I had them replace an older Aiphone intercom with Unifi access and they came and installed a Unifi door reader, cleaned up my door strikes, installed a unifi in wall in a rental unit so we could pass through an additional POE port to a Unifi intercom and then came up with an idea to consolidate my networking gear in my garage so I changed scope after day 1 to include that and also setup a gate hub automation. I also had them do a new cat6 run and they did a great job with that as well as patching up the holes from older cables. Great communication - they know their networking and Unifi gear and I would recommend to others looking for ethernet/wireless/security cameras and expertise with Unifi gear.

We've been waiting over six weeks to respond to our recent outreach to have them address these issues and update our technology to increase bandwith, but can't get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. Only one location was completed (Osgood Rd), with a total project cost of $10,668.58. The second location (Selden) was never started, despite this process beginning back in September 2025. Despite being paid in excess of the completed work, the contractor is now demanding an additional $5,348.58 and claiming we do not own the installed system unless we pay more. He has came in the middle of the night specifically at 11:48pm and removed the installed equipment since we disputed his extortion and would not comply. At no point was there a written agreement stating that deposits were non-refundable, tied to specific projects, or forfeited if work was not performed. From our perspective: One project was completed One project was never started Funds already paid exceed the value of completed work Instead of resolving this professionally, the situation has escalated into demands for additional payment and threats.
