Bunch of lying crooks - took my money and promised they could do system then never did any work. Just made excuse after excuse and would only answer if you called from a different phone. 18 weeks later after hearing lie after lie from Allied and playing their we never answer our phone games - I finally did the smartest thing I could do and fired them and brought in another contractor. I never received that invoice and I have all of our texts as well. The last conversation we had was when you called to make sure the job was finally complete and you offered both the discount and the enzymes. I have two witnesses to that conversation. This company will screw you every chance they get. They come when it is almost dark, charging $360 to empty tanks and find leak; since they came @ 4:30pm they could not finish what they were required to do. I call to complain and they are happy to come back for an extra $800 to do everything, but since they came nearing dark again, they only did half the work and are lying that they did everything.
