Rather than putting the family at ease, the dispatcher was rude, sarcastic, and dismissive and ruined the ride for the family. I later spoke with the manager & owner, thinking they would make it right, but instead, they made excuses and dismissed the complaints & concerns as "things that happen". The fact that this company puts themselves first before their customers and makes excuses for their own actions, speaks volumes about their lack of customer service & satisfaction. Our driver, Dan from Reston Limousine, was so courteous, caring, and attentive and made our experience truly royal. The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.
