I had to contact my congress person to activate my system. Second problem, my system is 125% over my usage but only covered 70% of the yearly bill. We will see what the future brings. Third problem, D.B. Lunt Electrical Contractors installed a new electrical panel & sub panel then the mySolarEdge phone tracking production & Consumption malfunctioned. D.B. Lunt couldn't fix the problem but was willing to meet SAVKAT to fix it. I've called SAVKAT 3 times and left messages with no follow up. I was told SAVKAT had a ten-year guarantee. Still waiting.

The company has adopted the tech to keep in touch with their customers which makes planning an appointment and the arrival of the work person an excellent experience for the customer. Every other company I reached out to was able to update my quote without coming out to my house because they had the records from the original quote . But not these guys . They wanted to come out again . The man Steven comes out about 10 minutes late which is understandable. He proceeds to tell me that they came out last year for a quote I corrected him cuz it was not last year . And then he very aggressively said well you're going to get it done this time though right ? Which already brought me the wrong way . Then he's asking me a bunch of questions about why I'm getting my boiler replaced and it's like dude just tell me how much the replacement is going to be that's all I want to know like you're here to give me a number not an interrogation. Hey then proceeds to ask me when I plan to get it done and I told him 30 days . His response was well why not today . Considering he came in a hatchback I didn't think he was equipped to come to do the job today but I wanted to get it done in 30 days . So I just repeat no 30 days because at this point I am getting frustrated with him . So he repeats why not today . So I hand him his business card back and apologize for him having to come all the way out here and asked him to leave . He tried to give me his card back after I just handed it back to him and asked him to leave and wanted to continue the conversation. I had to basically walk him to his car . My business is not his business I said 30 days I have nobody else that came to give me a quote was so intrusive or invasive and I don't know if it was because he's trying to sell me something or because I'm a woman but it immediately put me off and made me feel very uncomfortable. Thankfully I was able to find a company who can come out when I need them to come out for $3,000 less than their old quote was from 2 years ago . So if you want to be interrogated and overcharged then I guess this is the company for you .

Just before the New Year this past winter we had Call the Bee (a plumbing company we'd used in the…read morepast) come out for a whole house main drain clog. We received a call back right away and they sent out a technician that afternoon. He was clean, courteous & upfront about the plan to clear the clog and the companies pricing. After the snake didn't clear the clog he used a camera and then a water jet to clear our line. Unfortunately the problem returned very shortly after and having lost faith that Call The Bee was able to fix our problem we called another local company. They came out same day, cleared the line and charged approximately the same price. Feeling like we shouldn't have had to have another technician out so soon and incur another charge, we reached out to Call The Bee and spoke with them. Yes, we should have given them a chance to fix the problem instead of calling another company but as I stated, we'd lost faith in them. But, we , I, was wrong. They (Call The Bee) were more than responsive to our problem. Took the time to hear us and wanted the invoice from the second company we called. Lo and behold one week later a check for the ENTIRE amount of our second plumber (slightly over $1,000) was sent to us. Call the Bee truly did all they could to rectify the situation and leave us as satisfied customers.

I called Douglas Mechanical; they offered to come out…read moreimmediately but were upfront about what could and could not realistically be accomplished that day, and advised waiting until normal business hours to avoid unnecessary cost. I chose to wait until the next morning. They called me before they were even open to schedule the tech. He arrived that morning, diagnosed the problem, confirmed power to the failed component before replacing it, sourced the correct part locally, and had the system back online the same day. Two hours door-to-heat. No upsell, no pressure, reasonable cost, and very clear communication throughout. This is a professional operation that values doing the right thing over running the meter.
