I think the tech just knocked them into the shrubbery, also a new nest forming in the same exact place. GreeniX came by last year, but I wasn't ready to commit. This year, I was definitely sold. Not only do they take their time to treat inside/outside the house (about 45 minutes), they swept the cobwebs from the outside of the house and any hornet/wasps nests that were around as well. The house has smelled fantastic since they left. Eric was so professional, wore shoe covers and carefully walked through the house with me to ensure all the areas of concern were addressed. We also discussed services for mice (something to consider if my pest control is as great as I think it will be). I like that the treatment they put down outside in my landscape beds addresses ants as we have lots of those around us - we live right by the woods. I don't typically select providers that put me on a "plan" but I like that they do the scheduling for me (every 3 months) and that if I have ANY problems at all, they will come back and treat for no charge.

I hired Greenix to remove a wasp/hornet's nest, not knowing that I would be signed up for a year-long subscription service that would cost $150 just to cancel(!) The first person to come treat the wasp/hornet's nest did not remove the nest, and simply sprayed it, which was not effective entirely. I was told follow-up service would be free, but I'd need to wait 14+ days for re-treatment. At the 14-day mark, they came back out, and expertly removed the nest (thanks guys!). I then called to cancel the monthly subscription, and was told that unless I had cancelled in the "trial" 3-day period, I would be locked into a year-long contract. After saying the word "no" 50+ times to a grotesquely pushy sales rep who kept trying to lock me into an extended "discounted" contract, I finally told him that I'd rather pay the $150 penalty to cancel my contract rather than continue to listen to him push a totally unnecessary and unwanted monthly subscription. It is people businesses like this that make me think everything in America is now a scam. Horrible business practice, would give 0 stars if possible, avoid at all costs.

For the first few years of service, they were great and consistent. I would NOT recommend this company if you are wanting to start a new service. The last time someone came to my property to check the bait traps was in March 2023, I paid for service renewal after for 2024, and no one checked or rebated the traps in 2024. I called to have someone come out and check the traps and to reinstate my service and it has been a complete runaround. Technicians have come out to my property two times over the past couple of weeks, but didn't rebait the traps because of the payment issue. I paid for a service that was never rendered in 2024 and consequentially 2025. They initially tried to get me to pay for a complete new install even though the bait traps are still installed, and I already paid for service renewal. When I provided evidence of the payment I retrieved the check number and the date it was cashed by OPC/Ace) with no service they said someone from central offices would give me a call. I have called this place multiple times over several weeks, the offices that handle payments do not call back. I have received no further communication when I was told the latest I would hear back was by the end of last week. So much of my time has been wasted calling this place with resolution. Additionally I tried to set up an online account- I have the same account number as someone in another city and I can log in and see their info! I let the company know and they were able to get me to log into my actual account, but I can still log into this other person's account and I want my info to be removed from the other account.

If you have a big job do not work with Doogie's…read more I hired them to deal with a mouse infestation and while they did an adequate job cleaning, they did not deal with the infestation in any meaningful way. They did not complete any of the things listed in their own proposal, mislead me into thinking that I needed to pay the whole cost upfront, and were incredibly unprofessional with communicating arrival times. The inspection was not thorough at all, they ignored several rooms and did not inspect the outside of the house at all. They did not remove all of the junk, they did not sanitize the whole house, they did literally zero functional sealing (they completely ignored every room but one on the first floor, and the entire basement) and the 4 traps they laid out in the open caught zero mice. They also threw away a whole bunch of things they didn't need too like all of the spices from our spice rack, an unopened gallon of cooking oil and several unopened containers of chicken stock. They also destroyed one of our mops by using a wood floor mop on bricks and destroyed a vegetable scrubber by using it to clean the stovetop. They left an air scrubber in our house and said they would be by last Friday to pick it up, no timeframe, eventually I message them and they say they will be there 3:30-4:30. At 5:30 I call them because they still have not shown up. The owner asks if she can send her sister at some undisclosed time to pick it up. I reply that no she can come pick it up in person Saturday at 1 (another time they said they could be available) Her sister shows up anyways at 7:30 slamming her fist into my door until I just give her back the scrubber. TLDR: don't work with Doogie's, they won't do the job, they won't communicate times well, and they will charge you full price.

He inspected the rest of the perimeter & basement for any other sign of pest trouble. When asked if they deal with moles, he informed me in certain areas they do but not in my part of Northern, KY. Instead he gave me tips on how to rid the yard of moles doing it on my own. At the end of the inspection he gave me some sticky boards for the cave crickets we occasionally get in the basement.
