The service provider called me back at 12:37pm and advised he would be in my place in 25-30min. After 35min I called him back and he said he was still 10min away. After 50min I then called the central again and the provider called me back saying he was 2min away (he blamed the rain but it was barely raining and it had just started). After 55min he then showed up in my place and charged me a $99 call out fee (even though he was more than 30min later than he initially said). The provider charged me $350 + GST on top of the $99 fee to open my door and did not want to accept credit card payment (he wanted a bank transfer). I said I could not make a bank transfer and he called someone else to who I would have to provide my credit card details, which I thought I did not have with me as I was expecting to just tap my card. While I was trying to juggle my baby and find a picture of my credit card to pass on him the details, he then came to me with my credit card in his hands which he "had found on the desk". I did not know my credit card was there and he obviously went through my personal stuff as I was not in the room and "found my credit card" for me. I passed my credit card details to the person on the phone and I was charged $493 in total. I requested a Tax Invoice and the provider literally ran away down the stairs and until the present moment I have not heard from him nor anyone else about the receipt.

The guy not only one hour late than he promised on the phone, also charged me $200 to replace a broken key fob Inner chip (not include the outer shell) It took him less than 10 minutes to program the key fob, and he said, if I want to copy a key, it would be $210 for the key, and $210 for the key fob. Total would be $420 for a car key. I think it's a rip off. If I am willing to pay for such high price, I would go to the dealership. They did come to my house for the service, but it still too expensive. It's better to find a locksmith store and go there in person. Please DON'T use this locksmith unless yo are willing to pay similar price as the dealership.

Many, many hours later, they sent another employee to fix the handle who was actually able to do the job that the first guy couldn't. Great, right? Problem is, I was charged more than twice the quoted price and was told I should take it up with the office but that I had to pay it. I said that HE should call the office (surely he had some way to reach them, even at 10:00pm on a Friday--and yes, I had been stuck at home all day) but he refused. I pointed out that the first guy hadn't mentioned anything more than a potential $30 difference. Nope, I had to cough up the $200. (Or, rather, my boyfriend did, just to get the guy to leave.) So I contacted the office and couldn't get any phone call or email back.
