While I'm sure this is a fantastic business, and perhaps I'm overreacting. However, I did not appreciate the fact that after 4 customers got their haircut, when my turn came, another customer came in AFTER me and was taken care of BEFORE me. I thought it was pretty standard practice for customers to be taken care of in order in which they arrive. The barbers made no mention of any appointments when I asked how long the wait would be. Again, perhaps fantastic otherwise, but I will never return to find out. Spend your money elsewhere. I sure will. read more

THIS PLACE IS A JOKE NOW. I came here before this stuff in the world happened and had a great cut... I walk in last week (to see no familiar faces and was spoken 1 sentence until I was asked to come sit in the guys chair) with an appointment I made at 10:30.. I waited and was patient but noticed when I walked in at 10:25 that he must've just sat someone else down in front of me because I waited an additional 35 almost 40 minutes before I sat in the chair to even have my cut started... even though I made an appointment. Also this person hardly listened to what I told him to do and when I said I wanted this or that he criticizes me so I choose to let him kinda do his thing as I've now waited 45 more minutes for him to do a fade with disconnected sides. Then he doesn't shave my neck and misses huge spots of long hairs that I found later when I got home and the line up is all off. I was busy with things that I've just now gotten time to write this review and I wish I would've been able to go right back in there and get it fixed but all I can do now is warn future customers that this spot is horrible now since they re opened. New owner or something, and he sat on his phone the whole time talking to my "barber" about some dumb game he was playing on his phone.. I assume he is the owner or some sort of manager but he didn't even look up when me or 2 others came in. He just expected what I expect is the new guy to do it all for him. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go somewhere else they don't deserve your 25$ Sports clips does better than this and last time I heard they charged like 10$. Also they guy put on gloves and stuff but I didn't see him sanitize any actually clippers or any buzzers... went to this barber shop a month ago. hair cut was good and service was good, despite not having a appointment. My complaint is the barber DID NOT disinfect his tools before putting them in my hair. This is a health violation and against the AZ Board of Barbers regulations. This is not the only place in AZ. Every barber shop I go to for haircuts, do not disinfect tools between customers. Today I finally am doing something about it. I called the AZ Board of Barbers and will be filing complaints against all shops I have been to in past 10 years. I shouldn't have to ask a barber to disinfect tools before there put on my scalp. And get dirty looks from the barber. WAKE THE FUCK UP PEOPLE. This is how diseases are spread. read more

Tried this barber out for the 1st time today. Needed a new barber shop as the one I've been going to for a few years got some tired young guys who you could tell really didn't want to be there. This place was really good. They have 4 chairs and all the barbers working did a really efficient and good job. I really don't need or want a "stylist" or any other frills. Visiting the area and it was time to get cleaned up from the neck up. I was greeted by Michael who not only listened to what I wanted, he asked follow up questions. I got a razor fade high n tight leaving enough to comb over on top. Michael took his time,.....okay he was meticulous in his work and made sure that the cut was not only what I asked for , but that I was pleased. We live in Northern California and visit friends in Chandler, so I guess we will be visiting more often so I can come back. Oh, I forgot to mentioned that he trimmed my beard just as I requested and did a full shave to line up the beard and leave the exposed face as smooth as them come! Thanks Michael. read more

I use to go here once or twice a month, not bad. At first it was promising. My dad recommended them for me because he liked them. As I continued to go it just felt as of I was wasting their time. I would come in, wait and a barber would get done with a hair cut, clean up and go to the back for awhile(A good 5-10 minutes). Than come back & with this FML attitude, say they were ready. Just made me feel like I ruined their day. But everyone has bad days, so I gave them a chance and continued to go. Even recommended them to my grandfather. He tells me the next week that they butchered him. But I just figured he was a grouchy old man. About a week later my father tells me he went to get a hair cut. He said he was waiting with 2 other men. There was 2 barbers working at the time. They got done with 2 haircuts and went to the back. My father told me he waited with the other customers for 45 minutes, just him and the 2 others waiting, before he and the 2 other men decided to leave. After hearing that, I was done. That's just horrible customer service. That being the last straw, I will not go back. read more
