I got 4 offers from local plumbers. Just Right Plumbing was the 1st to respond, and an appointment was setup for 8 am the next morning. I may have been too hasty since 8 am came and went which wasn't just right. I called the plumber's mobile phone. He apologized for the delay and showed up at 11 am instead. That was OK, but I don't think they'll be changing their name. Once awarded the contract, Chris met with us before digging and pouring the footings and again before building the foundation walls. Upon request, Chris went out of his way and contacted the Building Inspector to resolve an inspector's misunderstanding.
