Literally, this is a $hi**y job and their team made sure it was dry down to concrete so we could rebuild. -Pumped out sewage water -Dried and cleaned basement -Pull up drywall past moisture line and pulled out contaminated items -Pulled up Sill plates -Contracted the Asbestos Abatement on a hurry-up permit -Cleaned and disinfected floor -We experienced a rancid mold/mildew smell after the asbestos abatement and RL stuck around to clear out the black mastic and get us down to concrete so that we could rebuild I'm not a fan of Denver Water or our experience with Denver Water in this situation but the response from Restoration Logistics was top notch. They're experienced restoration specialist and I would not hesitate to call them again. Although, my hope is that I will not ever have to do so.

Plus, I knew there was previous water damage, so I knew I better call a mold removal company. I'm usually hesitant or skeptical to go with the first company or two I find, but because of my emergency to start repairs, I ended up going with Pure Maintenance. They came quickly, did an evaluation, and made the process simple. They helped me stop the root cause of the mold and found out where my initial water damage was coming from. I was concerned they'd end up tearing out more than what was necessary, but did a great job only attacking the problem. I had to have them come back out to make a couple adjustments, and they were happy to accommodate. Overall, I'm a satisfied customer and would go with them again.

Despite some of the negative reviews I read about Breathe Fresh, I decided to hire them because most of the bad reviews were not that recent. I spoke with Bobby on the phone and he gave me a quote to clean our air ducts, fireplace and chimney. The next day I texted him to schedule the service and at the end he asked me to text him the address and the price he quoted me. I thought that was strange. Even more strange is that I was asked again the day of by Jon, who actually did the service, as he didn't know what the quoted price was either. Furthermore, Jon also had to ask me what service was being performed. Jon was great! He explained everything as he was doing it and showed me some before and after photos. The one knock on the actual service is that Jon left all of our vents closed, which I did not discover until a couple days later when I realized that the heater was running more often and for longer than usual. I didn't expect this because he ran the fan for almost 20 minutes before leaving to "get the air circulating." Not sure much was circulating though given the closed vents, but that's not the reason for the 2-star review. Keep reading... The first fire I burned in the fireplace after the cleaning resulted in a smokey odor in the house the next day. It was fine while the fire was burning, and I'm certain the damper was open, so I don't believe this to be an error on my part. I'm not claiming it has anything to do with the work that Jon did (or didn't do), but I contacted Bobby to share this info with the hopes that they'd come out to investigate. It had been a week since I burned a fire, but the odor didn't diminish despite the damper being closed and windows being opened during the day. Instead, I developed a cough and my eyes burned. I explained this to Bobby in my communication with him, but it didn't spark any urgency on his end. The timeline of our communication was as follows: Tue 12/12 @ 12:55 pm: I texted Bobby informing him of odor and asking for a good time to chat on the phone. Wed 12/13 @ 9:10 am: I called and left a message for Bobby since I got no response to my previous day's text. Wed 12/13 @ 5:49 pm: Bobby calls and leaves a voicemail, apologizes for missing my call earlier, and says to call him back or text for a faster response. I was at a holiday party, so was unable to answer or respond that evening. Thu 12/14 @ 10:15 am: I text Bobby (as instructed by his voicemail) and gave him a couple time slots in which I'd be available for a call that day. It is now 5:54 pm on Fri 12/15 and I still have not heard back from Bobby. Unfortunately I've had to hire another company to come out and investigate the potential causes for the odor, and I regret having hired Breathe Fresh in the first place. Based on reviews, it appears that Breathe Fresh does great work most of the time. In this instance, I'm discouraged by the lack of follow-through and the apparent disregard for quality customer service.

Although they were busy with many other burst pipe cleanup calls due to the extreme cold weather we had just experienced, Chase was at our home within an hour of my initial call. He immediately put my mind at ease and developed a game plan to return things back to normal. Chase and Anthony visited each day for a week to check on progress, move equipment around and gave me updates along the way. They have great communication, always let me know when they would arrive and were absolutely amazing to work with every step of the way. I hope I never need their services again, but in the unfortunate circumstance that I do, I wouldn't hesitate a nanosecond to give them a call. A truly class act company.

After I had sent the the flooring selection they had attempted (possibly an honest oversight) to install lesser quality flooring in a completely different shade that I had sent them. Had I not caught it, it would have been in stalled. I was given multiple assurances that the project would be finished in time so that our tenant would not be homeless. Needless to say that deadline was not met 4 months after the water damage on a project that was not huge. Communication started great until we started to just be told what we wanted to hear without any follow through. I would not recommend working with this company at all.
