The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. Edit on the course of this trip another bus died on the side of the road. Updating review to one star.

He managed to get my uncle, his caretaker, and my brother from Baltimore to our NYC apartment, then to Lincoln Center and then back to Baltimore all in one day. She made an error on her phone of the hotel address and after making a U-Turn told me it was my fault it was wrong. She handed me her phone and I entered the hotel address myself and she proceeded to try to drop me first at the wrong hotel (only 1/2 off) and then at a corporate office building (only .1 of a mile off). Luckily, Kevin saved my head from completely exploding when he located my glasses, which were "sitting right there when I opened the door."

We were told that Reston would reach out the week before the wedding, but we had heard absolutely nothing by noon the day before the wedding. My husband attempted to call Reston to confirm our reservation. We called more than 10 times, yet we couldn't get a hold of them. So he drove to their listed HQ from their website to confirm in person. When he arrived, he found out the HQ did NOT exist. He called again, and someone finally picked up the phone and gave him attitude for being restless. The woman promised to share the phone numbers for the drivers ASAP. We did not get them until late that night (and one of the numbers was incorrect). To make matters worse, three hours before we got married, we received multiple emails and phone calls demanding payment from Reston. This is despite the fact my husband sent in a credit card authorization form (which was acknowledged by the company months ago). So we're about to get married, and this company is shaking us down for payment which my husband authorized four months ago. To cap it all off, i could not get a hold of my limo driver. So my husband reached out to his point of contact, and she told him that drivers will not respond until an hour before reservation. That is fine; we just wish they had told us that before the day we were getting married. Everything worked out fine in the end, but AVOID this company at all costs. It is not worth the stress.
