They came out and told us we need a new pump. They put in a new pump and we have had nothing but problems, the pump they put in keep shorting out. They also recommended a new line which floated to the surface which they had to dig for a new line. When the new line was put in they removed the new pump that was put in and said that the sewage would leach out that did not happen so called them back to have the pump put back in, since then the pump have been giving us problems. They had to called out probably like 15 times and each time they gave us another problem. We called them again and All Pro Septic said that our pump is out of warranty and that they would sell us another pumps. Shannon their office person is piece of work, she is rude and will not return calls for day. Please do not give any work. They have the worst customer service. read more

BEWARE! POSSIBLE RIPOFF! I called them because we had a toilet overflowing and brown water coming up near our septic tank. They quoted a price of $195 to drain the tank with an additional $250 if the line had to be unclogged. When they came out, they took one look and said that the field lines had to be unclogged at $700. Against my better judgment, I said okay due to the urgent nature of the problem. When they were done, they gave me a bill for $895. They did not mention that the $700 was IN ADDITION to the $195 for draining. Additionally, I have no way of determining that they actually drained the field lines. Later, I called a couple of other companies to compare prices (which I should have done first) and most wanted to come out and look and said that draining the field lines might not even be necessary. Other companies asked how long the field lines were or where they ran, but not these guys. One of them gestured toward the pasture and said, "I'll bet that's where they are." I get the feeling that their answer to everything is draining field lines because they did not look at anything else. I complained to the company and was told that the owner would call me back, but he never did. One last warning. They said that there are five companies that operate out of the same office. The truck that came out said All Pro, but their shirts said Texas Pride. Listen closely when you call around because they all use the same receptionist. When you read the other reviews, ask yourself how typical it is for a company to get all 5 star reviews. Then ask yourself if those reviews sound fake. They do to me. I can't prove it, but I was definitely left with a bad vibe and the feeling that I had been ripped off. read more

My business had a clogged septic line. We called this company, I agreed to the price and they came out and did the work. I was floored when the bill was doubled the agreed to price. They didn't ask to go further and have me approve the additional fee. Then I spoke with the lady in the office and she said if I didn't pay the bill today(after I told her I was going to pay it) she said if I don't pay it today they would send me to collections. Even though the bottom of the invoice states I have 30 days to pay. I highly recommend against this company. I'm a business own in the area as well and would never treat my customers in this fashion. read more

I called them late on a Friday afternoon when my "regular" company didn't return my call. I had a clog between the house and the tank so I knew it couldn't wait for Monday. Within about an hour, the truck arrived. So far, so good. They pumped out the trash tank but water still wasn't flowing so they dug out the pipe, used my garden hose and cleared the blockage instead of doing the costly jetting that most would have done. The total cost was less than my regular company charges just to empty the trash tank and leave. I see others left bad reviews here but my experience with them was very good and I'll be using them in the future. read more

All Pro Septic, LLC I filed a home warranty claim with HWA and received the claim information on the morning of the 9th and was told it would take 24 to 48 hours for the service provider to contact me. I waited the weekend, resetting my septic alarm to turn it off. On Monday, I received no call, so I called the company and got voice mail which was full. I was told to text so I did, and they said they would come out Tuesday. Tuesday All Pro showed up. I was not home, so my wife answered the door. We were told that we would need a pump out, which was covered by HWA, in order to diagnose the problem. During the pump out, one of the service techs was extremely rude to my wife, talking down to her and complaining about what was in the septic (large amounts of grease). After pumping the tank, we were told that the pump was out, and replacing it would cost $1250. We were told that HWA would only cover $500 towards the repair, so we had to pay the remainder. I spoke to the tech on the phone and I told him the last two times my pump went out it was $700 total. He said this has a 2-year warranty, which doesn't make any sense - they all have warranties. We negotiated the amount down to $500, because I needed it fixed before the septic backed up in our house. The tech said he did not have a pump, so he would come back the next day. The next day, Wednesday, August 14, All Pro came back out and installed the pump. The system was still erroring out. The tech called me and told me that our septic sprinklers were broke and needed to be replaced. He quoted $210 per sprinkler ($420 total), stating HWA would not cover it. I complained about the price and he told me I could go to the store and get new heads and do it myself for $20 each. I arrived home Friday, August 16 from a business trip. I immediately bought two sprinkler heads for $35 and replaced them. Immediately the system started to spray out. It ran most of the night. Unfortunately, overnight, the alarm went off again. I texted All Pro and didn't get a response. On Monday, August 18, I called and texted again and no response again. They showed up in the afternoon. The tech walked over, opened the tank where the pump is and said pump is running fine. He then looked at the aerator and said it was broke and it would be $1200 for a new one. Oddly enough, he opened the control panel and the breaker was off. He turned it on and again said it was broke. I asked how it was possible they didn't catch this when they diagnosed the system. He stated he didn't diagnose it, if he had, he would have recommended I replace the control board to something newer and would have done the diagnosis and recommendation differently. I asked him if he could get me a rebuilt aerator, which he said they don't do. So I asked him to go. I called two septic providers, one quoted me $375 for a rebuilt aerator and $675 for a new one, and the other one quoted me $275 for rebuilt and $524 for a new one. I had one of the companies come out to my house, and on August 20, he looked at the aerator, pulled it apart, put it back together, turned it on and it ran fine. He said nothing was wrong with it and charged me $125 service fee and left. Regarding All-Pro Septic, clearly there is an unethical business practice taking place here, whereas the provider is doubling the costs of repair equipment, collecting payment from both the warranty companies and consumers. Additionally, inflating a 20-minute sprinkler head replacement cost to $210 per sprinkler, and trying to sell me an aerator for $1,200 when one wasn't needed without taking 5 or 10 minutes to look at it and fix the problem. Loses include $500 for pump, $35 for sprinkler heads, $125 to call an additional septic repair company. Total All-Pro septic loss = $660 Update The owner of All-Pro called me Wednesday evening, 8/21/19, to discuss the incident. He did say that he tried to escalate with HWA what was covered and how much they would pay, and they refused. He also explained the reasoning for $1,200 price tags on his parts that are ~$700 everywhere else, saying they have a full 2-year replacement warranty. He also stated they do not perform on site rebuilds, like some companies. Finally, he said he would talk to his team about going the extra mile to properly diagnose issues up front and offered a discount on future service. I appreciate the call from the owner, but still do not agree with the costs nor the approach that was taken to my repair. read more

Called All Pro Septic Friday evening to have septic tank pumped. Spoke with Dave (dispatch) and scheduled to have truck come out Saturday morning. Explained the tank is at the back of the property 200 ft from driveway - will need extra hose, was told $50 more for extra hose - and I agreed. Have text messages with Dave also acknowledging the need for 200ft of hose. Truck shows up 1pm Sat, and after the crew sees the tank they inform me they don't have enough hose. I show them the text, tell them this was arranged for extra hose - they say they did not get the message. They tell me it is a 2 hour round trip for extra hose and they have other jobs - they can't help me today. They say they can go around the house on the grass and get closer, I tell them the ground is too soft - they try, get 30 feet on and have to abort leaving large ruts in my yard. Then they tell me I can try and call someone else, but they will leave me on the schedule for Sunday - let them know if I get someone else. I try to get someone else, can't and call them back Saturday afternoon around 5pm. They tell me their truck is full, the can't dump it, and can't do it Sunday. I ask who to speak to to make this right, they give me Dave's number. I call Dave, get mysteriously disconnected the first call after 30 sec (hung up on?) and callback and when confronted about the hang up - am told 'I would never do that', am told they truck crew was told about the extra hose, and that he, Dave, would make some call to see what happened, and see about getting them out Sunday. Never heard from them again. Fair warning using this company. If they screw-up don't expect them to do anything to make it right. read more

This company quoted a price by the time they arrived price quadrupled. Miss diagnosed the problem on sight then wanted to charge again for their mistake. Did extra work that was unnecessary to raise price. BEWARE! FIND SOMEONE ELSE!! read more

Ripoff. Quoted me $250 and then charged $800 for one one foot piece of pipe. Total was over $2500l, and I dug the cap out for them. Avoid them like the plague. Other septic companies aught to take note, these guys are hurting your rep. read more
