceman came out, assessed the sticky carpet with me, explained what the process would involve and promptly and politely got to work. My original price estimate was honored and I didn't get any up-selling or last minute charges. They even steamed the small area of linoleum - which was also super sticky - which I had mentioned during the assessment. Overall, Kyle and everyone I dealt with were polite, friendly and prompt. I would recommend them and I would not hesitate to call them again. read more

We have used these guys several times over many years. They are very good, courteous, detailed and affordable. We would highly recommend them. read more

There was a miscommunication with the price quoted from the phone or the price I was thinking it'd cost. I was kind of upset that it was way more than I was expecting. So I tried calling my husband to make sure the price I'm being told is what he agreed on. Bottom line, miscommunication with the price. So even when I agreed on his price right there and then, he refused to do the job. He didn't like that I was questioning the price so he said, he's not doing it and for me to go find someone else. Even when I said, "Well you're already here can you just do it?". He still refused and left. I would NEVER recommend him even if his other reviews are great. That is just NOT how you treat a customer! Worked in customer service many years and I would never treat anyone like that. Nor have I ever encountered a customer service like that. So I got stuck with having to find someone else on a last minute. I can NOT believe what just happened?!!! So I'm now being accused of being rude from the moment the guy arrived? Really? I welcomed him in, walked him through the house, even asked him if I should vacuum first which I had intended to. Then we go downstairs and talk price which clearly I didn't know about the additional being added. So I'm given and a price and I double checked if that was with the military discount? So I'm being accused of degrading the company because I'm questioning the price? WHAT?! So just to make sure of the price I said, "let me call my husband" Right away the guy got defensive and that's when it all started. So nice one on accusing me of being rude from the time of arrival, being combative, degrading the company, and me writing this review because I didn't get my way?! It's okay if that's YOUR version of truth cause I know exactly how it all went! Bottom line, as soon as I tried calling my husband, he didn't want to go ahead with the job. A business does have the right to refuse service to anyone if they're being treated like trash by a crazy customer, but just because I wanted to confirm the price, this business has accused me of many things. Shameful! You have a blessed one and I hope your day gets better because even with me being left with job not started, and with your false accusations, my day did get better. read more

Hello, I had Steve and Affordable Carpet Cleaning come to clean our carpets for the 2nd time. Once again, they did an outstanding job. They are fair, honest, and do quality work. Our carpets are significantly cleaner then the last several companies we have come out to clean our carpet. This time we also had them clean our sofa and chairs. The prices are competitive and there are no hidden costs. Just affordable clean carpets.... read more

This company has great customer service. When I booked the appointment, I worked with Cheryl who accommodated us by working with my schedule to get my carpet cleaned. Then Steve came to clean the carpet and was very professional and gave us advice and his expertise. This company is very friendly and does excellent work! I will be using them again. I highly recommend their services! Thank you for a great job and fair prices. read more

I called a few carpet cleaning services and the quote I got from this company was the most reasonable. When Steve showed up he was very polite and very nice to my dog as well. The price he gave me at the house ended up being a little cheaper than the quote so I went ahead and added some extra services. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and provides alot of information about your carpet that you may not already know and informed me that my carpet was actually installed incorrectly and that I should call the carpet installers and have them fix there installation job. I AM DEFINATELY going to use this company again next year. I am very pleased with the service, the cost and the professionalism. read more

Excellent! I am very happy with the quality of work, I had my Carpets & Tile cleaned. Prices are great - I called for a quote, customer service was very friendly & helpful with an over the phone quote and in the affordable range when the technician arrived and was able to see the area and give the final quote the prices matched. I highly recommend this company. read more

*MUST CALL THEM!* I have tried Stanley Steemer, COIT, other larger companies ~ I even tried a discount that was offered in the local newspaper and it was a different local company with very antiquated equipment. Finally, during a web search I found Affordable Carpet cleaning and decided to give them a try. They arrive on time, pleasant, courteous, and do a DAMN good job. Recently, they cleaned my sofas and ottoman and I have had absolutely no issues with this company. They are very reasonably priced, provide a discount because my husband and I are both Active Duty, they are always on time, and always do a good job. Steven & AJ even provide a little advice on how to maintain clean carpet, etc. Thanks Affordable Clean Carpet Service! S & K read more

I had my very large sectional cleaned yesterday by Steve and Chris. They took their time and did not do a sloppy job. My sectional looks brand new and smell great. They arrived on time and pricing was amazing. I called around for pricing and by far Affordable Carpet Cleaning live up to their business name..."affordable". I even got 10% off by mentioning Yelp. Thank you Steve and Chris!!! read more

two thumbs up to affordable carpet cleaning! These guys are amazing! I desperately needed to have my carpet and couches cleaned before my husband came home from deployment to hide all evidence that I had turned our outdoor dogs into indoor dogs. The dogs had done a good number on everything in the house. They did the cleaning while I was at work and by the time I came home the carpets were in mint condition and completely dry! read more

I needed my carpets cleaned real bad, and my neighbor referred this company. They were very reasonably priced and the customer service was great, from the woman that gave me an instant quote over the phone and scheduled me, to the VERY friendly and professional technician that came to do the cleaning. He also did some re-tacking and securing of some areas on the stairs that were coming loose. My carpets turned out great. read more

Our carpet hadn't been professionally cleaned in years, and it showed. I had considered a couple different cleaning companies, but went with Affordable since I had used them once before and remembered being happy with the results. They didn't disappoint this time either - the carpet turned out amazing, like new. They also provided me helpful tips on how to best spot-clean pet messes. I will definitely call them again for future cleanings. read more

Kyle has been absolutely great. We've tried many carpet cleaning companies before Affordable, with dismal results. From broken dowels on our stairs, to shoddy cleaning, to carpet left soaking wet, we were left disappointed. Kyle changed our fortunes. He has come three times, and each time, the house was left looking and smelling like new. Not an easy task with our two big dogs. He also fixed some worn spots and edges for next to nothing while he was out. I recommend them with no reservations. read more

I was searching different companies and reviews looking for someone other than Coit to clean my carpets. I asked the person answering the phone what it might cost to clean 4 areas. I made appointment for the following week and went off for a business trip. The next week on the day of the appointment I'd received no e-mail or phone call reminding me of our appointment so I called them, after all it was a week later. I was told yes we're on the schedule but they don't do reminders because their on time and they were, actually 15 mins early!! We did the walk through wrote up the contract, determined to pay with a card is an additional cost (minimal) the cost was exactly what I was told! Again, He was prompt, went over everything with me about his service, explained the cost again and completed in a timely manner. There were no hidden charges. He was a pleasure to work with and I recommend him highly. DONE! Thanks Steve!! read more

I have used this company in the past for a move out carpet cleaning. Nothing less than professional!! The owner is upfront with pricing and offers very competitive, affordable rates. No small print. They even arrived early and offer tips on how to keep the carpet clean as well as explaining the process of what they're doing. I'm currently having my new home cleaned (kids and carpet don't mix) and I must say, I'll definitely be a long time customer. read more

There is no better referral then to get one from word of mouth...I read several good reviews here on Yelp and decided to give these guys a try! I was not disappointed. We have white carpets and 3 young active kids. As you can imagine, our carpets are a mess. Kyle came on time, went over the areas to be cleaned, did the service within 1 hour and was on his way. I had a family room, living room, dining room and 1/2 the stairway that needed cleaning. He did all it for a very good price! The carpets never looked better. read more

These guys did a great job. They accommodated my schedule showed up on time (well, he called when he was ten minutes late), and moved my bed to clean under it at no extra charge. The cleaner dude was a really nice guy and I felt comfortable leaving the house in his charge. Bonus: he remembered to let my cats out of the bathroom when he was done! All for a reasonable price. I will definitely use them again. read more

Steve and Robert are the best carpet cleaners ever. Just met them and they're finishing up now....we wouldn't hesitate to refer them to our friends and can't wait to have them come again (it's exciting to have a house like new afterwards). If you want carpet care that TRULY takes pride in providing the best carpet cleaning professionalism, then you have to turn to Affordable Clean Carpet. I have personally observed Steve's technicians, and they really care about providing the best service. What truly separates Affordable Clean Carpet from competitor's is the fact that unlike other cleaning companies, they don't use a deodorizer. Instead they actually use a disinfectant and a rinse. As Steve explains it, you wouldn't wash your clothes without using a rinse. I have personally witnessed their ability to remove most carpet stains, using their included pre-spray & pre-spot. Their stain removing ability is due to the quality of their products. Prior to witnessing Affordable Clean Carpet's cleaning procedures, I didn't realize just how much preparation went into cleaning carpet and upholstery. I have to say I am thoroughly impressed and so will you. read more

I have been using ACC for at least three years and they do a superior job each and every time! Their quality reminds me of what I was getting from Stanley Steemer, but they are much more reasonable in their rates (I have 2k sf.), are extremely responsive, easy to schedule and very careful inside our home. They're great and I highly recommend them! read more

Hi everyone, I had my service done by this company and the owner treated me badly and was very rude. If you ever get service with him make sure your husband or some other man is with you so that he does not take advantage of you by being rude and discourteous. When the owner and his grandson came out to clean my two small bedrooms for 125.00 I still had some small items that I told him that I could move. Small meaning an ottoman and a twin size mattress. He said that over the phone they tell the customers that they will not move a thing but he said since they were light he would move them. Because of perhaps I assumed in the next room over he would move over a small couch chair and I mean this is not the fancy or heavy type that you can raise you feet up on. The owner got upset when after he left I went in the room and found that he did not scoot the chair over and clean under it and in the closet behind it. He was pissed and treated me very mean. I told his grandson your grandpa is upset and he said this is because it happens a lot.. I told him what i had assumed earlier and that his grandpa could have said no and I could have moved what I needed to without being treated mean and rudely. I continued acting nicely to him because I needed the job completed the right way. My 21 year old daughter came out and saw the way I was being treated and cried when the jerk left. She said it hurt her to see her mom being treated that way. I thank God He gave me the grace to be a women of God but I tell you if my son was here he would have kicked his you know what. Women be aware, have a good man with you if you call this company. YOU WOULD THINK FOR WHAT HE CHARGES FOR TWO SMALL ROOMS THAT HE COULD HAVE AT LEAST BEEN A NICE PERSON AND NOT COMPLAINED ABOUT COMING BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. I WILL NOT CALL HIM BACK.. read more

Steven with Affordable Clean Carpet Service came over this morning to clean all of our furniture (sofas and chair). Not only did Steven show up on time (even 5 or 10 minutes early), he was very considerate. Steven spent over an hour cleaning the furniture (couch, love seat, and chair), and was very thorough. I wish all companies took pride in a good job. Out of all of the services we've needed to utilize to help get our home in a comfortable condition, we've hired two companies that were phenomenal, and Affordable Clean Carpet Service is one of them. While this company is affordable, their service is superior. Thank you, Steven. read more
