I contacted Santana the day of needing service, pretty last minute. He definitely went out of his way to provide me with the services i needed. He returned my phone call and offered to rearrange his schedule to fit me in with an apoointment. It was a big deal to me because im new to this area and have been to other barbers and was not satisfied. I was worried about trying someone new because i had a special event the next day and appearance was super imoortant to me. Santana was easy to talk with, friendly, professional, and approachable. We had good conversation and was accomodable in regards to making sure i was comfortable by offering me a soft drink and a selection of music. I needed a beard line up and trim. He asked the right questions and made sure he understood what i wanted by paraphrasing back to me his understanding. He was very thorough and patient when cutting my beard and lining it up. I was extrneely happy eith the service. I will be going back and making referrals to Santana. read more
