After having a very bad experience with Carson Valley Movers, I called All Out Movers. Best move I could have made. Justin & Will are hard working & polite stand up young men! I used them to pack 2 16'x8'x8' PODS for storage. They were finished in 4 hrs. When our new home is completed in about 6-8 months, I will be asking All Out Movers to send Justin & Will to unload. Extremely Satisfied!!! Thanks, Bill C. Gardnerville, NV read more

Do not use this company. They auto charge your card even if it is way more than quoted. Do not give them your card number as they just charge whatever without permission or confirming amount. They are very unprofessional . read more

Anthony's initial quote was pretty close, considering I kept finding things for AJ & Patrick to load onto the truck. Movers communicated before, during and after the move. AJ & Patrick are rock stars ! The move required almost 500 mile drive on a Friday before a holiday weekend. Through the mountains and desert in a vehicle that never missed a gas stop. They arrived and unloaded in 100+ degree weather. Of course downsizing means a smaller place, but I neglected to downsize all the furniture so the boys are creative on fitting everything in. I am grateful as the move could not have happened as timely without them. CUSTOMER SERVICE is the motto, they can be known for. Thanks to the team; Anthony, Lana, AJ & Patrick read more

I needed movers last minute and these guys were able to help. There was a mix up with the truck rental (I confirmed with the scheduling person that I would be renting a truck but the guys showed up with a truck too) but I'm still giving 5 stars because the crew that loaded and unloaded our belongings was fantastic! read more

I recently used All Out Movers for a move across Carson. Anthony came to give me a quote ahead of time and was very courteous and professional. When he arrived with his team on moving day, they were all courteous and Anthony managed the operation in a very professional way. The movers were clean and very careful with all items including some very heavy antiques. They had to navigate a lot of stairs in my house and did so with ease. I would recommend this company to anyone looking to move. read more

I called All Out Movers on April 7 to see if they could handle a small move on April 12, super short notice. Anthony swung by my mom's place that day and said he could set us up for 10am on April 12. Day of move came and Victor and Brett showed up 10 minutes early and boy, did they hustle! John, the supervisor came by to make sure everything was going smoothly. All the furniture arrived in pristine condition and they even went the extra mile to make sure the bed's side rail grab bar was nice and secure. A very good experience from start to finish! read more

Do not use this company. This company is a "loading and unloading" service only, and is not subject to a lot of consumer protections under NRS. Their loaders were incompetent and slow, they broke and damaged many items of ours, and did not deliver and set-up furniture as agreed upon, instead shoving much of it in the garage and leaving pieces in rooms where they don't belong (like a king mattress and box springs in the living room). They admitted wrongdoing in breaking items, and their insurance company denied the claim, stating "Personal property in the care, custody and control of our policyholder &/or an incident arising out of "loading and unloading" from an "auto" is specifically excluded from this policy." Thus, they're not insured for the job they do. When I settled upon a fraction of the cost of the damaged items, they delayed significantly, saying "the check is in the mail." When I finally got the check, it was dishonored by my bank. I finally did get a check, which I immediately cashed at their bank. They are not competent, fair, or ethical. Lana's reply to my review is full of inaccuracies. Call the Nevada Transportation Authority for information on their dealings with this company. read more

We recently had to empty out our parents home of 28 years after they passed away. I live 6 hours from them and wanted to keep some of their beautiful furniture in the family. I contacted Anthony after reading the reviews here and they did not let me down. From Lana, to Anthony, to the crew, they did a great job during a difficult time for us. We trusted the crew to be in the home without any family members to begin the loading process. To my surprise, I received a phone call while I was on the road from one of the guys regarding 2 ring boxes that had fallen out from some hidden spot when they were moving my parents dresser. Inside were 4 valuable, priceless rings! One was a wedding set inscribed from 1899 that I believe was my great-grandparents that I've never seen before. Another, a big teardrop diamond ring that we had forgotten my dad gave my mom years ago. Truly a surprise gift, and reinforcement that we had entrusted the right people with our important family possessions. I had gotten a cheaper quote from a national company, but I had a gut feeling to go with the local guys, and I'm thankful we did. Worth every penny! Would highly recommend them. Thank you again. All Out Movers was extremely helpful during our move. The owner actually came to our house to give an accurate estimate instead of just spouting off random numbers over the phone. This was the first thing I really appreciated. They were able to provide trucks and drivers, which is something else that was not common with other moving companies I contacted (it did cost more, but it was well worth it not to have to drive a moving truck myself). The movers arrived on time, were friendly and polite, and did a fantastic job of getting the majority of my belongings moved. All that, and they worked through rain and snow, as to not delay my moving timeline. Thank you, All Out Movers! read more

Okay, I'll keep the five-star parade going, meaning another satisfied customer. All Out Movers was reliable, dependable and even though there were a few hiccups in our move, they came through with flying colors. We moved a four bedroom, 2500 sq ft 2-story house into a 3 bedroom 1700 sq ft 1-story house and the packing and moving was thorough, careful, and accident-free. We will continue to use them whenever we have a move of any kind and encourage others to use them as well. You won't be disappointed. read more

We just moved to Carson City and we had a wonderful experience with All Out Movers. Because we didn't know what time we would receive the keys to the property, Anthony worked with me on being flexible for when his guys could help us unload our moving truck. When I called him the day of the move, he was able to be accommodate our last minute decision to move in that evening. We had two guys from All Out Movers unload our Penske truck and they were so careful and worked so fast! They unloaded our 26 ft moving truck in 3 hours and were so polite and professional the entire time. I would highly recommend All Out Movers to anyone in the Carson City area that needs help with their move. Thanks, Anthony for your accommodation and your kind, polite, and professional customer service that made a stressful move less stressful! read more

Professional, efficient and friendly - and definitely worth the money! Five stars all around. My husband and I moved across town and really needed help with just a few last things - including a heavy piano. Anthony (the owner) was so helpful and was able to schedule us right away on short notice. It was such a challenge finding someone who would help with the piano and I was so lucky to find All Out Movers. I highly recommend using this company! read more

Very expensive, not good customer service when problems brought to the owners attention. They didnt bring the shrink wrap needed to do the job. Things broken in the move. We are not using them again. read more

Anthony/Lana did a great job for our house. They moved everything in a timely manner and efficiently. Anthony pays a lot of attention to ensure everything is moved without a scratch. I definitely suggest folks to use All Out Movers! read more

These guys scratched my mother in laws floors and dinged walls... at the time they told us not to worry and they would fix, but we keep calling and emailing with no reply or they say they will call us back and never call back. I wouldn't use them... maybe this will get them to call us back :). read more

Thank you Anthony and crew for flawless move! The guys were awesome. They were very friendly and handle our stuff with care. They made sure they put things where we wanted them and when we asked them to move all of our stuff out of our shed which wasn't part of the original plan, they never once complained. I would recommend them in a heart beat! We rate our moving crew a 5 ++ thank you Anthony for all your help and great crew! read more

Terrible service - They put a huge gouge in my wooden floor - said they would come back and fix it. Owner promised multiple times they would fix - never returned texts/emails and never fixed. I even offered them the option to pay me $$ it would cost to fix floor based off an estimate. Buyer beware!! read more

We really needed someone to move us out fast and safe, these guys were there. Friendly service and didn't stop till the job was done. Moved a 3 bed 2 bath with all wood furniture + full shed. read more

Anthony and his crew are very professional and know what they are doing. I would highly recommend them. We did a three hour away move and they handled every little detail possible . I used this company and I would do it again, if I needed them. Great professionals! Took care of my furniture and DOORWAYS.

Awesome movers! Anthony was able to give me an estimate and set a day that worked for example. On moving day the team, which included John and 2 other men, arrived on time. They took time to assure that everything was moved safely. My experience with AllOut Movers is definitely a 5 star plus. read more

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. I am very pleased with All Out Movers. Anthony went above and beyond my moving needs. He made sure to schedule my move right away. I felt he understood all of my needs. After a little miscommunication on my end he still went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The movers were ready to go 30 minutes before my scheduled move, they called me with every update. The movers had the best personalities and never complained about how heavy my belongings were. I would 100% recommend this company for all of your moving needs. My only suggestion is when you look for your confirmation email ask for the person's name who is sending it because you will not find it under "All Out Movers". All in all extremely happy with the out come. Give them a call! read more

I have had two experiences with the All Out Movers team - both outstanding! They have helped me pick up, deliver and put together furniture for my new home in South Lake Tahoe. Both of my moves were short notice but they really came through as their delivery guys were flexible, friendly and completely professional. They delivered everything I could have asked for in a moving company...from setting up the pickup/delivery, estimates, efficient and masterful moving and setting up furniture, and great communication. I couldn't recommend them more highly. Thanks! read more

We scheduled a move quickly; All Out Movers were there to help us. There were a few glitches, some weather related, but they got the job done. Even the piano and 550 pound gun arrived safely. We would recommend their services without reservation. read more

As a business consultant, instructor on entrepreneurship, and co-owner of a service business, I have learned to recognize what it takes to make a company 5 star. Anthony, and his team at All Out Movers are pioneers in the moving industry in Northern Nevada. Keep going AOM, You're rocking it!! read more

After renting several storage units for years, we decided to clear them out, and called Anthony. He and his crew were able to show-up on short notice and packed up our trailer tightly and effectively. We had so much stuff, they had to return two more times, always cheerfully. His crew members are all very nice, helpful and trustworthy. I highly recommend All Out Movers, as they go "all out" for their clients. read more

Docked a star because I think I was overcharged on transport timing costs. Journey between a and b took lot less than hours billed. Otherwise great experience, Will and Justin took care of my stuff and with good grace carried it up 3 flights of stairs in 95 degree heat. All unpacked now and not one item damaged. read more

These people are amazing. I had to unload my uhaul truck and had people lined up to help, but nobody showed. I contacted All Out Movers and they responded right away. Even though I didn't have an appointment, Anthony came to help me within an hour of my call. He was very polite, helpful and efficient. This company is an absolute joke!! I called and had to leave a voicemail. No one from the office ever called me back so I called again and reached a girl named "Lana" who apparently was in sales and in the field (not in the office). She said she had a bad connection because of where she was and could she call me back when she got into the office around 4. She ended up calling back @ 9PM in the evening. I said we expected your call earlier today and I didn't want to discuss things at that time, could we please speak during normal work hours. She said she would call me back the next day but didn't. I sent her a txt and she proceeded to txt me saying again she was sorry (that's all I heard was how sorry she was etc), then said she would call me back....once again no call back at all. Then she texted me saying she would call me the next day and again, no call back. I sent her a text saying we're done with her and her company and how unprofessional she was etc. Bottom line there are way too many movers out there as options so do not waste your time on this one. If they perform this way on the onset, who knows how they would do at moving your goods. Certainly doesn't leave you with a very warm and cozy nor confident feeling. read more

Whether you move from out of state, across the state, or just 3 blocks (as I did this time) it is stinkin' stressful. I had a lot of friends to come and help on a Saturday with the furniture and a few other things, but didn't want them giving up the whole Saturday with their families to move me. I had All Out Movers move most of the boxes and all of the garage on the Friday before. Tyler and Don (?) were great. Completed the move in good time. Were extremely nice and quite the "movers". Thanks so much. Took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Definitely recommend. read more

From the very beginning my experience with All Out Movers was amazing. The owner personally met with me and kept in contact through the entire process. Five stars is not enough for all out Movers. They were punctual, efficient, and most importantly, easy to communicate with. Dwight, Mychael, and Cody were extremely respectful, and they worked almost Non-Stop, tirelessly, and carefully. They were also very creative with moving certain things that would otherwise have been impossible to get into narrow spaces and Winding staircases. Not a scratch on anything! I've had other moving companies before, and these guys were bar none best. Lana and Anthony were both great. They followed up with me after the work was complete to see if I had a good experience as well. Additionally, I had three other estimates, and these guys were less expensive than all of them. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will use them again if I ever have to move, and will recommend them to everybody I can. I couldn't agree more with all the other great reviews for these guys, which is how I found them. I can't say enough about all out movers. Moving sucks, but I would recommend these guys to anybody who wants a great, Hassel free moving experience. read more

This was an amazing experience. John and Justin and crew rocked. They are incredibly professional. I just moved from Reno to Tahoe. Anthony was very explicit with details, and when I was concerned about affordability, he offered some ideas to cut costs. Justin walked in, explained the fine details to me on the day of the move and totally put me at ease. John asked questions all along the way to ensure everything was done to my expectations. Nick and his cousin, the other two, were amazing. The guys HUSTLED, there was not a second of slacking. We ran out of room in the 26 foot truck they had, and, at their lunch hour they got another one. I got apologized to because one of the guys had arm tattoos showing. Anthony runs a tight ship. The fellas that work there are proud of their work. They're incredibly friendly, I don't think Nick ever stopped smiling. It was really a great experience. I DID get other estimates, one Reno mover wanted literally 2x than Anthony's estimate. If I decide to move again, I want this exact crew again. There were exactly 3 things that broke. 1 was the glass on a picture frame. It fell from the attic of the truck and was in a box fan box I packed, probably not so well. There was a 6" mirror that fell from between frames I never put in boxes, and buried in a kitchen box, there was 1 broken shot glass. It was packed inside a glass bowl with 7 other shot glasses and no packing material. I highly recommend these guys. No BS, I got an estimate on a saturday evening, a quote on Monday, and moved on thursday. We had been moved by another company in Reno in the past. It was a similar setup, 4 guys, a big truck... but it took probably twice the amount of time, and the workers were tired older fellas. read more

My mover canceled on Sunday the day before I was scheduled to move. I called Lawana at "All Out Movers" on that same Sunday (most movers are closed) & she was able to get a couple guys out to move me on my scheduled moving day (Monday). Because of "All Out Movers" they saved my move. All my plans would have been scraped. My closing on my property would have to have been moved back, my advance purchase of hotel rooms would have been lost, my movers at my destination would had to have been canceled, etc etc etc. But "All Out Movers" saved me. I have to say that the guys who she sent out to move me were terrific (Cesar & Shiloh). They both worked hard & smart. Loaded my smallish truck so tight it was like a can of sardines. They had to, so as they could fit everything I wanted into it & they did with a little room to spare. They are really good workers, no bickering or slacking off. Professional. I want to thank everyone involved at "All Out Movers" (Anthony). Thank you so much for your help. You really got me out of a jam & you were terrific at what you do. read more

Thanks to Anthony and his crew for being so responsive and professional during a very difficult move.

We recently used All Out Movers for a residential move and clean. They were great to work with from beginning to end. They showed up on time to do the initial walk through so they could better understand the move and make sure their quote was accurate. They were able to get us scheduled for the day we needed to move (and we had to adjust a couple times). We had a couple unique problems that All Out Movers overcame. First, we had one day to move everything out of a house we were selling and get the house cleaned as the buyers would not close until the house was empty. Second, we had 85 horse panels that needed to be moved as well. On moving day Anthony, two additional movers and two cleaning ladies showing up very early and got started. They were able to get everything loaded in one trip by using two trucks and they brought all the moving blankets and everything needed to move. By the end of the day we were moved into our new house and the old house was empty and clean. All Out Movers did a great job being flexible throughout the process and we had to move a large shed and horses that day, which delayed them a couple times, but they kept moving forward. My wife and I had to manage the other parts of the move during the day and never worried about All Out Movers handling the moving. One piece of furniture did get broken during the process, and Anthony handled it perfectly and we were able to replace the piece of furniture. If you are looking for a moving company in the Reno area, I would highly recommend All Out Movers! read more

These guys are amazing! Waking up to a cold & snowy moving morning, the crew waited out the heaviest part of the storm and got us moved out and in without a hitch. I've moved many times over the years using the national big name firms and I guarantee you, the All Out Movers Team beats them all, hands down. It was actually fun watching and talking to their energetic and professionally skilled young men as they packed and loaded at our old house and then unloaded and placed everything exactly where we wanted at our new one. Long story short is from the first phone call to Anthony to setting the last piece of furniture in place...you can't go wrong with All Out Movers! read more

Anthony came to my home to give an estimate and was in contact with me until the move. The morning of my move I had the pleasure of working with a fantastic moving crew, spearheaded by Andrew and his team of amazing guys. They truly do go the extra mile and treat you with golden rule customer service. Two thumbs up for theses guys!!
