    Rear bumper bad color matching.

This is the worst experience I've had. All Makes Auto Rebuilders in Chicago IL are in partnership with Direct Auto Insurance. The person that hit my car is covered by Direct Auto and at first the insurance took forever to get it approved. Direct Auto Insurance forced us to get our car fixed at their low quality body shop All Makes Auto Rebuilders in Chicago. The paint job wasn't done right on our car. The work they did was so horrible I could see orange peel all over the bumper and overspray in certain areas, also they gave us attitude to get it fixed. Our car is a white orchid pearl but they painted parts of the bumper white and the difference was noticeable; it was white not pearl as the rest of the car. I asked them about it and they were so rude and said there was nothing wrong with the paint. In plain daylight the difference was very noticeable. The worst customer service we have ever experienced. Do yourself a favor and go through your own insurance to get your car fixed, because Direct Auto will give you the run around and once they approve they will send you to the lowest quality body shop (All Makes Auto Rebuilders) to get it fixed.

I was sent to this shop after a drunk driver hit me & tore my front end off. Mas got my car and…read morerepaired it in no time. It looked better than it did before the accident. All the guys there are so nice and helpful. They def go over and beyond. I have taken my car to Mas 3 times for minor and major repairs. I ONLY send ppl to see Gabe at mas becuse i know he is going to get them back riding without taking months and not cost you an arm leg and maybe an organ. #1 pick for me

My family has been taking their vehicles here for years. I live relatively far from this location,…read morehowever just recently I was trying to be handy and fix my dad's honda pilot. It had service engine light on, took it to a parts shop, they told me it was the O2 sensor. Pretty easy and accessible, however when i tried to remove it, it was stuck and nearly impossible to remove, I had already ran the new sensor to where I needed to replace and just needed to take out old and put in new. Took it to Collision Experts and one of the guys quickly lifted the car, removed the old sensor plugged the new one. When i asked how much, he simply stated, to give him for some coffee. Gave him a nice tip though. Few weeks later My honda pilot had the service engine on. Again went to parts store and they stated it was a sensor located inside the transmission and I had to literally open the transmission up to fix. First thought was to take it to Collision experts, a gentleman took my car and after looking over it stated that sometimes cleaning some of the plug ins that go to the sensor help. It is not always the sensor but the wires. So insisted to try that first, and POOF, light came off. I appreciate the honesty, and I gave them more business, had them change my brakes and replace battery.

I was able to experience for myself why this body shop has nothing but 5 stars. As a female walking…read moreinto a body shop it can be intimidating, but not here! You enter through a side door on western that's kind of hidden so it can seem scary but, when you walk through the door you are greeted with a friendly smile. I walked in and told them I needed a estimate for car damage. Dean said sure I'll come out with you. He walked with me to where the car was and gave me a rough estimate. If you want a detailed printed report they charge you $20.00 but that is reimbursed if you decide to take your car there. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, was always greeted with a smile, and my car looked amazing. They practically detailed it from the inside as well. So not only was my car fixed from the damages outside it was washed and cleaned from the inside. They went above and beyond my expectations. This body shop is family owned/ran by them. The person that hit my car didn't have insurance so they were very helpful with my case. They gave me advice on what to do and I was able to get my damages paid by the person who hit me. This is the place to go and worth the drive if you are not in the city!

Beware of the 5 star reviews! I had a terrible experience with this auto shop. There was a dent in…read morethe front bumper of my car and I decided to come to this shop due to the great reviews. I came the first time and asked for a quote to pop out the dent. The owner tells me $30, but they were booked for the day. I come again and they were booked again. I confirmed a second time on pricing and he says $30-$40. I come back the third time and he finally puts a mechanic to work on my car. After the job was complete, the owner asks me the price we agreed on and I told him $30. He goes into a crazy tantrum saying how he would never accept the job for so low and tried to charge me $80. I argued back saying how he told me twice $30 and we settled on $40 cash only. There was faulty airbag sensor found during the dent job, but after this experience, I decided to not continue with their services. The mechanic did a good job, but I would not come back.
