The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly (unfortunately not always a given in Miami) and once I got to the shop, Julio was awesome. He called me within the hour to let me know the car's relay had gone out. I thought for sure we were looking at a $300 expense, but it was no where near that!!! I'm a dabbler, and I like to work on my car and do whatever I can do with my tools and my time, but if it has to go up on a rack, I'm stuck. He went the extra mile to be helpful, and did an oil change, and brake line flush faster and cheaper than anyone else I've taken the car to in Miami. They even washed my engine. Found this on Yelp. Called Wednesday afternoon. Was inspected on Thursday morning. My 2012 Corolla shook when I applied the brakes at high speeds. I came in at 815, I was out by 940. My front rotors where replaced for $225 total (including taxes). I tested the vehicle on the highway, the problem is fixed. I am happy with the honesty, professionalism, courtesy, price, efficiency and speed. Quality of service is reflected in the correction of the problem. The first thing you notice is that everything is extremely clean and organized and well taken care of I also noticed this was a shop not only for the Every day drivers car but I noticed cars like Lamborghinis and off road jeeps in his shop. This is a family run business and he is honest, detailed, no BS, reasonably priced and does the job right - the first time. I have brought every car I have owned to him because I trust him and his work and I am one of those car nuts who is very particular about the care of my car. I have recommended him to many and no one ever complained but - instead - loved the guy and the service. There are just a few negatives which are his shop is out of the way and a little tricky to find (like yelper, Gus M., said) also his shop is only open Monday through Friday, no weekends. So, the details: I drive a 2005 Jeep Liberty, and my previous mechanic totally hosed me. The car ended up being is worse shape than when I started, with structural stuff and wrecked ball joints. This place is great for many reasons. There's a very clean and well-organized waiting room. The parking is not terrible like some places in Miami tend to be. The owner, Julio, works in the shop and it's a very trusting and honest mechanic. The staff is bilingual and speak English well which I appreciate because I'm only an English speaker and this hasn't always been my experience at other places. I had some minor mechanical work done on my 2013 Honda Accord and they did a great job at a very fair price. I specifically appreciate that they were able to have the car done by the time they told me it would be done with no delays. I'm glad I saw their Yelp reviews and gave them a try. I contemplated on turning back as I got on 95 and the traffic was stand still yet again. I got there, met Julio, told him I needed my brake pads changed. He looked at it and told me which one they will be working on but will make sure to check the other one as well. I walked into the reception area and gave the lady my key. He explained that they were super busy right up front, but could accommodate for one mechanic to do a quick diagnostic test right on the spot. This is a hidden gem! I have been in Miami for 5 years now and have had two cars in the time span, that equals a whoooooole lot of car repair, unfortunately; I digress. If you want to get service, you have to get there early. I brought my car from NY...a good old Honda Odyssey. There was plenty of opportunity to get uncharged out for work to get done. Brakes were squealing, it rattled at high speeds. When I got there he set expectations that I would have to wait. In reality I didn't have to wait that long and he sat with me and walked through everything he found and his recommendations which was to not waste my money for unnecessary work. The car was safe. Wow. Cannot recommend highly enough. These guys are great. Will travel far out of my way to bring a car to them. I was looking to buy a used car from a dealer who sells cars bought at auction. There was a reference on AutoCheck to an accident with possible frame damage so I wanted to have the car checked out before I bought. All Import took me on short notice, put the car up on the rack and did a thorough inspection. No apparent damage but some parts had been replaced on the front passenger side.
