Everyone in the dealership is crook. The worst purchasing experience anyone on earth can…read moreexperience. They CHEAT. They LIE!!!!!!!!! Their license should be revoked. They gave us wrong amount to wire money to them. When we caught the error during the walk through, they promise to give us the money back. When the RV delivered, the vehicle is filthy not only dusty but with full tanks of poo and grey water! No pre-cleaning & repair. No special starter cleaning kit like they promised. No disposing of a VERY VERY disgusting smelly mattress with body fluid and sperm stain. The RV delivered on September 10, 2025. We call everyday to ask for the refund. Everyone who answered the phone would tell us the person in charge is not available. The person in charge to issue refund changes from Marcos to Christian to Justin to Jessica to Phil. Guess what? Whoever supposed to give us money back is AWAYS not in that day to talk to. September 23 we call again for the check supposed to sent out on September 22. Because previously they try to fool us again by issuing a small check less than what they supposed to refund. We asked Marcos to send us a copy of the check & confirm the correct amount. He purposely not confirming the check amount and pretending he called us. He is now delusional!!!!! Immoral scammers! Everyone in that whole dealership is CROOKS!

Avoid at all costs…read more I put money down a trailer, and could not get financed immediately. My business manager agreed to finance the RV, but could not do it until a week and a half later, due to being on vacation in a place w/o phone service or Email. I told them what was happening, and that I would need longer than the 5 days that was on the deposit hold receipt. A week went by, and I called in on Tuesday, and spoke directly with the owner, Sean. I asked him if i needed to put more money down to hold the trailer. He assured me that it would be fine, just to come in. Two days later, on Thursday, my manager called to set up the financing. He could not get through. When he finally did get somebody to answer, they said that that there were no salespeople available to talk to him. This is at 11 am on a business day. I finally got through to the about 2PM, but was told that my trailer was getting sold to someone else. I tried to get them to stop, but was given the run around for a while. I went in person the next day, to talk to the "Sales manager". He told me that it was my fault for not completing the deal within the 5 day period. I told him about previously. clearing it with the other staff and he said that didn't matter. Huh? I asked him why nobody called me directly to find out what was going on. He said he did. I told him i received no messages whatsoever. His response? "I don't leave Messages." That right there tells you everything you need to know about these clowns. A sales manger who calls but doesn't leave messages on matters involving money and a deadline? Seriously? Then another Sales mismanager walks in. I turn to him, hoping that he's actually holding a clue. I told him that i spoke with Sean the owner personally, just two days beforehand, and that Sean had assured me all was fine and the hold was still good. His answer? That's "Heresay". So now he's either accusing me of lying, or letting me know that he's willing to lie in court. Either way, that pushes my buttons. So I walk, and start dealing with the owner directly. My dealing with Sean are a whole weeks worth of Jerry Springer episodes. This guy literally cannot think straight. He set up meetings and missed them, costing me over a hundred bucks in gas and tolls. He will not admit to even having the phone call on that Tuesday. He literally would not answer the question, no matter how many times i asked him. I finally got him locked into answering. "Did we have a conversation on Tuesday Sean?" He response was to ask me why i couldn't get financed. He kept doing that. He would not answer the question, because he would have had to admit that he made the mistake. So not only was he not man enough to admit that he made a mistake, he was trying to dodge the truth by cutting me down for not having good enough credit. Awesome. Great business skills sir. Also, i have a friend in the RV sales business who told me that they probably got a better offer on the trailer and took it, hoping to get two out the door instead of just one. That's who you'll be dealing with if you go here. Sean kept trying to get me to let him sell me another trailer, but at this point i don't trust them to sell me a toaster. Too much can go wrong with RV's to trust someone who already has shown that they lack integrity. I highly recommend you do the same. An RV can look good but be a trainwreck. These guys have shown that they can't be trusted to do their due diligence, or back up their products and/or service. Also, these guys are just dim. I had to fight with them for weeks just to get my deposit back. I had to drive in from the OC yet again to pick up the check, because Sean wouldn't mail it. Thanks dude. They couldn't put it together that this was going to cost them tons of business, due to the power of the internet. Once I had it in hand, I asked the 3 sales people if they had ever heard of YELP. they had. I explained to them, that if Sean had just admitted that he made a mistake and made it up to with a good deal, everything would have been fine. But because I had to fight to even get MY money back, and be treated like Sh**, because of their mistake, i was going to write up the whole story and let people know how they operate. I also tried to explain that by not acting professionally, they were costing themselves thousands of dollars in future sales, as many people look to Yelp to filter out the shops that lack integrity. That apparently touched a nerve because Chris, the one with the anger management issues starting getting all huffy. We exchanged words. Mine were "You lack honor and integrity". His words as I walked out were "Yeahhhh Boyeeee, get out!". Gangster style. That's who you're dealing with if you go to this place. Avoid at all costs.

Luckily it made it home in such a condition! When we confronted them their response was "tragedy". As sarcastic as possible. FANTASTIC RV SHOP! Bought a newer 2017 RV that had some serious sun damage on paint and strips…read more I was quoting other companies and the Facebook marketing algorithums put Overland RV in front of me on my feed. Called owner Freddy & son Nate and they said they could strip the vinyl and paint new stripes with my own paint colors. They were very fair priced and said they could get it done in two weeks before a big camping trip. I pulled the trigger and glad I did. They buffed out all the painted surfaces and fiberglass then clear coated the entire motorhome. Turned out FANTASTIC. Freddy even traded my older motorhome for a fair labor trade. First camping trip found a lot of electrical issues and Overland RV took care of those too. Honest and trustworthy family owned business. PS - These bad consignment reviews are a joke. These Karens have obviously never gone through a a consignment sale tied up with banks/loans and legal when selling vehicles. It takes MONTHS. Go to Overland RV, you won't be disappointed.

Bought a used RV. Part of the purchase agreement was that specific repairs were supposed to be…read moremade. We even wrote it out on the invoice to ensure this got done. We show up to pick up the trailer, and nothing is done on the itemized list, and the trailer wasn't even cleaned. The Owner made promises he couldn't keep, said he was out of certain items needed to fix what was needed. We had no choice but to take the trailer because of course the loan already went through. He had 3 weeks to get everything done and did nothing. He couldn't even be bothered to fake it at least. Just made excuses. On top of this, the owner said he would provide us with all new hoses and power cords. Everything was used and dirty and he didn't even give us the right generator cord for the trailer. Didn't find this part out till we took our first trip and couldn't hook up properly. As a business owner, I don't like leaving bad reviews because I know how they impact business. This however is just frustrating. And reviewing the previous bad reviews, this seems to be an issue with the owner. Typical over promise, tell you what you need to hear to get the deal done and under deliver once everything is locked in. Likely needing the sale to cover expenses from the last botched deal. Should have done some more research before shopping here. Avoid this dealership.
