We contacted Joe to renovate our guest bathroom downstairs. From start to finish, the communication was outstanding: we were informed at every leg of the renovation what was happening and the team was quick to respond to questions. They were able to work through some undiscovered issues and were patient and flexible with us while we resolved some blockers with purchased cabinets and vanity. read more

From our first consultation to the final cleanup, working with Joe and his team was a great experience. They remodeled our entire bathroom--including a new floor, vanity, toilet, and custom shower. Communication from the office was on point, and the installers paid close attention to every detail. The project finished right on schedule, and the new fixtures and durable surfaces look stunning. We are very happy with the results and will definitely use All In Service for our next project! read more

I recently hired All In to replace the ceiling drywall in our half bathroom. I submitted a RFI through the website and very promptly received a call from Joe to collect details for a quote. The quoted price was very competitive, plus they had availability to complete the job the following week. Luis was the technician who completed the job - he was very professional, organized and tidy. We're very happy with the service we received and would happily consider calling Joe for other projects in the future read more

It was a pleasure working with Joe and his team. Communication was prompt, responsive, and informative. He was clear on the timelines and processes involved and what was needed from us. He was also transparent on estimated costs - his plus the costs from other providers (eg, materials, plumbing, shower glass) which was appreciated. It was our first time doing a bathroom remodel, so his guidance was helpful. Moreover, the bathroom setup itself presented some challenges (the old toilet was cemented into the floor because of the height of certain pipes). Luis did a great job working with these constraints so that we not only have a beautiful bathroom now, but one where we know that the work was done properly (toilet sitting on top of the tile). They were also helpful in making requested adjustments. We're very happy with the results. read more

I hired Joe for a loft wall enclosure. The communication was great leading up all the way through the project. The team did a great job.

Joe and Manny were great to work with from start to finish for our kitchen backsplash tile job. They communicated well, had fair, competitive, and transparent pricing, and were professional and detail oriented on all work done. Will be going to them for any future home renovations. read more

We had been planning to remodel our bathroom since May and have a baby due September 30; in June we scheduled to start the project and the contractor pushed to August. The day before he was scheduled to start, the contractor cancelled the project and we were forced to look for a new contractor. Joe was one of the first contractors we contacted, and he called me back (on a Sunday) within 20 minutes of my inquiry. He was very responsive with any questions while interviewing. By Wednesday we had signed on Joe. The original contract included demo of old bathroom, install of new tile, paint, vanity, exhaust fan, and toilet. We were told originally that plumbing would be a change order, but due to how long that would take to get Joe's plumber, he put us in touch with another plumber who we needed to hire on our own. They were licensed and insured so it worked out. They were fantastic, but it was a little stressful not having them under the original GC contract. Lastly, the glass for the shower was not under the contract either, so we had to hire them separately as well. Again, this was all spelled out at the beginning. Communication was great, and his team showed up on time and worked late regularly. Joe follows the contract to the letter, so as long as that is spelled out at the beginning you shouldn't have any issues. We had a few change orders, but they were for the most part reasonable both in justification and price. Overall, the project came together beautifully and I am very thankful to Joe's team for working so hard on such a short timeline! read more

We completed a significant renovation project with Joe and his team, touching every room in our condo. The scope of work involved electrical, plumbing, flooring, kitchen, baths -- pretty much anything you can do, we did. We are very pleased with the results. Joe was a pleasure to work with! Our condo association needed to add handrails to our building and we stumbled upon Joe via Yelp. From the start he was very communicative and always quick to respond. I worked with Joe and his team on a bathroom project to replace a shower base and a tile floor. Joe was very responsive and thorough with answering my questions both before and during the work. I have never done a bathroom project before so I can't say too much about the price, but his estimate was pretty much in the middle of those I got. Part of me wanted to go with a cheaper option, however it's important to get it done right the first time and I trusted the experience of his team. He was also able to start quickly, which helped as I urgently needed the shower work done. Joe was always available to talk about whatever came up. The work crew was great at keeping things as tidy as possible and they protected my space well as they worked. Finally, the results look great, and I know they stand by the quality and I can call Joe if anything comes up that needs to be addressed. In all, I am pleased with the bathroom and would be happy to work with them again. read more

Based on other Yelp reviews, it appears that others have enjoyed working with All In Service Group and gotten excellent results. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite for a bathroom remodel. Based on our interactions with Joe, we expect that he will try to discredit our feedback on this platform, and as a result, we'll try to stick to the facts as much as possible.  Context: -Main bathroom remodel, approximately 100 square feet -Replace tub, replace all tile, replace tub and shower fixtures, keep vanity + mirrors + lighting... no changes of any kind in layout -Cost in original contract: $13k -Estimated duration: 3-4 weeks -Change orders: $4.5k for plumbing, $600 for complications with tub installation - Discounts: $750 for a plethora of issues we encountered  Issues we encountered: -While the project was estimated to take 3-4 weeks, we hit so many issues that total project duration was 10 weeks. Demolition began on Dec 16th and the work was completed on Feb 21. Those 10 weeks included 1 week where we asked All In Service Group not to work + 4 federal holidays - Our contract was explicit about the fact that our existing alcove tub would be replaced by a new, customer supplied freestanding tub. Joe stood in our bathroom during initial scoping and agreed to this work. Then, AFTER the existing tub had been removed, Joe's plumber said he could not install a freestanding tub without going in through the ceiling of the unit below us. We do not own the unit below us and, therefore, could not open up that ceiling. We ended up just going with another alcove tub, which was a very frustrating (and unnecessarily costly) result for us. The process of figuring out a solution for the tub and acquiring a new tub took about 2 weeks, but during that time, Joe's team did not even finish tiling the shower. - From the looks of our shower, Luis didn't plan the layout of our tile at all. Rather, he just started placing tile and cut tiny pieces to fill gaps, regardless of aesthetic appeal (see images attached). Luis also made decisions about grout color in several locations without asking us, even though there was always at least one person at home every day (see image attached). After some pleading / begging, some of these issues could be fixed, but others could not be - Joe and Luis measured in our bathroom and advised us on the amount of tile and trim to buy. This amount of tile was insufficient, requiring us to buy additional tile from a different dye lot and go back for more trim several times - Despite repeated requests, Luis did not close doors when going outside to get supplies, allowing our cat to get out twice. Please beware if you have pets - As lingering issues caused the project to drag on into the 7th, 8th, 9th weeks, Joe tried to pressure us to make our "final" payment. At times, over the phone, he became quite aggressive and dismissive. Following one particularly difficult set of phone calls, we decided to only deal with Joe via written methods of communication - Of the four major plumbing projects that were completed (tub, shower, toilet, and sinks), only the toilet seems to be working without issues. We have called in another plumber to fix leaks in one of the sinks, a leak in the shower fixture, and the drain not working in the bathtub.   Ultimately, our remodeled bathroom looks fine if you don't look too hard at any of the fine details. We will never use All In Service Group again and would not recommend them to anyone. read more

The project consisted of a full bathroom remodel and the building of a new room in the living room. I'm very pleased with the result, and Joe and Ruben were very professional and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We're remodeling our Kitchen and Joe and Luis have been a pleasure to work with. Joe has been extremely friendly and communicative, and Luis on his team has been great. They've done fantastic work and have been flexible and accommodating as things shifted and were added. As a relatively new homeowner, patience during projects is very much appreciated. Second bathroom renovation (everything except the tub and toilet was redone) - Good discussion and expectation setting during the quote and contract signing. - Good value. Did some shopping around and Joe's team was generally more affordable - Efficient work - Very good timeliness of communication. Only point of concern in communication was some use of work/contractor/engineering specific lingo where it was assumed a layman would know the terms. - Worked well around the inevitable delays and hiccups that arise with these kinds of projects Overall very satisfied with the service. read more

Joe and his team were very communicative, prompt, reliable, quick, and effective on my outdoor porch/stairs repair project. My situation was almost an emergency, because the damaged stairs were making it difficult for my family to enter and leave the house. I traded messages with Joe one day, and his team fixed the stairs the very next day. On the day of the fix, his team arrived, assessed the situation, quoted a reasonable price (through the phone with Joe), went for supplies, and immediately came back and completed the work. All In Service is a business that is All About Helping People. I have been finding it difficult in recent years to find contractors who were willing to do small jobs. Joe actually acknowledged that my job was small but wanted to help anyway. I almost never post reviews on Yelp (not sure if I ever have). But I wanted to help spread the word about Joe and All In Service Group. I have already given his name and number to several neighbors, and I will contact him again for future projects. read more

Closet Project: drop the ceiling, install light and tile floor. Small bathroom project: replace tile, install new toilet, vanity, shower glass doors, mirror, and towel bar/holders. The good The plumber, Liam Duffy, did an excellent job of replacing old pipes in order to install overflow part. The electricians did a decent job. The bad +Review amended per vendor's request. It took three weeks to finish a job that might have taken a dedicated crew about five days. The general contractor, Ron, showed up once to review what we wanted completed, but never returned to supervise his team to ensure the work was completed correctly. The construction crew either arrived late or were no-shows. They made assumptions instead of asking what we preferred (EX: painted a closet wall and ceiling the same color as the wall outside the closet instead of a regular white. Our contract stated there would be 3 separate payments of 60% to start, 20% mid-completion, and then the final 20% when the project was completed. The president of the company requested an unexpected 4th additional partial payment before the holidays before the completion of the project. The shower glass doors appeared to be great, but we had to have someone return because they were leaking. They still leak a little bit. We emailed Joe requesting the glass company door's contact information for additional parts, but he said that the company was not interested in a new project and suggested working with someone else. read more

I had a great experience working with All In Service Group to replace my tile flooring. I needed the work done after some water damage ruined the flooring and a small portion of drywall. We used All in Service Group for the damaged wood flooring and couldn't be happier with the results. Joe was always available for all my questions and walked me through every step of the process and kept me updated throughout the process. While performing the flooring work, Joe's team identified a water leak. They stopped the flooring work and made sure that the leak source got identified and fixed before installing the new floor so that there won't be mold issues in future. This did push back the project timeline but no fault of Joe or his team. Joe even coordinated with the caulking contractor who needed to fix the leak coming from outside of the building.
