Noticed this place was open past posted hours when I went to Thai Paradise for dinner, thought I would check it out since I often have trouble finding time to get my nails done during most places' normal hours. Though they close at 5 PM on Sunday, they were super gracious to do my gel manicure at 5:30. The service was very good, not rushed at all, and it is a nice newer salon, immaculately clean, all new equipment. I especially liked the nifty little pink pockets they use to take off gel polish instead of the typical foil wrap. Use the Yelp check in offer for 10% off when paying in cash. I guess you need to be some type of regular to get services here!! My 1st visit was a disaster but I gave them the benefit of the doubt (they were very apologetic) I went back on 3 separate occasions in one day to get a balance! They were all complaining about being short staffed. The next visit (by appt) was quick, but had 2 of my nail beds sanded too close and they bled! So I gave them another chance as a walk in for a polish change and pedi, only to be turned away. Ridiculous. I will NEVER return. Hope they get it together. read more

Well, for starters... I don't have very much nail to work with because of my job. I'm a nurse in a local hospital and it's pretty much required that I have short nails. I also wash my hands several times during my shift with soap and water and have very fragile nails, so keeping my nails look well-maintained can sometimes be a difficult task. I have always left this salon with a beautiful Gel Manicure that makes my nails look healthy and brand new. Vanny is the manager of this salon and he also happens to be the one who does my nails and he pays amazing attention to detail and clips every piece of skin, removes every hang nail and always pushes my cuticles back. He will make sure you do not leave unhappy. My nails look beautiful every time I leave and the price is a below the average that I usually see. You even get a 10% discount if you pay with cash. The salon is pretty standard on the inside , but very clean and they always clean their equipment and have fresh towels for your hands and feet. Awesome place and I highly recommend it! read more

I went into All Nails on 5/26/19 to get a nail repair and polish change. The owner was very rude. The owner stated he could not do design on my nails even though I stated I was getting a polish change not keeping nail design. The owner then stated how come you are not going to the person who does your nails. First, of all it is not anyone business where I get my nails done. While the staff was friendly this is by far the worst job I have ever had on my nails. Also, the quality of the products they use are very poor. I went about a week ago and already the shellac is peeling and coming off. When I left I noticed spaces on the sides of my nails that were not painted. Went here for a birthday mani/pedi 10 days ago with my bff. Within 3 days mani completely peeled off. All nails polish peeled off in one piece.No remover was needed. Was very careful not to any hard core activities or chores to mess them up. Now as today pedi is starting to peel. For the money and the 4 hours we were there this SHOULD NOT be happening. I've been twice - the actual end result was great but the overall experience was terrible. The first time I went it was SO SLOW! The pedicure took almost two hours so I skipped the gel mani because I had get some where. The next time - there were signs up "no appointments, walk ins only" and since I was there shortly after opening - I thought I'd my wait would be minimal. I walk in and there are two people in chairs receiving service. They asked what I wanted and I replied pedi/gel mani - the guy said they couldn't serve me. They were completely booked. I pointed out the sign advised walk ins only for the day and he said they were booked and I could try back around 4. His attitude was really harsh when I tried to ask questions - so I said I would take my business elsewhere. Terrible and uncomfortable experience! Such a shame because the lady that did my nails the first time did a great job a side from taking a very long time. I've never go back. read more

If I can give s ZERO score on here about this place I would! I can't believe that what happened today it really happened! I called early in the morning to schedule an apt with a specific technician and later on the day I received a voice mail from the salon owners daughter stating my apt will be canceled because someone else is going to take my spot. I called to schedule for another day and asked why they canceled my apt today and basically no good answer from her so she put her father (the owner of the salon) on the phone and he basically told me that I am not welcomed in the salon! - I was shocked he said that to me! Just because I asked why my appointment was canceled he got mad and basically told me no one wants to do my nails! - how rude!!! What a bad and poor customer service! A lot of the nail technicians can't stand him ( the owner) so they quit after a short time working for him! Not to mention the wait time at the salon when you make an appointment! I did not deserve to be kicked out like this as I was always tipping everyone well and waited for hrs to get the service needed! I was a customer at this salon until I showed up for a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT only to have them tell me it will be awhile. The owner then continued to call customers and have them move their appointments around that day too. The problem wasn't being short staffed, it was that they took too many walk-ins because they don't like to turn anyone away. They then mess up the day for the regular customers who make appointments. The owner then asked if I could move my appointment as well after I waited for 5 minutes. I said this is why I made an appointment in the first place and then said I am leaving and they lost a customer. The owner only said sorry and let me walk out the door. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I love this nail salon. I have been going since they opened. The entire staff is friendly and all do a fantastic job! They always take their time and My nails always look great. They are always getting new gel colors and will do nail art. I cannot say enough positive things about this place. I have never been treated worse than by the owner of All Nails. He picks his clients that wants to work with and tells rest of his clients that appointments are booked. Today i had an appointment at 6pm and when i arrived he told me that he is not able to provide a nail service to me. Did not even called me to cancel the appointment. Also, the employees are treated very unprofessional by the owner and they must work on clients that the owner picks. I feel discriminated, upset, and offended. Drove a long way to arrive to my appointment and the owner told me i can't get a service. The technician that was going to do my nails was working on another client. The average wait for a normal customer is 20-40 min with appointment scheduled. And as i said, even when scheduled they are feel empowered to take some favorites clients and dump you. I have seen this place closed for a week whith the owner only present inside the shop telling ppl he can't provide any services for a week. I am sure something is wrong with the owner/business and his way of managing the business. Offers 10% discount if you pay with cash for services, which i assume it may be to hide some profit and pay less taxes. He does not deserve to have a business at all due to discrimination and manipulation of his clients. I do not recommend this place! Very disappointed in this place. I called on a Monday around 4pm and the place was closed even though the website says they were open until 730pm. So I then called the next day and scheduled an appointment for my niece and myself for 2 days later. I came in at my scheduled time and was told they didn't have me in their books. First time here. Inside it was very clean, spacious, and well lit. There were several people working and three or four customers. I waited for just a few minutes to get seated for a pedicure. The staff was very friendly. I got the basic pedicure for $30. The treatment part was very good. The man - I think it was the owner - took his time with the massage, callous removal, and the beauty treatment. The massage chairs added to the pampering. He trimmed my toenails and painted my nails. He got quite a bit of polish on my skin, which is unusual for a nail salon. He did remove it, but I had to point out a couple of spots. After getting home from the salon, I noticed how uneven my toenails were cut. Several were different lengths, and several others were cut at odd angles with sharp points. I had to file a couple of them because they were rubbing on my other toes. Two weeks after, and my polish is chipping badly. Normally for me a pedicure will look good for three to four weeks. This place is around $5 less than I normally pay, but I would rather pay a little more for quality. read more

This place was great. The leg and foot massage was very long and wonderful. The chairs are little pod type things, equipped with extremely relaxing massage built in that you use with a remote control. The polish (pedicure) job has lasted for a very long time, too. The location was clean, and the atmosphere was friendly. They offered me water, and that was nice. My only complaint was the long soaking wait in the foot bath. The water started to get a bit cold, but a tech came by to add warm water. I think the time was long because they were attending to clients, but they were going in order, so it's forgivable. The staff is very friendly but I went in for a pedicure. I was there for 2 1/2 hours. The boy doing my toes did not know what he was doing and when he finally got to painting them it was very sloppy. This is the best nail salon in town. Because they are so good either make an appointment or be prepared to wait, but the wait will be well worth it. I am a bit of a newbie at getting my nails done, so when I went in on a busy Sunday (Yes! They're open Sunday!) with solar nails with a gel manicure that needed soaked off, they very kindly and professionally told me that this is a job that usually would require an appointment because it takes so long. They took me anyways. While I was waiting for my nails to soak off I had time to observe the surroundings. The salon is very clean, the nail technicians were all hustling, yet the salon was full of laughter at all times. Over all a clean and happy environment. After all of my solar nails were off. I got a gel manicure. Tim, my technician did a fabulous job and was able to give me a lot of advice in terms of nail care.
