It only took me five minutes to get to the store, so I did not expect my sandwich to be ready immediately. I checked in at the counter and was told they were still working on my order, no problem. They were not very busy, and were staffed with four employees that I could see. As I waited for over ten minutes, three different customers walked in, had their sandwiches made, and left. Maybe they had a flood of app orders, but at times there were one or two staff members in front doing nothing while I was the only one in the store. After almost fifteen minutes of waiting at the store, my sandwich was finally ready. The employee apologized for the wait, but it was frustrating to see several other customers come and go while I waited when I thought I was saving time by using the app and ordering ahead. My order was a regular size roast beef and provolone on wheat made Mike's way. ($11.95). I had planned to eat half now, and half later but the sandwich was on the smaller side so I just ate the whole thing. I would prefer a larger regular size sandwich for a few more dollars. The only other option is the giant size at $19.95. The sandwich was also a little bland, and it seemed like I tasted more lettuce than meat and cheese. There was many a time where I just had a huge craving for good roast beef on a roll with Swiss but could never get done to Tommy Pastrami. I would gladly pay for any meal here over like a fast food one.
