SavKat isn't a solar installer I would recommend. They left a mess in my yard from wire clippings,…read moreputty seal, trash and the best was 2" stainless lags left in my yard for my mower or my daughters bare feet to find. Thankfully my wife picked them up first. I had been told the sales rep would be onsite the day of install. I thought it was bizarre. How can you be on site for these installations and selling the product you must be spread pretty thin, to which I was told that's how we do business. No show up by the sales rep. I'll leave his name out for now. I received a text saying he had a conflict appointment (which is understandable) but the kicker for me was he had the audacity to ask me on a Friday night to send pictures of the install. The icing on the cake was the folks digging the trench from my garage to the main house showing up zero notice. After I made it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR to notify me first. I have several hurried utilities, sprinkler lines, electric and my well pump that I wanted to make the foreman aware of. A simple schedule call ahead was a small ask. Received a phone call from my wife "who is working in our yard and why are they digging?" Again super avoidable if someone had just called or kept true to their commitment. Now I've asked for all of the installed equipment to be removed from my house. Not a company you want to do business with if it doesn't make you a priority. I mean, I guess I should've expected this. They are just the installer zero skin in the game. Buyer beware.

They were not pushy, they were very professional and didn't get tired of all my questions. The installation team was absolutely great. Clean, respectful and hard working. Everything went smoothly and the communication was five ! 3 years later and the system is still great.

It does meet code... If esthetics are a concern this is what you can expect…read more The technicians that did this were so kind as to leave the generator transfer switch exposed to the elements, yes that's it on the ground. Yes it's now full of water and can't be reinstalled. Great job guys!!

Trinity Solar installed my panels in 2022, and since then I've had intermittent power outages. I…read moreonly recently learned these outages were related to the solar installation. During the week of 4/6/26, I experienced repeated outages, which escalated to a complete loss of power on 4/10/26. Eversource came out immediately and confirmed the issue was not on their end. A licensed electrician then determined the problem was a faulty installation of the main solar system disconnect. I contacted SunStrong (formerly Sunnova) and was told this issue was covered under Trinity Solar's installation warranty. On 4/15/26, I spoke with a Trinity representative (TJ), who confirmed their system showed voltage issues and said service would contact me. I emphasized that I had no power. No one followed up. I later called again and spoke with Danielle, who said the issue would be escalated to corporate management in New Jersey--but again, no response or service visit. With my home without power, I had no choice but to pay my electrician out‑of‑pocket to replace the faulty disconnect and correct the wiring--work that should have been covered under warranty. The lack of urgency, communication, and accountability was extremely disappointing. Be sure to consider service response and warranty support carefully before choosing Trinity Solar.
