Being a woman makes you a prime target for up-selling vultures that have no regard for you but only your pockets. The decor is beautiful and it smells so nice. I went to Toyota and they wanted to charge me 209 to change my front break pads. That was way too expensive. Altogether for the oil change, inspection, brake fluid flush, and labor, the total came to $97. What I really liked was how honest Julio was when he inspected my vehicle. I wanted to wait a few days to write this review after having my 30-year-old Mercedes SL 560 serviced there. Julio, the owner makes a huge effort to be both transparent and professional Service he provides his customers. I was originally told my car was ready to be picked up and took an Uber there only to find that there was still an outstanding issue. I ended up having to take an Uber back to my personal injury law firm in Coral Gables. When I was told the car was finally ready I took an Uber back to the garage and the owner promptly came out and reimbursed me in cash the cost of my Uber rides. Classy. I was very leery of having my car serviced at a non-Mercedes garage. But my brakes were fixed promptly and for a fraction of the cost of the dealership. The only complaint I have is that the car was returned to me in pretty dirty condition. But this is a garage and not a big dealership so I can overlook that. The owner also promised to take good care of my car in the future which I thought was a very nice gesture. Pacifically he suggested I bring you back in a few months so that he could check the oil make sure that everything was running right at no charge. Now that's excellent service! Would I go back? CAR: 2000 C230 Kompressor, White. Estimate: Professional service, great attention to detail. Staff are courteous, they also explain the issues and the reason for repair and costs. Some technicians don't. Repair: (Engine)This would take 2 hours, left my car and received a courtesy call from the receptionist pick it up. During the retrieval process the technician took the time to show me the repairs (oldparts) and new which was done neat and clean, to the point that I could see the difference of the engine bay afterwards. Paperwork: Was drafted with information from estimate. All applicable spaces were filled, not poorly drafted as I have seen some technicians leave space or quickly thrown together with some information missing from the actual work completed. The information on the paperwork was clear and concise. To summarize I would give this place a straight 10 out of 10 for me it was a far drive from North Miami to here but it was definitely worth it for the expert service I received!! read more

This past weekend I had an issue with my car returning from Miami Beach. I definitely thought it was the transmission from the way the car was acting with the indicator lights flashing etc. My Honda is 11 years old and has never been in the shop which is remarkable. I brought in the car and Julio took care of my from start to finish with the highest level of customer service I have ever experienced. He was also very realistic and honest in terms of repairs that we're needed and others that were not. My vehicle was completed in less than 1 business day with no appointment. Before turning my car back to me, Julio popped the hood and showed & explained to me (in detail) all the work that was done. The husband and wife team that manage it are kind people And their prices are fair. When you take your vehicle in, there is hardly any weight time at all for them to service you and they usually get your car done the same day. In addition, they give you a detailed report of all of the work that has been done on your car as well as a service sticker in the top left and of your window sealed with all of their contact information and your next service date and mileage. I went to do my regular oil change at Jiffy Lube only to get the living hell out of me scared bc according to them "my car was going to catch fire." They, like many places in miami, then started quoting me prices for 1k things and would not do my oil change. I called and asked for Julio, and the office manager (wonderful angel) told me to "arrancar parar aya". So I headed Immediately back to Julios, as I recently went for the oil leaks, ac and a couple other things he fixed. I am SO HAPPY I found Julio! My BMW needed a new battery and turbo with only 33K miles on it. Of course BMW tried to say it was from not getting regualr oil changes which was garbage because I was. When I first explained that to Julio he agreed with me and told me instead of immediately replacing it sometimes it just needs cleaning but if that wasn't the case and he needed to replace it, then he would waive the cleaning charge, which was about $180. I mean who does that!? I knew right then and there he wasnt all about the money and really cared to help me the best way he could, especially knowing the cost for a new turbo is INCREDIBLY EXPENSIVE (most mechanics wouldn't care). Overall, Julio fixed my car and saved me $1000+!! I can't believe I found an honest, caring, and reliable mechanic period. Javier came out within 5 minutes of walking in to the waiting area and politely asked me if I would be willing to wait because there were a few cars ahead of me but that he would get to me ASAP. Within 20 minutes he came back to ask me to recreate the rattling sound I was hearing and immediately knew it was a muffler issue. They are not able to fix muffler issues but he did recommend a place right up the street. He was quick, upfront and honest and told me that it wouldn't affect the driving and approximately what he thought it would cost to fix it. Came here after buying a used Toyota from A new Toyota dealership in Doral. I was confident of the purchase but wanted a professional who could give it a second look over. I was also extremely concerned because we purchased the car in cash. Buying a car from a dealership gives you some solace but we still needed the car inspected and came across All Imports. Julio personally inspected my car and told me " I only see your rear brakes need to be changed, you don't even need to do it now, but other then that you got a really good car." I opted to pay for the brakes on the spot (FYI, they were less expensive then it would have cost me to have a mobile mechanic come and just inspect my car.
