I have a 2014 black Lexus, and now I have to trade it in do to the terrible job they did. I went back to get a refund and the owner is refusing to do so, and wants the other guy to paint it.. I refuse to do so cause it may be worst then it is. Top it off my car was super dirty when I picked it up, and another customer that was picking up his Lexus had his car filthy inside and out. This review is of their service department only…read more We were in from out of town and suddenly the car was leaking water into the cabin and the brake error codes were showing on the dash. Frantic, I started calling dealerships in the area to try and get in as soon as possible. The first two dealerships basically told me it would be 3 days before they could see the car but Steve at Haggerty told me to come right in. He quickly got my car inspected, including a full inspection of the brake system. In addition, Haggerty found my issue with the water leak and fixed that in under an hour. All told I was in and out of there in 1 morning, which allowed us to make it home! I can't thank Steve at Haggerty service enough - in this day and age it's rare to encounter such good customer service. Thank you Haggerty!
