I was in need of a great haircut after my last few ones. I've been searching for someone to listen and get my hair the way I'd like it. The barber exceeds expectations and is smooth and quick at him job. Very nice guy and very professional!

Great barber. Always available to cut my sons hair (even when I call 10 minutes before we are going on vacation ) J takes his time, and always ensures his work is showtime ready. My son is a every 2 week client of his. Friendly, and funny, my son always looks forward to seeing his barber. We attended a World Series game in Los Angeles and of course J was able to design the Dodger logo on my son. Exceptional work, and a good person! Highly recommend!

This is by far the best barbershop in Gilbert! Jorge does amazing work a lot of talent!

I have been going to Shayla at The Creative Movement for a few years now, and walk past this barber shop every time. They always have a steady flow of clients, and everyone always comes out looking great. For that reason, I recommended this place to my boyfriend and I'm happy that I did! He has now gone four times and has never had a bad cut. The barbers are friendly, and make him feel welcome every time he goes. His hair looks amazing, and they even shape up his beard with a straight razor giving him a super clean look. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who lives in the Chandler or Gilbert area. read more

Took my son here to get his hair cut when V's was too busy and booked and wanted $20 for his hair. Well this place also wanted $20 but we walked right in / sat down and was waited upon / offered soda or water and Jorge took his time to cut it right to just what my son wanted including the big thick line in his head. Since it's a 2 chair operation in a boutique co-location space with many other little nail/ hair / and boutique shops it was easy to get in and get out and no extra product sales. But at he end of the day it was still $25 with tip for an 11yr. olds hair. We will be back because it is super easy and I like he local small business patronage vs the chains or big box type hair stores where anyone who has a warm breath can work. Some of the small barber shops in the area are less because their rent is probably less than here however the cut was still great and my son loved hat he was offered a soda - so that's worth extra right? read more

I've been coming here quite a while now, Sayvien always sets me up with a great cut and great conversation. I've been loyal to him for years as he's attentive and always accommodating with time and scheduling. The shop itself is clean and always has solid conversations going. Santana is a chill dude as well. Would recommend this place to anyone looking for an outstanding cut by some great people. read more

Jay the owner gave me a fresh cut today. Very professional, and you can tell he knows his stuff. Takes it very seriously but also makes it relaxing and fun. Highly recommend. Small shop with 2 chairs and people constantly coming and going. Felt like family, after only my first cut. Jay offered me water or soda which I've never gotten before at a barber shop. Great barbers! They take appointments or walkins. Doesn't matter which barber you get they both do a great job. Also their weekend hours are great. They are usually there by 745 am, which is awesome read more

Reading through some of these reviews has me confused why anyone would post three stars. I've never gone into this barber and felt as if they rushed. Every time I go in, they make a habit of making everyone know they're welcome, and ensuring that your haircut is exactly what you wanted. They've even spent extra time when they felt like my haircut wasn't up to their standards. Great barber. Reasonable prices, and I'd come back even if it was more expensive than it is. read more

I had a great experience yesterday at "The Firm Barber". I have gone to different barbershops around the Valley over the years, this is the best barbershop in Arizona and by far the best barbershop in Gilbert. Santana gave me a perfect fade and a great beard trim and cleanup. Great conversation, amazing customer service! I will definitely be back! read more

The Frim Barber and the Barbers that work in there are the real deal! Every time I come here my guy Sayvien fixes me right up! Amazing customer service and he already knows what and how I want my haircut, love that I don't have to constantly tell him how I want it done. Overall my experience at this barbershop is top tier, so much better then all these other called "shops'' I've been to. The shop is always clean, always get offered a drink, and they always have something interesting to watch. I would recommend any time of the week and twice on Sunday to go see my guy Sayvien to get fixed up with a cut and youll see exactly what im talking about!!! read more

I've never actually gotten a haircut here but I just called them at approx. 5pm and they said that they are closing. That's the second time I've called and they've stated that they are closing when their hours show that they are open till 7pm. They either need to update their hours or adhere to what they have posted online as their store hours. read more

Santana is an exceptional old school barber. He listens to his clients and diligently takes his time to ensure his clients are completely satisfied by the time they leave his shop. His location is secluded and private to give you a personal experience rather than sit in a chair in front of dozens of waiting customers. He is by appointment only but well worth it. I contacted Santana the day of needing service, pretty last minute. He definitely went out of his way to provide me with the services i needed. He returned my phone call and offered to rearrange his schedule to fit me in with an apoointment. It was a big deal to me because im new to this area and have been to other barbers and was not satisfied. I was worried about trying someone new because i had a special event the next day and appearance was super imoortant to me. Santana was easy to talk with, friendly, professional, and approachable. We had good conversation and was accomodable in regards to making sure i was comfortable by offering me a soft drink and a selection of music. I needed a beard line up and trim. He asked the right questions and made sure he understood what i wanted by paraphrasing back to me his understanding. He was very thorough and patient when cutting my beard and lining it up.
