Estimated wait was 45 minutes so I walked to the Starbucks got a drink and came back, my vehicle was done. This place was busy the entire time. Spoke to someone on Friday actually in person to request a smog check for a 1993 Toyota mr2. Was told to come back Monday because they need an hour. So we show up Monday and they tell us the machine isn't calibrated. What a joke. Ruined the entire day and had to wait another 4 days to get into another smog place. Stay away. Super rude. read more

Old man with the bad hair dye job needs to practice patience with his customers and stop acting like the customer is inconveniencing him. I recently in the last week installed a new intake and throttle body spacer and didn't realize there were two cal compliant stickers to put on, one for each part even though from same system. I left said sticker in my car and was meaning to put it on but, you see, this thing called life happens and something as trivial as putting a sticker under my hood takes a back seat. Now if I didn't have it, I can see the attitude due to wasted time but even then, you still got paid. Literally couldn't give me 2 minutes to have my dad send a photo of the sticker and correct my issue and his panty in a wad situation. I won't ever understand businesses treating customers they want to come back this way. I'll give them a star though, cause I thankfully don't suffer from panty wad syndrome. He is fantastic and deserves a raise because the women is aweful. So I showed up closer to 1 was told that the tech is on lunch. Very understandable. But she gave off this attitude that told me she hated her job and she didn't care for costumers either. Really if it wasn't for this lady with dark brown hair and glasses. I would probably would be coming back but not now. I was looking for a place in Manteca that could smog my RV. In the past I went to Stockton for the RV smog because a lot of places in Manteca don't like to do them or don't know how to smog an RV. I was driving from smog place to smog place getting turned down because they didn't know how. So I saw All Pro Smog on Button Ave and went in and talked with young gentlemen named Art. He said he could smog the RV. Art was very knowledgeable and knew a lot about RV's. Art did a really great job and looked like he'd been doing this for a long time.
