This place will turn you away if the person you booked with days before calls in sick. They won't work to fit you in. We drove 30 minutes just for a haircut and beard trim. They were rude as hell and did not apologize or care. Also, the place right by them called Tommy Guns barber shop is MUCH cheaper and do just as good a job as their barbers. read more

I've been coming to this shop since they opened. Brought my kids for a cut and it was BAD! Returned to get it fixed and no one except for one barber was willing to help after he was done. Other barber just sat there waiting for his appointment and didn't care to provide a 10-15 min fix. Went to Tommy Gun barber, they took my boys and fixed both there heads which took 15mins for both. Do your research on these barbers! Don't just pay$100 for a cut and leave if you're not satisfied with a haircut go to another shop. I made an appointment with Cash and showed up on time for my appointment. He was with another customer and said he would be a few minutes. 8 minutes after my appointment time he was still working on the other customer. I explained that I had a tight schedule and would not be able to make my next appointment with the delay so I needed to cancel. He is trying to charge me for a "no show" when it was him who could not keep an appointment time for $50 haircut! When your charging top dollar you should give top dollar service. This is NOT top dollar service. Oh, and the music was obnoxious in the shop so I guess it would have been torture to sit for 35 minutes anyway. We visited today, my boyfriend was looking for a new barber. We saw they were newly opened when we were down the street last week. He made an appointment with Chelsea and he's found his new barber. Quicks has a great vibe and flavor, and most importantly they cut (and fade) great hair. Check them out and step up your grown man game. You can't go wrong with anyone that works here, but Chelsea found herself some long term customers in us today. Also, I read a couple reviews about wait times. Let me add we waited maybe 10 minutes. While we all hate waiting, I would much rather visit a place that didn't rush through my hair to fill the chair. Quicks barbershop is lucky to have EDDIE G! He's cut my hair twice now and both times it's been absolutely perfect. It's hard to find a good stylist who takes pride in his work so I'm ecstatic to have Eddie G as my go-to for a good haircut! Eddie is very precise and takes his time to perfect the style. The whole experience with Eddie is phenomenal. He sets up a comfortable environment and is just a stand up guy. We could talk the whole time or just sit in silence, either way he makes it comfortable. Eddie goes the extra mile and really cares about his work. I've been coming here for awhile now and had no issues. Until today I didn't expect my usual route to take 50 minutes instead of 30 minutes. I'm usually like 10-15 minutes early but today I arrived 20 minutes late and immediately apologized and the barber Mike was very disrespectful about the situation. Did not want to listen to anything I was saying. I was the one that had to try to reason with him to see if he would cut my hair after his other appointments. He then exclaimed that he should be charging me twice as much. I was still willing to do it so agreed to a later appointment but then realized due to the whole situation it's best to just cancel it all together. Just because I did not trust them after that altercation. So went back inside another worker greeted me he was very polite and even offered a refund. I told him it was fine it seemed like he really needed the $50 the way he got so worked up. But then Mike came back across the room yelling that it was my fault. When me and this other gentleman weren't even discussing that and were already done with the matter. You don't treat a client like that for something so little. read more

I had a skin tight fade and it came out perfect. Quick offers hair care products but it's not an overwhelming variety. Wow! Long time customer here...I scheduled a haircut for my son on Saturday with Giuseppe right before he needed to go to a graduation ceremony & dinner. They sent me an appointment cancellation 10mins before his appointment was supposed to begin! Now, let's all remember THEIR cancellation policy! Full charge if cancelled less than 24 HOURS. But they just sent me a text notification 10 minutes beforehand leaving me with no other option to get his haircut before his events. We were already there as well, so wasted time & gas! The barber seemed to understand what my son wanted based on a style that he wanted and even provided a picture. The barber didn't taper the cut like he said he would do. After we left, I found out the barber applied so much pressure to his scalp with his clippers that he should have walked out cuz he was so uncomfortable. Getting a haircut shouldn't be painful. First time getting a cut here was phenomenal, Jazz cut my hair to perfection and made me feel comfortable without any jumps from when he applied the razor to my hair and head. He paid really close attention to detail and throughout the cut he asked me as he was going along how he should adjust things before going ahead and doing anything, and had a really great conversation. Nowadays it's difficult to find a reliable barber or barbershop for that matter. This shop is excellent. They are reliable and skilled.

Very disappointed on how situation was handled. Finally found this great barbershop and barber and this would be my 4th time going there and was going to be my go to place every 3 weeks. They require you to put a card on file for reservation which I have no problem with so I do. I booked my apportionment a week ahead of time with Cash my barbers name. It's for a beard trim and haircut which is $80 and it asks for gratuity which I always do 25% so comes out to be $103 which I again have no problem with. The appointment was for 9am so the night before my 9 month or child gets very sick so have I have to take him to the Dr. I tried calling the barbershop but they don't open until 9am and I try or cancel through the app and website but it says error. It probably because it's too late to cancel which again I understand but I wanted to be respectful and not have my barber coming in earlier or waiting for me. I called the shop while I was at the dr with my child technically when my appointment was going on 9:30am and told the person I can't make it and if there was an opening later today I would take it and he said no. I called back the next day since my card was already charged for $103 and spoke to a nice lady and explained my situation and if I could reschedule my appointment and maybe work out something with the money I was already charged including the 25% tip I already left for service I never received. She said I understand give me a second and came back on phone and said sorry its company policy. Ok I understand that as well and agree if you miss appointment you should be charged a fee, but to charge the full amount plus the pre paid tip ? Very disappointing because I was very happy with the barbershop and my barbershop and already sent 2 referrals there. read more

I scheduled an appointment online and when we arrived we were told the person we scheduled an appointment with was not there. One of the young kids working the front desk said, sorry about that you can stay and we can take you in 5-10 mins. I thought ok that's not too long. 20 minutes later I asked how much longer, that we were told 10 mins and one of the kids in the front of the salon said I didn't tell you that, you are a walk in. Actually, we had an appointment! Since I had already paid online we stayed and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Poor customer service! read more
