Robert, the technician, came out to my place twice, once for the initial treatment and again for a follow-up. After the follow-up, the activity had gone down so much, more than I expected. When I suggested to them that their treatment clearly is not working, they implied that it was my fault and that I was doing my preparation wrong. I can assure you that I spent many nights drying everything I own on high heat for an hour and a half every time and was extremely careful to do every part of the process right. When the exterminator for the first three treatments came, he spent a total of about 20 minutes in the room and tore holes in the sealed bags of clothes. This seemed suspicious to me because bed bug extermination needs to be extremely thorough and the bags were supposed to be air tight so no bugs could get in. The last exterminator spent 45 minutes in the room, and I was sure they would be gone at this point, but sure enough they were still there.

Luis picked up the phone early in the morning, had me send a photo of my bites to him, confirmed that they were most likely bb's and had Danny come that morning to confirm. Danny is very thorough and clear with advice and options, all while keeping you calm. Having been through this before, I decided to treat rather than wait. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. The matter was taken care of in a few hours, and I am so grateful.
