Been here twice while in town. A bit of a different twist compared to my normal haircut but I've been happy every time. It's a barbershop, they cut hair and beards. I'm not one to leave a negative review and my first hair cut at this place was awesome... but the person I had this time didn't know how to use their tools. My hair cut was super painful when he got to cleaning up beard and neck, and left me totally cut up. I hesitated doing this review but felt it was just necessary. I took my two boys here a couple of days ago and had one of the worst experiences at a barber shop a dad could have. I setup my appointments online for two kids haircuts. When i got there i was greeted by one of the owners who checked me in. Our haircut was scheduled with Mark who wasn't present so the other owner took me and my 4 year old back to his chair. As my son is sitting down I look over to see Mark in their back room headed outside. After several minutes of just sitting there Mark returns from outside. Im not sure what happen but this guy was not acting normal. He was abnormally frustrated that i had brought my kid into his barbershop. He chastised me about it and made me feel like shit. He was blunt with my 4 year old and just cold. Everything about it sucked. At the end he tried to refuse finishing the haircut because my kid was so scared. He had completed 65% of the haircut so I told him I cant leave here like this so he half assed finished. Everyone saw what happen, you all know this wasn't right but no one intervened. This guy was 100% not sober cutting a 4 year olds hair! The other hair stylist next to us was visibly uncomfortable watching this go down. He charged me full price without blinking an eye. I had to finish their haircuts at home. This was the absolute worst haircut experience Ive ever had. read more

One of the worst haircuts I've ever gotten and this place is usually the best. I even showed the barber pics of myself with what I wanted for my beard -edit added I was a walk-in, I wanted haircut and beard, I told them this. Waited 15 minutes and was seated. Barber asked what I wanted, said hair cut and beard, he said "oh you should have made apt idk if I have time for both, I have 3 o'clock apt (it's was 305 and no apt) I offered to wait or make apt, he said no no I'll do a good job, but next time your hair is so thick and curly a good barber needs an hour" he then rushed through my hair cut and beard saying repeatedly, you have nice thick hair need an hour but I'll do good job, I was done high fade, beard and all in 19 minutes. You can imagine it looked like shit, he buzzed my beard after I told him I have a few patch places, I told him take an inch off my beard (about 4 inches) he took it down to a 1 (patches are obvious) did the strait razor with no gel/cream. Yanked my head around the whole time, and the hot towel in 1 second (I'm nicer with my dog) I drove 40 minutes to get here, I'll never be back here again. Added: not sure how to reply to your comment Linda, there's not enough hair to left to fix my beard. I was a walk in so idk how you guys keep records. I paid with my card. I would have waited longer, I offered to wait longer or come back. It was the Russian gentleman in booth 4. Nice, personable guy, probably decent when he's not rushing but that wasn't the case this time. read more

Awesome cut in under 15 minutes, which normally is a red flag, but there...its quality! I would definitely recommend this place.

Normally I go with the oldest cat of the three and he does a great job. Last time I went with someone else and he really botched my hair. I tried to deny it and say that it'll grow on me but even my mom let me know how bad of a job this guy did. He suggested a hair sponge to style my hair. Well I bought one and guess what? It doesn't work for my hair type. My hair is not curly but not coarse enough for it to work. Not only that but one side was cut higher than the other, leaving my hair off center. There was no attempt to cut the length of the top of my hair, leaving uneven random lengths on the side that was cut too high. I was also nicked during the beard trim as the guy I guess thought he could just use clippers on my neck instead of cream and straight razor Be warned, when signing up for a hair cut on their website, go with the guy with the most reviews as he's the only competent one. Have always scheduled with the same guy, but for some reason the system wouldn't let me schedule with him. so, I selected one of the other barbers they have. Gave him the same hair cut instructions I've been giving for the past couple years. I basically got a $40 buzz cut. Thu guy never pulled a pair of scissors out once. Incredibly disappointed and. if this is what I can expect there, I won't be returning. For me or my son. I can go to Great Clips and get a bad buzz cut for $8.99. read more
