They give them options of: where they would like to sit, how's the water temperature, what color of bows would they like, if they want to watch tv or play games, and if they would like their nails painted. When I checked out I was giver a bill for $221 for a signature facial. My jaw dropped, the facial was nice but I was told $129. I asked about the special and was told that is for my next treatment. What?? That is not what I was told, nor does this special specify this. I added a picture of the special to show how that would not be how customers would interpret this special!
